Quite clean and comfy room, so that part was fine. Just not impressed with the rest. I get that there's a pandemic, but...if you advertise hot breakfast, there should at least be packaged muffins or something like we got at the comfort inn the previous night. Out of their bad coffee most of the time we were there. Only had decaf. Large work crew apparently staying and they decided that hanging out under our window was the best spot to gather and at night and while waiting to leave at 7am.

Staff was friendly. Their lobby is beautiful, the rooms not so much. Rooms need improvement. We booked for 4 (2 adults and 2 kids) but there were only 3 towels. Shampoo and conditioner barely for one (good thing I always bring my own.) Bed sheets could be more comfortable, there were no blankets...

For an economy hotel, this one was fine. We were here for a week awaiting apartment availability. The grounds were very well kept, except for the very back lot. I think that trash was from both the raccoons getting in the dumpster and workers who parked there and threw out there trash. The front desk attendants were kind, but Tyler was my favorite. He was always helpful. The housekeepers were also kind and thorough. Never saw any crawlies in our room. The shower didn’t have much water pressure, but toilet worked well. The grounds were well lit at night and it felt secure. We stayed the back building, facing the pool. There was not much road noise.

Bathroom had mold in the shower. People coming and going at all hours of the night. No ice machine. The courtyard was well lit all night. For the money not bad, but will not stay again.

We booked through Hotwire and were told we were getting a quality inn hotel. We arrived at a non-descript building with zero signage; no evidence of this being a quality inn at all. Waited 5 minutes for anybody to show up at the front desk to check us in, got our room assignments, and went to our rooms. They are clean, but in extremely poor shape. Feels like you’re staying at a Scottish or Knights inn, or some truck stop motel. Everything is dilapidated and shoddy. We soon discovered that our front door doesn’t lock unless you physically bolt yourself in. Meaning we couldn’t leave unless one of us stayed behind to watch our belongings and keep strangers out. It doesn’t help that the neighborhood seems to be quite sketchy, with various itinerants roaming the area. I’m mostly annoyed that Hotwire tried to pass this place off as a quality inn establishment when it clearly isn’t. I would contact the front desk but this is only a one night stopover for us, so we will just deal with it. But don’t be fooled into thinking there a certain level of standard that one comes to expect with a quality inn, as you won’t find it here.

This was a horrible stay at a hotel in used to love. The red haired girl was beyond rude at check in because I had asked for my two rooms to be side by side and that is not what was given to me. The room with the king bed smelled hoeei le and had old furniture in it and the roo. With the 2 full sized beds had a moldy refrigerator, dirty microwave, dirty floors and the ceiling was peeling all over. When my husband went to ask for another room he was told no and asked, "so are you staying or not." I specifically asked if the pool was open and told yes only to get there 4 days later and be told the pool has been under construction for awhile and is off limits. The breakfast was dry cereal. I showed him and the housekeeping supervisor a video and picture of the refrigerator in my room and both looked at me as if there was no problem then began to explain why it wasn't clean; they forgot, it was just defrosted, someone switched it out.. I asked the day worker, a white male, for the manager and was told he was in a meeting and to try back later. He said the manager, he, should be available around 4pm.. when I checked back at 4 the red headed girl was back and said she was the manager, that there is no other manager and no owner. I asked her so who the morning clerk said he spoke with and she rolled her eyes and grunted. There were always people hanging around outside on the side walk smoking so even though you have a no smoking rook, it smells like smoke and they have a sign that says if ur room smells like smoke they will charge you. This was a great hotel not to long ago but we will never stay here again.

This place is an absolute joke. Don't let their nice outside and nice lobby fool you. The rooms are basic, not updated. They didn't inform us there was no breakfast, we just went to eat Friday morning and then there was a sign up that they were not doing breakfast because of renovations. The pool isn't cleaned, but its a nice, you'd think they would take care of it better. They don't care to move you when dogs are barking and loud or when people are rude and smoking right outside your door. Not just cigarettes either. Was a room for 4, had 2 towels, and couldn't get enough for everyone in my party. Parking is terrible for the inside rooms because the lots is behind the hotel or in the very front. The best part of my stay here was leaving! We will probably frequent Jacksonville a decent bit for airline service and this place will not be used ever again. So, please, do not let their nice look on the outside fool you.

This hotel is very dated! The ONLY thing that looks nice is the pool area. The water pressure was not the best. The noise the last night that occurred all night into the morning hours were ridiculous. Overheard a dog barking through out my stay. Called service desk only for them to check the room next door being loud and then all of them laughing including the worker. Overall the place is just a dive!!! For the $$ price of staying there you would think you could get a decent complimentary breakfast. Waffles and juice just don’t slice it!!!! This place definitely needs a good renovation & a breakfast bar just saying. Overall, on the next trip down I will definitely stay somewhere else that doesn’t look rundown.

Sketchy. Hotel denied us refund even though we did not even touch the room. Booked with priceline bad idea. No refund is available even though they are no longer quality inn. All signs are blacked out. And the new name is on the wall in the lobby. There is no parking near the room that was assigned.

Rooms are clean and updated. New AC units and comfortable beds. They did only have 2 towels in the room but were happy to provide extras upon request.

This is an older building but is beautiful. Inside entrance was gorgous with an inviting staircase, sitting area, and tvs. They are in the process of changing names, which made me double-check my reservation. The staff were friendly and checked us in quickly. They are in the process of remodeling. Our room was mostly updated, with a newly tiled bathroom. The beds were comfortable. The pillows were ok but a little on the thin side. They have a small pool and large court yard area where you can relax without the sight of the hustle and bustle of the main roads. They had breakfast, which was bagles, toast, 6 make your own waffles. They offered Orange juice, milk, water, and coffee for drinks. Overall. Nice economic place to stay. The shower didn't drain very well. The carpet was old and definitely needed a deep clean or to be torn out and replaced. (Which may be their next step in the process of remodeling) Their ice machine was a very small residential ice maker.

The first room the gave me the door wouldn't stay close you could push the door right open.. the next room they have me the whole toilet broke while I was using it. Next room didn't have a security lock, this is room number 3 by the way. Post n final room no complaints. When the manager called and asked about the toilet he never asked me if I was ok, knowing I could have been injured

Just stopped for overnight stay. Had a hard time funding as no sign outside and inside had a different name (was told at desk they were leaving Choice/Quality Inn). Price was fair but place was dingy - furniture, appliances, even ice machine). Seems as if a new owner is looking to make an improvement, painting, signs even empty pool seems in prep of a reopening - and the grounds have potential. I will keep an eye on reviews to see if they step it up but for an overnight I woukd return and it is looking promising as a better multi-day stay base of operations.

This hotel is super out of date but extremely charming! My stay was wonderful. Staff are so so nice, rooms were a total blast from the past but honestly really nice. The price is a total steal and they have great options for restaurants near by.

Stay somewhere else!! It had 3.5 stars so i figured it'd be decent for the one night we need. But i was definitely wrong! Tried calling the desk FIVE times with no answer sense the low battery smoke alarm starting going off at 10 am woke up my family/kids. We are 2 buildings away from the front desk so we cant go to the desk (leave the kids alone or take them up there at night (its a sketchy area turns out) feral cats try following you into your room and car. Rooms are atrocious. Pictures attached of just a few of the issues. I had to take the battery out of the smoke detector sense the employee(s) wont answer, which is a safety issue for sure!! Also in general how its laid out with the buildings it just doesnt seem safe. I wrote the company and will be asking for a manager in the morning so we'll see what they do/say. Ill update this tomorrow or whenever its rectified. Also a murder documentary was playing in the lobby at check in which seemed inappropriate but whatever i guess. Lady at check in was friendly. There are many other hotel options in the area, spend the few extra $ and stay somewhere nicer and safer!!

Went to inquire about the room. Super clean office smells amazing drinks in lobby fresh and a food truck outside. Definitely a great place so far. Haven't stayed yet but so far so good. Pet friendly 😍

It had large clean rooms and all facilities were operational. Spent 97.00 for a night and has SHUTTLE to the airport which is nice. Stayed because it was the lowest cost one with acceptable quality. Good for a night or two if using the Jacksonville Airport.

The front desk attendant Tyler went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and pleased. We travel and stay at choice hotels 60-70 times a year ad honestly, Tyler is the best staff member we had ever encountered. Thank you Tyler for going over and above.

Tyler! I can't thank you enough for all that you do and the absolute perfect service you provide! What an establishment! Great homelike feeling with newly updated rooms and fresh paint! The flower wall and decor in general is sweet! Having management so closely involved with every little situation is a major plus when any issue big or small is taken care of in such a timely manner. Thanks for having me and all the Cypress trucking training team.

Front desk gentleman named Tyler is absolutely fantastic. He remembers little things about his clients that make them feel welcome and at home. The property upkeep is wonderful. At any point of the day or night there's somebody at that front desk who's willing to help you. The rooms are very clean.

The location is older and had renovation scraps at side of building but had to say..felt safe at the location esp as a woman traveling alone, the room though older was clean and tidy. Besides standard continental breakfast offering the usual, they also included bacon egg and cheese biscuits which was a surprise. The staff was super nice and accommodating, asked if needed anything, and greeted with smiles in the morning. Great way to start my day..would stay here again!

First I like to give a shout out to Eric. I spoke with him few days upon arriving and he gave me a good weekly rate! When I arrived the rate was different but the hotel honored the rate I was given by Eric. A Special thanks to Tyler & GiGi. Those two front desk agent were phenomenal and fabulous! They made my check in very easy. They were nice and professional. My room was nice and clean! So I have no complaints! Good job hotel!!

Dori was attending the front desk the evening my wife and I checked in, not friendly, but we shrugged it off. Roaches found in the room that evening. Not happy, but were tired from our drive. Contacted the front desk the next day to acquire fresh towels to replace the wet ones. Dori was at the front desk and was not friendly. Called twice to inquire on the status of the towel replacement after waiting over two hours. My wife called and asked when the towels would arrive, Dori was short with my wife and stated it was up to house keeping to deal with this matter and hung up the phone. Customer service is very lacking and the breakfast is terrible. Do not recommend this location.

The. Hotel has two floors. The design is that of an outdoor establishment. The rooms are are accessible from the outside on the first floor. The room ( a pet room) I had, was clean , it could use some updating. Yet, I loved it. Clean Towels , New toiletries were provided and washroom water was hot when used. The room had a microwave, Large flat screen TV, WI-FI, mini refridgerater, ironing board, iron, mini hair blow dryer, a desk, coffee maker with coffee, cups, and a floor heater / air conditioner, ( which I did test on both settings for heat as well as cold air) that worked great on both settings. There was joyful as well as, excellent customer service served with a smile. The whole staff is very very nice! I even had help with getting my bags to my room and had No problem switching my room after arrival! The establishment does need to update on the website that they are Not offering breakfast due to COVID 19 at this time. But other than that, in felt the hotel was a nice place to stay.

Stayed here with my boyfriend for the weekend of March 11-13/2022. We both had a pleasant stay. For the moment they were not serving breakfast but there are places near by where you could eat. The pool was available but we didn't get to use it because of the low temperature. It was pretty quiet, room was clean with the exception of the A/C which in heater was giving some weird smell. Room had a good mini fridge, a microwave, a TV, a desk, plenty of towels, hair dryer among other things. The water pressure was great. However, I might add in case you feel like you could never rinse off the soap when showering is because they have some sort of water softner just so you know 😁.

We had 2 rooms...checked in at 630pm...one of then wasn't ready (totally sympathetic to hotels being affected by pandemic). I was definitely uneasy about the location....I wouldn't walk to the car by myself. Room was clean. But definitely not a good area.

Stayed at this hotel on the first night of my short trip to Jacksonville to watch the Broncos vs Jaguars game. Thankful for the shuttle service from the airport and the fact that their website mentioned the $5 cost so I was prepared ahead of time. My room was okay not great, it looked old and in need of some renovations (cracks in ceiling and walls). Overall this hotel was good enough for a short 1 night stay but the hotel I stayed at on my second night just down the road was so much better.
