Stayed for almost a week while looking for an apartment since we were new in town. Wonderful staff and so nice and clean. My kids loved the very well managed pool. The breakfast and consistently available tea and coffee were a huge plus. Would definitely recommend.

I travel for a living, so I have some perspective. At check-in, Amanda was very professional, courteous and friendly. Joseph, also at the front desk was beyond kind and accommodating and so graciously offered to print a document for me. Twice! Although it's currently being renovated, the noise level was at a minimum. The room was very clean and housecleaning did an exceptional job as well. Bed was very comfortable. Pool area was super clean. AND it was right off the highway and centrally located to everything. Well done.

This is a great place to stay if you do not bring a car to their location. There is absolutely no security provided in the parking lot. We parked right in front of the hotel and our catalytic converter was stolen from underneath our vehicle. When I inquired as to what insurance they had or what they could do to help, their response was, “you park at your own risk“. The rooms were nice, the personnel are friendly and the breakfast was more than adequate. However the complete indifference they showed about the vandalism of our car in their front parking area makes me question just how committed they really are to their customers’ satisfaction.

My husband and I are Holiday Inn platinum customers and have stayed at many Holiday Inns over the years. This past Saturday, we arrived at 2:45 for the 3:00 check in only to be told by the snippy lady at the front that check in time was 4:00. What?????. Every HI that we've been to has always had a 3:00 check in (we came from out of state to attend a wedding that evening). My husband checked the website and indeed it said a 3:00 check in. So he went back up to the snippy lady at the desk only to be told this time that there were no rooms, that's all she said. My husband then proceeded to tell her that we had reservations. She continued to be snippy now saying that there were no cleaned rooms available, really at check in time??. Finally my husband told her we needed a room because we were attending a wedding in a couple hours and needed to get ready and guess what, a cleaned room became available. Had this woman initially told us the situation, took our name while we waited in the lobby area and apologized for the delay, it would have been different. She needs to take some classes in customer service. Our room was fine and we got to the wedding on time.

Although the person at the front desk was one of the nicest people I’ve encountered, this experience was definitely one to be remembered - but not in a good way. Or room had ants. We pulled back the sheets and they had something on them. They kindly gave us another room. The second room’s toilet didn’t flush. At this point we were so exhausted we just decided to sleep here.

Overall this hotel stay was very nice! The staff was pleasant, the room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the breakfast options. The pros outweighed the cons. 2 cons - It’s easy to see off the highway but we struggled finding the parking lot as it wasn’t intuitive. Th second con was two different people knocked on my door between 10:30-10:50 to see when we were checking out. I wasn’t late checking out, I was on time so that I found annoying.

Decent breakfast, however front desk woman should be enrolled in a course on customer service quality, she also needs an attitude adjustment. Bed not so comfortable and should come with a ladder it’s so high. Lobby restroom hand wash faucet pulled from sink. Every had sanitizer in common areas empty. So many added tax’s. Would not recommend.

The location has a lot to be desired as you get hit with a toll on the road heading to it. I was heading North but had to turn around and head south to locate the holiday Inn. The staff were very accommodating. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was not working so that sucked and the pool was nice cause it was crazy hot but was filled with huge women who were hard to watch. I think the rooms looked clean but as I am writing this I killed a bug crawling up my hand hope it was a roach an not a bed bug. Bed bug and I'll have to burn everything. Other than that the place was convenient and was surprisingly filled up. Doesn't hurt to have a free breakfast offered to you as well.

Visiting for business and I have found Joseph at the front desk is the nicest and most accommodating man I have ever had the pleasure to do business with!! This is a standard hotel, everything you need nothing you don't. I can't complain and I have been very happy. Again I have to mention Joseph at the front desk, making the visit memorable by being very friendly, welcoming and willing to address any issues with a smile. Wish i had to come back more often.

They had friendly and quick staff. The rooms were clean and spacious (king). We could tell that they went the extra mile for cleanliness. The breakfast was delicious (cool pancake conveyor belt) and had bacon!!

My family stays at least 4-6 times a month at this hotel and while staying we have been told that the pool facility would be up and running and be open. For an establishment that has it promoted as a customer hearing that it is still close is not okay and not worth having me stay there. I wanted to enjoy the pool while it being so hot in Florida and it still being pushed off that they’ll get to it. With that being stated the level of laziness is unacceptable, I’ve have traveled for many years and I have had to ask for my room to be cleaned at this establishment, which I shouldn’t have to do when I am paying for a stay at a hotel. I have had plenty of talks with the hotel staff and it is “we will take care of it” and it seems nothing is ever done. I have also asked what their cable company is cause there is nothing on it no news, movie channels, just cartoons and stations with grain looking shows and old movies. Being a reward member with IGH I expect more than being brushed off and not being heard.

Booked 2 rooms 2 weeks ahead of stay. Upon arrival they had overbooked the hotel and ended having to share a room with someone I knew. Promise was made that we would have separate rooms the following night and again they had overbooked. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, not in a great area for kids and front desk staff doesn't know what she is doing, always going to ask GM questions that she should know. Also TV inputs do not work and there cable is limited.

This was an awful hotel. We recently went for a soccer tournament, the worst of it was the floor near the AC is dry rotted and moldy. The room smells awful because of this. My whole family came home sick. The hotel needs maintenance.

I stayed at this hotel twice on 2/16 til 2/17 and 3/2 til 3/3. I drove four hours from the Tampa area for a dental appointment. I booked my reservation on phone with staff member Selvonne. She was very professional and such a nice person on phone as well as in person. My reservation credit card just held my reservation and my credit card was only charged after my stay. Both stays were amazing as well as breakfast. However, on 3/9 I made another reservation for the 3rd time but this time it was with front desk staff Shugmary on phone for 3/16 til 3/17, but later I noticed my credit card was charge for room upfront on same day. I later called to cancel my room because I was able to get a rewards night. I cancelled room on 3/13 and later called again on 3/15-but no room had been cancelled. I spoke to Angel at front desk to mention about my cancelation as well as me wanting a refund for room that I never stayed at-Angel said after placing me on hold twice that he/she was making sure prior room was cancelled and that my refund was being processed for a refund-but till this day no refund on my credit card. I checked in today for my rewards night for another stay 3/16 til 3/17 but no manager to speak to about my refund. I also called the number and extention for a manager on hotel business card and I get a different manager's name and the voice mail is full. I was also told the manager left early and no manager to speak to or get in touch with in the evening or night for those customers who have hotel problems. Also, when I checked in I was not placed in the room I requested, no sheets anywhere for sofa bed, and room keys were not working. I tried calling house keeping and no one picked up phone for service. When I got through to front desk for bedding situation staff Shugemary brought me a pillow and a blanket but no sheet or pillow cases. She never apoligized for any of her mistakes. 😕 Drove four hours to this hotel again that I had been happy with- but this time I dealt with nothing but poor service. I was drained. My stay this time around has been very poor and I want my hotel refund for a prior reservation I cancelled as soon as possible. I also hope I can speak to a manager before I check out. ✔️ I am giving a 5 star for my first two hotel stays-but sadly a 0 for my third stay. Please hire and train all new staff well and hire only those who can give great customer service-because I really like this hotel, the location and the great breakfast.

This hotel was lovely! Our room was beautiful and much more spacious than expected. The breakfast was great, the pool was wonderful, and the staff was so fantastic! Joseph in particular, the night guy, was the absolute best! The next time we come back to Jacksonville, I'd be delighted to stay again.

Joseph from the moment I stepped in made me feel welcomed. I don't know what he makes but it's not enough, he was fantastic. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was wonderful. All around a great stay and service.
