Let me start with I’m Loving the remodel rooms!!! 😍 Very Quiet. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful when needed. Housekeeper and other staff members are always available to assist you with any needs, issues, concerns or questions regarding the property or things to do in the area.

The staff is awesome and attentive but the hotel is poorly kept. Kitchen drawers are missing, holes in the walls and mold in the bathroom. Burn hole in the blanket. I just left since there are no refunds. Didn't want a different room. Just wanted to leave. I recommend staying far away from here. They will claim the hotel is under renovations to cover up how poorly kept this place is.I know the difference between renovating and unkept.

Run!!!!roaches everywhere, smells horrible, they don’t give toilet paper. Checked in a room with hair on clean covers all on the pillows and fitted sheets. Marijuana smoke every outside inside the hallways. People hanging out allday. Rude front desk staff big black girl just nasty,rude and inconsiderate. She stays on the property which is useless cause she don’t respect nobody. I think this property steals money and out in their own pockets they can put you out at anytime with no explanation certain rooms are locked only to rent to certain guests hmmm seems fishy to me. DON’T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

I know it’s a relatively cheap hotel so I didn’t have high expectations but the room was way worse than I imagined. The online pictures make it look much nicer than it is. There were hairs on our pillows, sheets and in our bathroom sink. If someone did clean the room they did a poor job. The toilet didn’t flush and ran all night. Also, the hotel lobby and hallways smells like someone smokes in there daily.

This is my second time staying at a WoodSprings and this one is by far the best one!! Staff very helpful and pleasant. Very honest . When I first arrived they were under renovation and they took me to a few rooms to look at to pick the one I liked the best, which I thought was really nice never had that before. The washers and dryers work good no issues with them! There is always someone there to help with any issues. Management is a lot better than the last location that’s for sure !! Very quiet no craziness going on. All in all I highly recommend this hotel! Room is nice has a microwave, refrigerator, 2 burners, bathroom, tv with HDMI hook ups which is a big plus! Descent size bed. They’re still under remodeling so I’m still in an older room but all in all it’s very nice! Plenty of cabinet space too!! Hoping to move into one of the new rooms soon!

Yuko, the GM is amazing, the whole staff makes me feel safe, like family, the rooms are getting updated daily and the monthly prices gave my son and I a safe place to call home for now. Thank you staff for caring for us and do not hesitate to stay here as the location is near EVERYTHING!

DO NOT STAY HERE. We arrived at the hotel to find that the staff was off hanging out with the guests. The male desk attendant was short and had a complete lack of customer service. The hotel smells like someone smokes crack there regularly. Mind you I’m 6 months pregnant and cannot stay in these conditions. Once you get to your room you will find it to be absolutely grimy. Oh and you want a refund? Too bad they purposely have a no refund policy because this issue obviously occurs often. The manager will not return your calls or emails and is conveniently out of the office every time you try to contact. Any other hotel will accommodate you and treat you like a human. Stay anywhere else or sleep in your car. Save your money and spend it at the hampton inn or holiday inn express near the airport. They are NOT working hard to improve your stay, I’m sure the owner and manager are off smoking crack with the guests. I’m extremely disappointed, they are STEALING your money.

If ZERO stars was an option or negative stars, that’s what this place would get. This place is nothing as advertised. It is in a bad enough neighborhood that we did not want to leave any of our belongings in our car. The hotel had the worst odor in the hallways, as well as in our rooms. It smelt of puke and smoke. Every appliance was covered in rust and mold. There was even mold on the ceilings. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever seen or sat on (was scared to lay on). We exited and left the room within 5 mins of arriving and booked somewhere else. The only time we spent in the room was to find a new hotel. Then, when we called to explain the situation, they were unwilling to work with us. Horrible customer service. DO NOT STAY HERE whatever you do!!!

I just stayed at this location on 7/15. The hotel is located behind some woods so it’s kind of hidden. I wouldn’t say it’s a safe location since it’s so secluded. The elevator makes you feel you’re within 7 foot tall cardboard box. Though there is no smoking in the rooms as soon as you enter the facilities it smells like pot. When I went to my room, the tub was half stained, permanent stains that don’t go away. The ventilator in the bathroom was all rusted never looked like they even wanted to paint it to hide the kitchenette area has rust all over the place the refrigerator door has rust and I just kept on staring out the window thinking my car was going to be vandalized at some point definitely do not recommend this location or WoodSpring suites for that matter.

Most disgusting hotel I've ever seen in my entire life. We came into town from out of state and were fooled by the pictures posted on their front page of Google, ended up scrambling at 1 am after 30 seconds in the room to find another hotel last minute. Well worth the trouble and extra money. I'm surprised they don't give you the option to book a room by the hour and charge an extra fee for having to feed the roaches in your room. The walk from the front desk to your room, the elevator and the room itself is just awful. My wife and I agreed that sleeping on a bench outside would feel much more sanitary.

They cancelled my booking with out telling me. Arrived the hotel around 10:30 and staff was arrogant and hotel manger no use. Called 911 and the officer came and talked to manger seems they know each other but no use. I called them 4 times on the day of arrival to let them know I will be late but nobody pick the phone . If you are going with family do not book this hotel.luckily I got a room in quality inn . Better device and room

Keesha provided us with the best customer service I've ever experienced, I was blown away. Thank you!! Great location, price was awesome with no crazy hidden fees. Bed was a little hard, but manageable. The window didn't have a curtain, and the blinds did have some missing pieces. If we weren't on main floor it wouldn't have been a bother. I'm sure it'll be fixed as they're going through reno though. I found 1 cockroach in a cabinet, luckily it was dead. If you're used to the Ritz this isn't the place for you.

Yall, you guys, families, spend the extra money and safe yourself some terror, hostility and probably bugs. We booked one night, and what a night it was. No remotes for the TV and that's the good part, just wait till you see the pictures; they speak volumes. Grease, bloodstained, hole filled walls... O and there were cupcakes left in the microwave for an extra little touch :)

This hotel has come a LONG WAY! The updates have really done it justice and the staff is amazing! Not to mention, you can’t beat the price. It’s my Home away from home.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. By far the most nastiest hotel i’ve ever stayed at. They only clean the rooms every 2 weeks! you have to pay extra money to use kitchen equipment if you don’t bring your own! they don’t come in your room and change trash or supply you with more toilet paper! they argue with you if you need more then 2 towels! the floors absolutely disgusting! staff is rude! i wouldn’t ever recommend this hotel to anyone!

It was not a room or establishment I would stay at. Roaches in two of the rooms. Unsightly people living there. Not a great place to stay unless you like that type of thing. Beds were like over night guest cots. The smell was a mixture between febreeze and two day old poopie baby diaper. 1 out of 10 I would not recommend.

I didn't like this motel. The elevator was out they tried to give me a room on the first floor the refrigerator was peeling from rottin old I did not like it at all. Did Not stay there. I booked it 7 days before coming and they refunded me not all my money.

When I first got here, I was a little worried because of some of the reviews I've read... Personally I think this place is great. I absolutely love the staff, they're always so nice and professional. The rooms have everything you need and at a GREAT price. The location is awesome since it's secluded and definitely makes you feel safe and comfortable. Plus, there a number of stores and places to eat in a half mile radius. Definitely recommend!!

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT STAY HERE! This hotel was the worst place i’ve ever stayed. It was in the worst area, the room and hotel were very dirty all around. I also had things stolen out of the back of my truck and took box. Hotel did nothing to help. The room was a whole other story. The microwave was covered in rust, the shower was so nasty and covered in green lime/rust. Hotel was trashed all around, people were doing drugs in their rooms. Drunk people everywhere being rude. This hotel should definitely be shut down.

Probably the WORST place I have ever stayed! Walked in the room to an awful smell. Mattresses are on metal frames with springs like military barracks.Picture was missing off the wall, ceiling light fixture was broken and missing it’s cover totally. TV remote didn’t work.Next morning went to the bathroom and saw roaches crawling all over. Looked around living area and saw more dead roaches in the corners. Room was overall very dirty and not cleaned well. Decided did not want to stay in a place with roaches in it! Went to the front desk explained the circumstances to front desk manager. Said he was sorry and would credit the credit card for the nights we had not used and said it was all handled. Never got credit for nights we paid for and didn’t stay and nothing was handled and no refund ever given. Will never be back again !

This is by far the best extended hotel. Rms is always clean. Staff is good as well. Mr. Jackson the general manager is always up front and center. Always ensure the guest is enjoying their stay. If any issue he resolves it immediately. I have a teenage daughter and she knows just about all the staff just like they know. She tells me she considered herself like part of the hotel family since they always asks her about her day. how is school going but just taking the time to talk with her or any guests. Alot of hotels you go to they just check u in and that's in but not here. If this hotel had like a suite with another room attach to it i would just move here.

Upon check-in I was given a tour of the room, it had such a terrible musty water damage type of smell. I told them I couldnt stay there. There were 5 other people also checking in around the same time and every one of them came back to the lobby complaining about a terrible smell in their room. I couldnt even breath the 1 minute I was in the room. The pictures make it seem like this is a decent hotel. I did not stay and cancelled my reservation for 2 nights. unfortunately they refused to refund. I understand cancellation policies but they did not have a safe clean room; it’s unacceptable and deceiving. It’s not right that they have refused to refund. Avoid this place!

I currently stay here an it’s going on my 3rd week an so far from my experience everyone is very nice the main manager is very kool he has his rules but it’s not even hard rules to follow it’s very quiet

Not sure where to begin, simply subpar room and service. Upon entering the room, there are many safety code violations. I’m not sure how this place has not been shut down because of them. Wires sticking out under the sink, rust and dirt corrosion on the all the sinks and shower head, microwave did not work, lights worked when they wanted to. Dirt and grime every where. Pieces of the wall lining falling off. Sink sides coming off. Poor air circulation. Thin sheets and covers (you can literally see through them, that’s how thin they are). Very loud bathroom exhaust fan that of course did not work. And unfortunately, cockroaches…big ones. Terrible service from workers who could care less. House keeping only happens every 2 weeks which means you won’t be getting fresh linens, more toilet paper, or a properly cleaned room (at their expense). We had a front desk person survey the room and they said they would send out a maintenance person…who of course never came. We stayed for 7 days. Plenty of time for the maintenance to help us.

OK budget hotel. The room strangely has a kitchen counter, kitchen sink, stove, and full-size refrigerator (which makes me think this place might’ve been an apartment converted into a hotel). I wish there were a coffee maker as well as an iron board, iron, and hangers for my clothes. The floor in the room needed a good vacuuming and mopping. It’s definitely not the cleanest or brightest place, but for a quick one-night cheap stay, I won’t complain too much

Excellent friendly staff. Very willing to help our elderly friend who was staying here . The security in the hotel was also on point. The handicap accessible room was plenty big enough for her to navigate around in. Stove microwave & fridge all worked perfectly. I thought everything looked very clean both times we put her up here. We would definitely use this hotel again. The manager is a gem.

We have been a resident at this Woodsprings since June 22. We are truly so happy and appreciate the complete staff. The Manger is truly attentive to all details. The Manger pushed forward continously to have any and all issues fixed immediately. The front office staff are a joy to work with and extremely professional. I Thank them for all of there hard work. I would rate them in the 10 star range .

We stayed here for 7 nights and Mr Yuko Jackson (hotel manager) worked his hardest to make sure we were satisfied and comfortable! He and the staff were very welcoming to our 2 dogs even though one of our dogs is on the larger side. Overall, good place to stay and right off the interstate!

Walked into our non-smoking room, it reeked of cigarette smoke. The trash can was full of garbage and the bed had clearly been slept in. The bathroom was moldy and the furniture looked like army surplus.

When I first arrived at this location it was an absolute mess. Poorly organized and really no structure regarding services provided from the previous staff. Let alone the bold, disruptive and intolerable behaviors that often occured. During my near two year stay, the general manager has taken a firm grasp on improving your stay, whether it be a short or extended duration. Not only has the staffing improved immensely, the TEAM effort speaks volumes. Not only has the general manager Mr. Jackson formed a ambitious staff, he has improved the grounds inside and out to ensure your safety. I am thankful to the staff and Mr. Yuko Jackson for providing a better way of living in a hotel atmosphere. Thank you!!!!

The room I am in has no smell. No roaches and was very clean upon entry. The beds are comfy and the staff is truly amazing and friendly. The manager Mr. Jackson is the best. Very helpful and courteous. I definitely recommend this location.

Worst place ever. The room was smelling really terrible. We were not even able to breath well because of the stinking smell in the room. And within few mins of arrival we killed a cockroach in the room. The bed linens were smelling like they were never washed. STAY AWAY from this place!

Pictures are worth a thousand words ok. And the ones that I have of your hotel room says more than you telling me not to come back. My grandmother always said a hit dog hollers. Thanks for hollering hit dog. And further more it's more than my pleasure not to ever ever ever come back to the dumpster motel. Good day.

I've heard horror stories from extended stays. This seems like the place people stay in for work, moving, visiting relatives etc. It's nothing fancy but it is not the kind of place bums stay when they have nowhere else to go. Overall it was a decent place. Not too far from the beach, Timucuan, downtown. You can get clean sheets whenever you want, the staff is nice, and most things work ok or are an easy fix. There were some minor annoyances like the key card not working. You can't connect more than three devices to the internet and I had to log in every day. The connection is ok for WFH if you are not doing something data intensive. It was a good for what it costs. I would stay again if I am in Jax.

Management and staff went out of the way to make me comfortable and help me making reservations in Ocala Florida so I can stay at your silver springs hotel there. I travel all my life and it's nice to see people that take of business. management that's concerned

Manager cancelled my reservation and didn’t even bother to call or email. I arrived Friday evening with two kids and no place to stay and no reason for the cancelled reservation. From the other reviews and the looks of the place, they did me a favor. Never again; too many better options. ( The response below is a bald faced lie. I was told by the desk attendant the manager cancelled it and the card worked just fine that same evening. I had email confirmation of the reservation made days earlier.)

The images posted on the hotels website are wrong! Shame on me for not reading all reviews before I booked - this place is filthy and they had roaches!!! Mold growing in the bathroom and rust all over the kitchen appliances + a missing drawer 😳 The front desk associates were kind ( the hotels one saving grace - they have good people) other wise nothing else is worth staying for so pre warning before you book …. know what your getting into because it’s non refundable!!!!

Had to replace Air Conditioner. Need a close place to park a few family members with health problems. 0900 start on project. Had to pay for two days. Used room between 0800 and 1600...... $270 Room way dirty. Burn marks on toilet. Room Air unit had burn and smoke damage on wall above plug. Plastic scorched on plug. Check in was a bust. Never got call back. Booked online. Next time comforter on bed would have been nice. Sheets not very inviting. HAVE pictures. What's the point ? You have been warning.
