Worst place I have ever stayed in. Got in late so the after hours number didn't work. Had to get in touch with security for help. Then comes out Matt C this guy is a joke and should be fired. He watched us from his room as we waited in the lobby. When he got called first word's out of his mouth were I'm not on the clock! Then started arguing with me and my husband. Treatment was unprofessional to say the least. After telling us to leave and he was going to call the police on us. I informed him I wasn't going anywhere unless he either gave me a room or gave me my money back! This man should be fired on the spot. I've seen other reviews on here about the same Matt C when is enough enough?? Not to even mention the freaking roaches crawling on the walls. Never again this place is a joke

I didn't complain when we was met with a bug the first day. didn't complain when bathroom lights didn't work and fixed next day. but when I asked Matt about the pest control timing and had a few words with him he got abusive and started yelling and wanted to throw me out of a room I had paid for. contacted management and still waiting for a response

The staff in the lobby was VERY rude. Online price reported pricing was $70/night. Outside sign said $90 but he claimed that the cheapest available was $140. Went all the way thru the reservation online and it never went above $100 after taxes. I showed him this and he claimed they weren't taking reservations and he just said don't care, go somewhere else then.

Staff had bad attitudes. High crime area. Dirty hotel. No clean towels for a week! No security at all. Bad neighborhood not safe to walk a dog! Lots of drug addicts in parking area.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. It was absolutely filthy, covered in roaches. Didn't look like it was ever cleaned. Front desk staff was awful-specifically Matt- the obese, white guy who cared more about a pitbulls feelings than me or my 2 small children's safety. There was a woman posted up right outside the entrance and when I politely asked him to take care of the situation because I feared walking to my car. He told me to simply go pet the dog and eventually cussed me out for telling him how he isn't doing his job. Absolutely awful! As well as they checked me out early WITHOUT my permission or a phone call and gathered my things and threw them in a bag, AND poured my disinfectant spray (an entire bottle) all over my kids clothes and things. This place is disgusting and Matt doesn't deserve a job there.

Honesty this is a great hotel to stay at if you need a temporary home away from "home", on a long bussiness trip or even a long term place to live until you figure something permanent out!!! It's safe, Comfortable And The hospitality is overwhelming!!!! Gigi The General manager of the Hotel is nothing shy of amazing, She will help you in every way possible, She goes above and beyond to make sure there isn't any unnecessary chaos . When we first got here in Febuary Due to a House fire we did see 2 very very tiny roaches but that exact day the entire hotel was sprayed for bugs( it has been sprayed atleast twice a month that I saw since then) so that's normal and to this day I have not seen any at all. This hotel is not roach infested by any means!! The staff constantly keep it very clean. Best Extended Stay America I've ever stayed it. Highly Recommend.

Front desk was very nice and checkin was good. At about 10pm we saw roaches in our room, loaded up the suitcases in the truck. If you dot mind roaches. Then this is ur place. I will discuss this with them in the morning . Not lookin for a refund but they should at least credit me something. I will not stay here again.

Came to check in for an existing reservation at a reasonable time. Front desk closed, no staff anywhere. I spent an hour trying to reach anyone, calling all possible phone numbers listed and no answer. Had to drive around to find a hotel with last minute availability because their staff members think they are too good to do their job and for bare minimum be present. Horrible

I wish I would have read the reviews before booking and paying for this room. It’s currently 1:38am and I have myself and my 3 children sitting on the edge of the beds while I’m on the phone trying to find another hotel. It’s absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.!! I’m definitely looking to get refunded because this is ridiculous.!!! I can deal with people running and stomping upstairs, but roaches is where I draw the line.

Said they just sprayed for bugs, tried two rooms and there was roaches everywhere. The lady came upstairs with me to check a 3rd room and it was worse. As we walked down the hall, you could see baby roaches running from one room to another under the doors and across the hall! I was told no refund... I said no thanks.

Run away. Infested with roaches everywhere in the room. The beds are up on some metal set up and a mattress and the toilets haven’t been cleaned in a year. Unless you HAVE to stay here (there’s cheaper places in less dangerous areas but)

My family and I have been here for a month and it is one of the best extended stays that we have been in. The rooms are very clean and have a decent bit of space ( no bug or pest problems , very comfy beds, full size fridge, nice stovetop and no outside or inside noise from others) the woman at the front desk is very nice and accommodating to all of the residents here. This is a great place for single families.

They charge $606.00 a week. Plus $12.95 for WIFI??; if you need to connect multiple devices. Hallways smell like weed. There's roaches!! Management tried to enter my room twice without knocking or identifying who they were. The second time I went downstairs to report it because when I went to open the door to see who it was no one was in the hallway at all! Alll of a sudden they couldn't access the cameras. My room key constantly didn't work. It's honestly not worth the money. I was also told that the only accept parcels and not letter mail.

Congrats! Out of all my teen years staying in hotels theyre the my first and last with this Brand, one word BUGS. We spent 120$ $100 for two nights which i thought would be a decent Price, but Boyy how i was mistaken! Bathroom had bugs the bed sheet sides where you tuck in the sheets had bugs, there was Many on the floor, we already paid for it and toughed it out but Never again. Only reason i give a two stars was the Customer service they had on the line, thats all. I hate doing negative reviews but this needs to he taken seriously by upper management, your taking care of people, guests families especially when theyre tired and come to your hotel for comfort.

Stayed at the location for 4 months. Overall, some small gripes, but the experience was at if not above expectations. Pros: -No real big issues the whole time. -The ladies at the front desk were absolutely amazing. Super helpful and kind, even in the middle of the night. -I never had any issues with bugs as stated in other reviews. -Ac system worked good, they did maintenance on the whole all the units in the building, which made them even better. -Pressmisses are tucked back in the surrounding area to where not many people pass by. -Most things located within reasonable driving distance. Cons: - The west end of the building is located fairly close to the freeway/freeway exit, so semi trucks are somewhat noticeable. -Higher grade wifi is $30 a month, was about 1mb/s download. Base wifi was around 300kb/s, which was brutal. -Rooms ethernet port didn't work, tv remote stopped working even with new batteries. -They put up a notice for bi-weekly room inspections near the end of my tenure, so I'm not entirely sure what that's all about. -Elevator is quite slow, not that I personally mind much since I like taking the stairs. -Had a series of power outages due to thunderstorms, which is out of their hands and just up to FL weather.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First off i reserved 2 rooms for 2 months. When making the reservation i told the gentleman that my employee was driving from Texas and would be in late. Wanted him to have a place to lay his head after a 16hr drive. He got in the next morning only to find out they rented his room to someone else and had no rooms available, yet they still charged me for theroom.Lady behind the desk was above and beyond as rude as can be. Has a manager who backs her on the phone. Then after I canceled my reservations which were for 2 months for 2 rooms I went to my truck with my girlfriend( she was recording the whole time) the lady behind the desk came to the window and flipped her the bird ( all recorded). Be seeing you on social media extended stay. Maybe you should learn how to treat a paying customer.

I stayed here for a month! (Monthly discounted rate) ... Gigi (the manager) was very friendly and helpful!!! I am super glad I chose this location instead of some other sketchy cheap options on the otherside of i95! Great location, great price!!! Very quiet area. Laundry room is great! (The occasional German Roach [the small not-so-scary ones lol] would appear, however not such a huge deal) ... overall I am very grateful for having found this great hotel at a great value, nestled away in a safe area thats off the main road. I would recommend this place!!!

There were only two outlets that worked in my room, the tv didn't have a working outlet and there were a few crawlers but it's florida so nothing you can do. It was really clean tho.

The customer service here is horrible! I’m paying nearly 2k to stay for a month due to being in between housing and this place is awful! It smells, there are roaches, the front desk associates are not welcoming they don’t even say hello just give you blank stares. I understand the staff my be use to a certain clientele but that’s not a reason to lack customer service! Do better people!

Beware!!!! Do not stay here.. This location have people smoking weed, drinking out front of the building when it gets closer to dark. Our door to the room would not close had to several times pull it to make sure it clicks, but also it leave enough room to slide your key card to re-open the room. Awful.. electrical outlets hanging open over the stove, After wiping and cleaning mirror in the bathroom was ready to fall down. drawers not able to close they look like they came from thrift store in bad condition. Went to a 2nd location fiquring in the Jacksonville downtown area is better only when it's in the day at night everything changes. did not feel safe and tried checking out after 2-3 hours would not give refund after the details with the manager!! There system would not checked me out , but hold me till next day which was check-out day ,charge me regular rate with a $100 deposit hold.$$$$$

I have been guest here for over year and even though the staff is extremely nice one staff member stands out. Yolanda assists everyone. She notices guest & goes out her way to check on us even when pets are ill. I just to thank her for being her.

I love this hotel. It's safe and unaccessable without a key, so I don't have to worry about weird people wondering around. It's pet friendly! Kid friendly! The rooms are huge and they include a full refrigerator, microwave, and stove. My room was very clean. The beds are soft and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi and cable. Its very clean inside and out. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Especially Ms. Angie! The residents look out for one another. It's a very good place to stay. Lots of places to shop and eat in the area. Great place to stay for short or long-term.

I stayed here over a month. At first I was skeptical when people were drinking at night under the entrance. But I can say everyone was respectful and polite to me. The majority of the front desk staff was great. The groundskeeper did an amazing job and he kept the grounds clean, fixed my lock in a jiffy when the battery acted up. You have to remember you're at extended stay, I had my own towels & I mopped daily to continue to keep my room fresh for me & my service dog. I only seen 3 bugs the entire time, which was much better than a few other places I tried. They also had great water pressure in the shower & the knob wasn't falling off the wall like the other hotels. The area around it wasn't great, but they take care of their property. Overall, I think this hotel does a great job considering a hotel is a lot of work, especially as big as this one is. And I really wish people that have dogs, would get the complimentary poop bags & use the special garbage and clean up after their dogs. I thought it was really wrong for the groundskeeper to clean up your mess.

This hotel is clean, the staff is wonderful now that they changed the owner or name, there's a laundry room that is great. And it's in a convenient location. I would definitely recommend this hotel

Staff had bad attitudes. Stay here with my daughter and I will ever book this hotel again. High crime area and room dirty, and advertisements is untrue. Went to the front desk to ask for 2 extra washcloths and was told I couldn’t receive this because it’s only 2 of us and it’s only allowed 2 per room!!!! I would not recommend this hotel to no one. Customer service at its worst. They talk and treat customers with disrespect!!!!

First thing, we got put into a smoking room instead of a non-smoking room. No big deal, can be fixed. We found a ton of stains on the bed and didn’t even want to sit out stuff on it. While my fiancé was checking to see if we could get it situated, I went to use the bathroom and found a dead roach in the tub. I came out of the bathroom and found a live roach crawling across the stove and counter. We went down to ask for a refund and we were told they don’t do refunds. We ended up just leaving and decided to have our credit card company deal with it. I cannot stress enough- DO NOT STAY HERE.

  • 3/5 Devon B. 2 years ago on Google
Price was decent and you get what you pay for. The room is a small suite with a mini kitchen. It does not have plates pans or silverware. I did find a small bug (baby roach) in the bathroom. The area seems a little unsaviory.. it is close to shopping and food. It is adjacent to the interstate

Had a reservation showed up and I was 12 hours from the house and they called before I got there and said they didn’t have a room for me the day of and when I got there they said there was nothing they could do. I gave them my credit card number and they gave me confirmation number and everything. Wouldn’t be such a big deal but for hours I was driving/calling trying to find a place to stay the day before the job. So don’t expect you have a room even if you have a reservation.

I am currently up at 1:24 am killing roaches I woke up to crawling on me in the bed. I am furious. I have booked this room for a month while I’m here for work. Will demand a refund tomorrow morning first thing.

  • 1/5 Nina Z. 1 year ago on Google
Disgusting experience! We checked in around midnight and there was a cockroach in the room. We went downstairs to check out and the guy wouldn’t open the window. Called them the next day and the so called manager Ronald kept hanging up and blocked my number. Their corporate stated they can’t help with a refund because the hotel has a different billing.

1 star rating is 1 star too many! Do not stay here! Bug infested rooms, 2 soft spots in the floor, the tub did not drain and the 7am strong marijuana smell prompted an early checkout the next morning. Reserved 5 nights, was not even there 24 hours. Management refuses to talk to us about a refund of the 4 nights. HORRIBLE customer service. Tent city across the street uncomfortable and unsafe. Go stay by the airport, it's cleaner and safer!

  • 1/5 C. C. 1 year ago on Google
We were in the room not even 2 minutes and killed 3 roaches!!! There was no way I was staying there. Went to the front desk to speak with someone and it took her 15 minutes to even come!! This place needs to be closed! We left and road around FL all night looking for elsewhere to say. I was prepared to sleep in the car if I had to! We left and was told we would have to call back Monday to speak to a manager, even though it was Friday night. I wouldn’t stay here if it was FREE! Take it from me…don’t do it!! I only left one star because I had to!

This place has a lot of accessible amenities that made this stay extendable. The staff make you feel welcomed and are really helpful. The rooms are clean and cool and the room service is a bonus.

  • 1/5 Mohammad A. 1 year ago on Google
Very poor! The receptionist was not welcoming and looked like she hasn't taken rest for years. We have been waiting over 40 minutes to check in and she was that slow. I arrived at 5 pm and she said let me go check the room even though it should be ready at check in time at 3pm. I saw her chetting with a dude in the lobby for a long and didn'tcare about the customers. She comes back after 15 minutes and tells me your room should be ready soon. I assume the room we suppose to get, she gave it to someoneelse. I took my ID back and canceled my booking through expedite 5 minutes before 6pm. I didn't feel secure in this hotel and random people were coming in and out. Do not book this hotel, it's terrible, and, unsafe.

  • 1/5 Kelly P. 1 year ago on Google
Literally THE worst place I've ever stayed in my life. No one working front desk check in when we got there. Finally got into the room and it appeared to be clean at first (smelled of fabuloso) however everywhere you looked in the room there were broken or missing things. Sink had standing water in it when we arrived, toilet flushing linkage was broken off inside tank. Shower wouldn't switch between tub and shower, was stuck between both and thus almost un usable for either. and to top it off, roaches, dead, alive, everywhere. I know yall call them palmetto bugs in the south, but where I come from, those are called roaches. And for every 10 of them you can see there are hundreds that you can't see. I would never stay here again and would encourage people to stay in their car overnight before staying in this place.

From the beginning as I dealt with the Front office clerk(Mrs. Gege), she is very Hospitable and professional and make sure your stay is comfortable and the rooms are very homey, comfortable and neat..my stay at Extended Stay is not an average hotel but more of a great living facility and the whole stay experience has been amazing.

I have to say from the time I walked in the door I was greeted with great customer service, perfect energy at the front desk, excellent smell, clean, and even welcoming to my dog! I love the room clean, simple kitchen, and towels! The beds were comfortable and even the smoking room smelled great. I had to reserve more nights because I am very satisfied. Great job to the staff!
