Not sure why people are hyping this place up but it is a no! The inside of the hotel like the lobby & front desk area is nice and gorgeous. The rooms themselves are horrible! The place is dirty! The couches were stained, lamp shades were dirty, pillow cases had brown spots, the initial smell of the room stunk as well! The TV was the most dissatisfying because you couldn’t turn it, it was small and had no HDMI cord placement! I tried to advise the guy in the front desk of the rooms and he said it was because it was outdated, a room being outdated and not properly cleaned are 2 completely different things. I have stayed in outdated hotels that were cleaned. These rooms were not. He gave me a new room and it was relatively the same as far as cleanliness. Then wanted to charge me for an entire night when I wasn’t even here for 30 minutes because both rooms were not cleaned properly. Horrible experience mind you I was booked for a 2 day stay and only was here 30 minutes out of those 2 days

We were able to get a room last minute after running out of a nasty hotel down the road. Very accommodating, good room, and clean. The only complaint was the bed being a bit on the hard side. Super plus, we realized around 1015pm, they had a hot tub. Called and asked when it closed, and he said 10 but said we could come down and use it anyway. Now we are fully relaxed after driving for the last 3 days

DO NOT STAY HERE! The staff has no idea what customer service is, nor do they seem to care. The swimming pool and hot tub look nice, but apparently closes at 9pm even though the prominently displayed sign states that they are open until 10pm. For those of us who work late, this is unacceptable. Breakfast? Not at this Holiday Inn, they only offer frozen biscuit sandwiches and a few other 🦬💩 items for sale. Sorry, but I travel 300 days a year for business and expect better from a Holiday Inn. In addition to the main front entrance, there are two side doors to make entering the building from the parking lots convenient. It would be, if they actually worked. Of course, I know they work because you can go out but you can't go in. I knocked while I was standing outside only to be told they don't work. I had to walk all the way around the building with my arms full of work stuff when the useless employee could have just opened the door for me. Service much? Not here, which is why I will never again step foot on this property. There are too many other options in the area. It's unfortunate to see what has become of such a good brand of hotels. I give this location two phallanges, a thumbs down and a middle finger up.

The first room they gave us was completely invested with bugs. I mean there were spiders everywhere. In the bed on the end table all over the air conditioner we checked in late so we didn't even notice it first. I had lights all over my legs all over my stomach, arm, back. I requested that the name change the sheets while we were going to get something to eat I told her that the money that was on the table was for her. It was a generous tip I made a note of the sheets before we left and when we came back I noted that the sheets were the exact same sheets she never turn the bed down like we had requested with fresh sheets. Here I thought we were staying at a really decent place and it ended up being the motel from hell. I do not recommend at all

Hotel was convenient (near I-275/Gate Pkwy). Road Noise was TERRIBLE. When checking in, employee had a stained t-shirt.. Parking, all parking up front taken. Parking in the side/rear was difficult. Side door access was BROKEN. Elevator, dented multiple places.. Carpet in hallways, stained, clearly cut/replaced (worn). Rooms, Wall-paper coming off the wall, shower, just a trickle (pathetic) and wall mount was extremely loose. HVAC on the wall didn't work (no sign), had to handle at the unit by the window. Positive: Room was clean, linens clean, bed comfortable. This hotel clearly gets tremendous use/occupancy, needs a major makeover. I will not stay here again.

The absolute best hotel!! I work for IHG and go frequently to different Holiday Inn hotels to see what they're like. Over the last year, I've stayed in over 10 hotels, and this one was by far my favorite. After a lengthy drive from North Carolina, the front desk manager/fellow IHG Champion enabled me to check in early. Breakfast vouchers were supplied to us, and the room was fantastic! Housekeeping did an outstanding job of keeping the room clean on a daily basis! This property made me feel right at home, and I will definitely return. Maybe even as a member of the staff!! 😉

It's not worth the additional cost versus other alternative hotel options. Thought breakfast was included, it was the first time I've seen a $12.95 charge for the self serve breakfast, same thing you get for free at every other holiday Inn. Couldn't even get into the first room they gave me. Tried multiple times. Was gonna use the fitness room but it's almost a downer with its 1980s like carpet style. A/C System takes forever to cool down, pretty sure the fan blower motor was on its way out. Location was irrelevant for me.

This holiday inn is an excellent hotel I discovered on a business trip. Bartenders like Chastity are an asset, and make me want to go out of my way to return to this location. I have F&B background, and someone with such a genuine personality and active listening skills is a rarity. The lovely lady who made my burger did a phenomenal job; it was on par with some that I have spent double the money on eating. These operators know what they are doing. The rooms are cozy. What more can you ask?

Let me tell you something! If you want amazing guest service ask for Donna and Kaylah... These two amazing women will wow you with amazing customer service. They were very helpful and compassionate. I suggest asking for either one of them, they will go out of their way to make sure your stay is 110%. Thank you to both of you for making my check-in great.. Also Fernando the GM went above and beyond to WOW me as a loyal guest...

This was a pleasant stay. Pool, hot tub, restaurant and bar, exercise room and board room. Lobby was clean and service was extremely helpful and nice. The rooms felt.. odd and old. Retouched paint, think blankets, and only three pillows for the king bed, and the layout was questionable placing the bed not in front of the tv and putting in a couch. All in all a good stay, would recommend.

After our last bad hotel experience we drove here immediately. Jeff was awesome! Let us check in early and we were so thankful as I’m 5 months pregnant and we were so exhausted from driving 15 hours. Service was GREAT. Cleanest rooms I’ve ever seen for a hotel. Shower water was hot. Beds were so comfy. Breakfast was awesome. We will definitely be staying here every Single time we come to Florida for sure!!

I liked the hotel. The rooms furnishings are different yet classy. There is no complimentary breakfast as you would find at similar hotels. There was a persistent mix up with my room access card not working (first 2 of 3 nights) which was a bit of a pain...

Haven't been to a hotel since the pandemic but I must say this was the best experience ever. From check in to check out I was attended to thoroughly. The staff was friendly professional and consistent. Thanks for an amazing stay. We will be back.

A little loud next to the highway but everything else makes to for it. The staff was very nice, food was great and the bartender was awesome. On a side note, my car was filled with stuff from moving and it didn't get broken into. So, bonus onion ring.

This hotel is between car dealers and apartment complexes. My check in was awesome, the gentleman was quick and gave me the extra coffee pods I asked for, even thinking to give me silverware for my meal. The room is nothing special, except the coffee maker was missing and it smelled like urine, I think it's coming from the couch. I don't care right now, I'm exhausted and want my coffee maker.

This location always is friendly. The rooms are nice and clean with minimal things wrong. Bathrooms I personally feel could be a bit cleaner (all holiday inns seems to have this issue with hair on the floor and in shower so I am used to it) but other wise a very good place to lay your head.

The staff was pleasant and the lady who cooks the breakfast makes really good food. My stay was great! Thank you for having good service and caring about your customers. No complaints :)

As an Silver elite member using IHG hotels for years, i was not really impressed. Customer service at check in was blah. Came in from dinner to find all my stuff covered in ANTS. Ants all over the desk, the couch, in my luggage. Had to wake my toddler out of bed to change rooms at 11pm and the room i was given was very subpar to what i reserved. Dingy furniture, old & dated. No laundry service so i was up until 3am doing laundry to rid mine & my toddler's bag of ants. I was not satified with the inadequate compensation for my troubles.

We stayed 2 nights, staff was excellent. Room was clean. Bartender for Saturday happy hour was engaging and very friendly. Wings and loaded tots were both great! We will be back, no doubt about it!

Staff is nice. Rooms need some deep cleaning. Couches have food stains, etc. My most negative experience was at check-in; the first staff member to check me in asked for the card i wanted to use for the stay. The card i wanted to use and the one i had holding for the reservation were different. He charged the incorrect card without authorization. Which means he did not follow proper verification procedures. One of the worst things you want to do to your paying customers is mess with their money.

Very clean and neat. Breakfast was tasty and delicious. They use Dove products as their toiletries instead of those cheap motel stuff. That's a plus. They have a bar in the lobby and the bartender Matt was very funny and professional, enjoyed it. I will book my rooms here again. The only negative thing was the lighting in the room was dim. I remember when the lights used to be bright. It could have the light covers🤷‍♀️. See yall soon!!

Stay here, avoid the Hampton Inn. Hidden gem, by Ram dealership. Like a palace inside. $10.95 "buffet" breakfast, not complimentary and run of the mill food. Bring your own room cart, maybe. I only observed 2 shiny golden room carts, but they are the nicest room carts I've seen at this price point, 5 Star carts, if that's possible. If'n you're on "Holiday", come on "Inn".

Location was OK, but the rooms were musty and not very clean, also was supposed to have 2 queen beds but actually had two double beds. Fridge still had crumbs in door compartments. Shower head was leaking water and their water has softeners in it so I get the soap rinsed off and was almost late for my appointment. Oh and coffee in lobby was colored water. Not going back.

Attended a mini gaming convention here and was really struck by the attentive staff. The hotel itself was new and super clean and smelled great. Fresh towels waiting near the pool entrance and luxuriously fat tropical fish in their pretty fish tank, hanging out near the feeding door.. It's a smaller hotel but well worth seeking out in Jax. Well done!

I loved everything about my stay! An extra thank you to the check in/desk clerk (from S. Carolina). As she was checking me in, I dropped a 40oz sweet tea 😭 I was ready to clean my mess. However, she insisted that it was OK and she would handle it. She mopped my spill with a smile and was so nice about it. She insisted that I go to my room to rest and calm down. The room was clean, and the bathroom was spotless! The shower was mold free, and the coffee bar was stocked. That bed was amazing. This will be my go-to every time I visit. Thank you again, Ms. South Carolina!
