I came in tonight to celebrate my birthday a couple days early and it was one of the best experiences I've had in my life. Our server Anita was top notch! She was so kinda, knowledgeable, and professional. It was my first visit here so I followed all of her recommendations and I was not disappointed. Her personality made not only my dinner but my birthday so much more special. Based on my experience tonight not only will I return for dinner but I will book the hotel as well. I can not say enough about how pleased I am. I only hope that when I return I can request Anita again. She is definitely a jewel 😍

Great hotel / Resort. We stayed only one night on our way back from Orlando. Clean and great staff. All parking is Valet. Coffee machine is free and all automatic. Didn’t get to enjoyed the pool since we were there in January. Everything was clean and organized. Ocean front with easy access to beach. Lots to do around the hotel and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The brunch at the restaurant was phenomenal and we were happy with our choices!

Perfect service. The best service and employee attitude of being helpful and ‘nothing is a problem’ and ‘let me take care of that for you’ I have seen in 25 plus years anywhere in the USA. I have worked in the service industry and my family owned hotels and restaurants- so I know and do excellent service. EVERYONE at ONE was this excellent. Trent, Glen, Toni- I am and was very impressed. I was there at a conference- we stayed 4 days. I mentioned many of us drink tea, so the hot water container was small. She brought a second one and by the next morning changed furniture so they could fit a big hot water container. These details and going to any length to make the customer happy are WONDERFUL. I have told people about this place. The company who organized our conference got so many positive reviews, that we are coming back next year! They have never done that- we usually skip a year or never go back. THANK YOU FOR RESTORING MY BELIEF IN HUMANITY. That there are more people like me and my friends who still care and serve and enjoy making other people happy!!!

The room smelled great, the view was as described. The amenities are top notch. Water, coffee, sunscreen, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas are all complimentary. Plenty of pool/beach towels to go around. These amenities smelled amazing and after long days at the beach it was really nice to have plenty of lotion to hydrate your skin. The valet parking team is super considerate and quick. The pool bar had fair prices and delicious food. One sandwich can (and was) easily shared. We had several sightings of dolphins playing. The water was very rough while we were there (red flag days); Had we had our kid and they wanted to be in the water, the pool was too small for the size of the hotel. The bathroom is very small, and some of the small cleaning details could have been better attended to, but the important things were clean. We were surprised by the fact that shower gel, lotion and hand soap were in the shower but no shampoo. Not a terrible thing, but if your eye sight isn't great you could end up washing your hair with hand soap and conditioning with lotion.

Welcomed by a beautiful lobby and supportive staff, my stay was great! The rooms are really good, shower was a bit small, though it was one of the most relaxing showers I've had - whatever brand that shower head is, I want one! Our meeting room was set up very nicely, and the catering staff was phenom! They took care of every need. The food was delish too. Overall a great trip, super meeting, and I wish I was able to stay longer!

After looking for various venues to have my daughter's wedding, we landed upon Paola at One Ocean. Paola assured me that the resort would deliver my expectations and desires flawlessly as I know she knew I was a stickler for details! I / we couldn't have been happier with our experience. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are very nice for out of town guest, and the venue is fantastic. Having said that, the staff was plentiful and very attentive to all of our needs and wishes. They did special things that were never discussed to let us know they cared about our experience, and it wasn't lip service, but rather a dedicated staff with attention to details. I had 3 main requirements that I don't mind sharing: Outstanding service, excellent food served hot, and for my guests to be served simultaneously and quickly. They delivered......I cant say enough good things about my experience and I have done this several times with various country clubs and resorts, so I know what to expect. To go even further, the valet parking people even got to know us by name and they were on it when I thought they might not be able to handle the volume of cars for our pretty large wedding. So, if you are thinking of One Ocean as a wedding venue, I tip my hat to them and gladly give them 5 Stars, especially my daughter. Coming from me, this is huge, as I am a facility person and can tend to be critical of things. If you choose them for a venue, I believe you will be impressed and I strongly endorse them (and I have been everywhere). I plan to use them for other upcoming business functions as a result!

My husband and I are extremely pleased by the wonderful service and kind attention at all times from the entire One Ocean team! Our wedding was a dream, Paola Cubas a super efficient manager and Juan is also very attentive! the details of this hotel made a big difference the food, the champagne and the chocolates a delight and a very pleasant surprise! Without a doubt, the best decision to celebrate our wedding! With direct access to the sea we were able to take some incredible photos!!!!! 100% excellence. Thanks so much Paola!

Stayed as a guest as One Ocean held our conference here. Super impressed by the staff and amenities. The spa is amazing, especially due to staff like Veronica. The food was good. The pool bar servers went above and beyond to deliver to your lounge chair. I felt very spoiled the whole week. The hotel hosted a cocktail party for event and Chris the bartender was lovely as well. Overall this hotel offers both a comfy and casual feel with the bells and whistles of a spa and resort without the pretentiousness. I will be back!

We stayed at Ocean One for a family wedding, and it has been absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is positioned perfectly on the beach and at the end of the lovely town's retail district, which has great food and ambiance. This hotel is a one-stop shop, offering pool and beach service with umbrellas and towels. For families, the pool bar provides lunch to feed children with a solid kids' menu, and bartenders who cater to the adult experience. Throughout our stay, the exceptional customer service experience provided by Amber, who made the experience exceptional, Lorain at the front desk, and the beach crew, truly stood out. The beach crew went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of and made our time here even more memorable. Moreover, we were truly impressed by the cleaning staff, who are among the best we have seen, especially with regard to turning rooms into the evening. They maintained impeccable cleanliness and ensured that every detail was taken care of, making us feel comfortable and relaxed during our stay. We travel all over the world to warm weather beach destinations, and this resort provides all the key elements of that, and not one component is subpar. From the perfect location to the excellent amenities, Ocean One has exceeded our expectations.

Great resort, clean, and easy walk directly onto the beach. The resort will set up beach chairs and umbrellas for you! Rooms were nice although bathrooms very narrow and small. Beautiful beach, free sunscreen, gorgeous restaurant. Fun beachfront shops and yummy food all within walking distance from the resort. Highly recommend and will be back!

Fantastic place. Service was very nice and the rooms were spacious, clean, and lovely. I loved the idea of having a room key on a wristband. So convenient! They had chairs on the beach and a nice pool with a bar. Overall great!

Hotel was spotless and the entire staff from the front desk to room cleaning were genuinely happy to see us. Chris, worked our reunion’s nightly gathering room and she was amazing!!! Over the top!!! We all loved her. Bryce was the banquet manager and his answer to our every question or request was YES…HOW CAN I HELP. You’ve got a great team who are trained well in caring for the customer. We had a company team meeting here this week. People came in from Mexico City, Michigan, California, Atlanta, etc. we had rooms and a conference room and meal setups during the meetings. Everything was amazing and a 10 on a 1-10 scale. The food was the best I’ve seen at a meeting and the service was amazing . Just the right amount of attention. From the AV to the checkin to the valet to the bar. Really well done. We will be back. I have to call out Jessica. Thank you Jessica for taking such good care of us.

Just had the most wonderful winter high tea with my mum and the restaurant inside one ocean, from the friendly host, to the manager and our amazing server glen. Everything was fantastic. Can't wait to come back again. the winter tea is only available for a short time so be sure to come try it . They are so accommodating,welcoming and friendly.

We overall had a very nice time at this hotel! Leo at the front desk is amazing and clearly cares about the guests' comfort and enjoyment. He was the heartbeat of our stay! The valet service was the fastest I've ever experienced, our room was ready early, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly and professional. The service is an easy 5/5! The location is also an easy 5/5. You are steps from a non-crowded beach and steps from the little beach shopping center. I really liked that all the restaurants and shops were locally owned. Not many chains or tacky souvenir shops. Though our room had a spacious balcony and stunning views of the blue ocean, we dealt with thin walls that carried sound and the tiniest bathroom I've ever seen at a hotel (especially one as expensive as this one). On our last night there, we couldn't sleep at all because our neighbors kept leaving their room and then pounding on the door to get back in. Every time they pounded on their own door, it sounded like they were pounding on OUR door. It was startling and annoying until after 4AM. We didn't make a noise complaint but probably should've asked for assistance in hindsight. No need to pound on a door so hard it vibrates the room next door. There was more good than bad about our stay, and we may come back if we're ever in the area again.

Amazing!! I was in Atlantic Beach for a business trip and needed a nice establishment for a meeting. There was a total of 8 of us. Cara was nothing but extraordinary at her job. Very knowledgeable of the menu and made a killer espresso martini. The customer service here is great! Thank you for accommodating our larger party with no notice ahead of time ! 11/10 would recommend. Thank you Cara and staff!

I recently organized a corporate retreat at One Ocean and I was thoroughly impressed with everything. The planning process was seamless, and the meeting room was exceptional. Moreover, the food was fantastic, and the rooms were very comfortable. Elizabeth and Leigh did an amazing job to ensure our time was both enjoyable and successful. The property is beautiful, high-end, and located in a prime location. It's easily accessible to the best that Atlantic Beach has to offer. I highly recommend One Ocean and cannot praise it enough!

Had a wonderful stay celebrating my wife's birthday! Everyone we've encountered were down to earth and professional. Special thanks to Glen - he surprised us with a sweet treat during breakfast! Location of the property is perfect for anything you're looking for at a beach setting. The interior decor and ambiance in the hotel were stunning. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Looking forward to have another stay in the near future!

My hubby and I extended our stay from just a night to four days and that’s because we absolutely loved this hotel, from the service to the great ocean view with a cute little balcony. The staff were great, polite and helpful. On top of that the food at the restaurant was just fabulous! All around great experience, we will be visiting again with no doubt!

This is an excellent place! Fabulous location right on the beach. Deyvid was amazing and set up our chair and umbrellas for us on the beach! The pool is warm and they have a cute pool bar. The staff is so friendly and the price is affordable! There are lots of cute shops and restaurants all within walking distance. We would love to come back :)

We had a wonderful breakfast with our server, Turner. We were immediately greeted and had exemplary service. He made wonderful conversation and was very helpful in making our dining choices. We will definitely be coming back!

One Ocean was my first experience at a spa and it won’t be my last. Everything from the customer service (shout out to Dianne and Rebecca!) to the quality of said services was top notch! Loved how I could lounge overlooking the beach and soak in the hot tub between appointments. Extra touches such as robe heaters, complimentary snacks + drinks + parking, and extremely aesthetically pleasing design took this experience over the edge! Thank you to the staff of the spa for such a great time.

Debra was AMAZING and so wonderful to work with during our stay! The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating during our stay. The location is perfect! I recommend the hotel for families as well as couples! The complimentary cappuccino/latte machine in the lobby just made the mornings and late afternoons perfect!

Very accommodating to me with an early check-in and late check-out due to my flight. Food was absolutely amazing (keep that chef!) Only reason didn't rate room 5 was had to ask for cleaning room when I had sign on door all day. The massage I had from a young man was wonderful, sorry can't remember his name. Bartenders were very friendly. Location is very good, was only there 3 days. Beach fantastic! I had a oceanfront room that was GREAT! I would definitely return again. Thank you.

My husband and I were recently guests at One Ocean Resort. We have never had a such a wonderful vacation before. The hotel was impeccably clean at all times. The main reason our stay was so wonderful was the staff! From the valet parking, front desk, room service, cleaning staff, bartenders and any other staff we encountered they all made us feel like family. (So did Bella and her mom!!!) Can't wait to go back! Would strongly advise anyone going to Jacksonville to stay at One Ocean Resort.

We stay at One Ocean every time we visit our daughter in Jacksonville. It’s the perfect location in every way! Walking, restaurants, shopping etc. I love all of the Valet guys! They all remembered our names and were so welcoming. I feel that the rooms are totally lacking!!! The carpeted floor gross me out! The bathrooms are way to small!!! This last trip I noticed a plastic liner with a flat sheet as the bottom sheet. It keep shifting and coming off the bed. The need to update their vision of a luxurious bed. Also you have to ask for room/ cleaning service. We chose not to have our room cleaned but when I asked for extra towel the cleaning gal didn’t understand because she spoke no English. Upgrade the quality of your room. The hotel is not cheap to stay in!

I’ve stayed at One Ocean several times and highly recommend it! It’s the perfect spot for a beach getaway. Our rooms have always been impeccably maintained and the amenities are prefect, especially the spa and pool. The staff is always striving to provide that luxury resort experience and they haven’t missed that mark yet! A special shout out to Renata whom saved the day by going above and beyond and solving our technology issues! Great food, great property, great staff! And Renata rocks at One Ocean!

Beautiful hotel, awesome location. The staff was friendly and so welcoming. The rooms were clean and the hotel smells amazing. The spa services are top notch with a beautiful view of the ocean. The expresso coffee machine was a welcome surprise! Great food and service, would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I were guests of Ocean One in Jacksonville last week. Our stay was terrific!! We had massages planned for the day we arrived. Unfortunately due to a weather related flight delay were did not arrive until evening. The woman at the spa, I believe her name was Lauren, bent over backwards to reschedule and accommodate. Kayla arranged for us to stay in a lovely ocean view room. Reagan made sure we were happy and satisfied with our stay. Debra also made herself available if we needed anything. The hotel is beautiful. Clean, well appointed with a great gym and the spa. It is right on the beach and in center of downtown so very accessible to all the area has to offer as far as dining and shopping. The food at Ocean One is wonderful! Thank you Will for taking care of us at breakfast. Looking forward to another visit!

One Ocean Resort was the host resort for my daughter's wedding weekend and reception. This was a destination wedding so 90% of the guests also stayed at the resort and the entire staff did an amazing job with customer service. Paola was our contact for the wedding reception and the service and response for the entire year of planning was exceptional! The food and service were exceptional the entire night. Bryce, Juan and Paola could not have done a better job and at the end of the reception they had packed up any of our personal items like the charger plates, frames, gifts, etc and had them delivered to our room. The oceanfront location and the shopping, restaurants and bars all within walking distance meant the guests did not need to rent cars and they all commented on the resort and the location being perfect! Everyone enjoyed their stay at One Ocean and I would definitely recommend One Ocean for any event or vacation. A great resort to feel relaxed, pampered and appreciated! Thank you!

Perfect location and phenomenal staff. I mentioned some feedback and it was immediately addressed which just went above and beyond! Also, Lacy at the pool bar makes everyone feel treasured and appreciated. And Mohamed does everything possible to give you whatever you need and make your room perfect! Everyone was constantly cleaning and ready to help you with anything you could possibly need. You will not regret choosing this hotel! Lovely hotel, perfect location, lots to do in the area, and beautiful beach. We’ve already booked for our next vacation!

I absolutely love this Hotel. Staff.... AMAZING... I think the staff really does give this place the sparkle. Rooms? Beautiful. Location? Great! It has style and beautiful decor. I loved all the amenities and could honestly keep going about how amazing everything was. Only reason why I gave this place 4 stars is because I think our room needed more attention. Bathtub has water and sand, like it wasn't finished and one of the bathroom drawers had toothbrushes and toothpaste left behind. Also, the beds were tiny. Tinier than most other hotel rooms Ive ever been in. Headrests were also very dirty. AND it also took almost an hour to get our hummus from the pool bar after we ordered. Despite everything, however, I would stay here again 100% I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff were friendly and addressed us by name. The rooms were clean and beautiful with a view of the ocean. After minutes of being there we received a text from our room concierge asking how things were and making sure things were to our satisfaction. A special delivery of a few chocolates arrived later into the evening. Truly five star service catering to your personal needs. Our favorite part was using the complementary bicycles to bike to the local restaurants and retail shops and later, riding up and down the beach for an evening sunset. The food was very good. The heated pool was just perfect to jump into after playing on the beach and in the ocean.

I have hosted three corporate events (utilizing both meeting space and hotel stay) at One Ocean and each time the One Ocean Sales and Catering team has gone above and beyond my expectations. That is what makes us come back. The Front Desk staff have been very personable and helpful by checking in with each hotel guest to see how their stay is going. Even the Valet team has been amazing. Every aspect of the One Ocean team has been phenomenal. The meeting spaces for our events have been well organized and to my groups liking. My groups have ranged from 10 people to 40 people in size. The Audio team checks in with me to make sure no issues have come up and if so, how to fix them quickly. The hotel rooms have been amazing as well as the view of the ocean. Each member of my team has been impressed with One Ocean and we look forward to working with them again in the future.

We are so thankful for Amber and the amazing staff at One Ocean. We had challenges with our travel conditions and Amber made me feel so comfortable and welcome even before we arrived! Upon check in, things only improved! The team is so service oriented and kind, the rooms are bright and clean, and the pool staff is so friendly! When booking this hotel, where we hadn’t stayed before, we didn’t fully know what to expect but now, not only would we book our next vacation here but will tell all our friends and family too. I stayed at One Ocean this past weekend as a "Staycation" and I couldn't recommend the resort more. We both had a massage at the Spa and it was so relaxing and a beautiful view while waiting. We had dinner at the restaurant and our server was wonderful (I wish I remembered her name). The food was delicious- our favorite being the crab cake and beef tenderloin. The room was gorgeous and clean. The drinks at the main bar and the pool bar were great. We are planning our wedding there for next year and the stay made us 10x more excited- not only for us, but for our guests. We have been working with Paola on our wedding and she has been phenomenal. She is extremely responsive, has given us multiple tours, and really gone above and beyond to accommodate any requests we have. We could not ask for a better planning experience!

This is pure LUXURY! Our room, the spa, it was all amazing! And this is such a cute part of Jacksonville. You are literally across the street from downtown and we loved the Flying Iguana tacos & tequila bar nearby. We visited during Christmas time and the palms trees were all lit up with Christmas lights, so cute. 😍 The hotel bar had delicious cocktails and I have to recommend the espresso martini as it was Delicious!

LOVE this place! It's our third time staying and it's such a treat for us. Their location is amazing, right next to the beach but we also enjoy exploring all the small shops and places in their town center just a few steps away. Valet team really hustles all the time, kudos to them with all the cars they had on Sunday morning when we left. Front desk was helpful and I got a lovely note from Debra one of the Managers in my room when we checked in. We travel a decent amount and I don't see those small extras when we stay at Marriott, Hilton. Kudos to the management team!

We had a work event here where we had the Spa all to ourselves for the entire day. I have never been treated better anywhere. The staff was superb. The massage was awesome. Lunch was fabulous. The pool and beach access is simply fantastic. The pool bar guys were great! This place is amazing and I will definitely be back to stay in the hotel and am so happy to have found a local place I can escape to. Thank you to everyone at One Ocean!

What a delightful place! We were greeted by a wonderful helpful staff and got checked in quickly. Once we checked in we wanted to walk around and check out the amenities. We were greeted by Debra, the Hotel Ambassador. She was so sweet and answered all our questions and asked a lot of questions which really showed she cared. We had the privilege of staying at One Ocean in Atlantic Beach this weekend. This luxurious hotel has stunning ocean views and impeccable service that will leave you feeling pampered and refreshed. The guest rooms are equally impressive, featuring spacious layouts and plush bedding. The staff at the hotel are some of the most welcoming and attentive you'll ever encounter. From the valet to the front desk to the housekeeping staff, every member of the team is dedicated to making your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. We enjoyed a few days away in luxury and able to relax and recharge. This hotel will not disappoint. We are looking at planning our next trip soon as we miss it already!

We went to the hotel for our anniversary. The staff was amazing. The front desk ladies were extremely pleasant. We had a night cap in the bar, Jacob and a young lady (can't remember here name) made us an amazing Irish coffee. We enjoyed their conversation. The valet guys hustled and always greeted us with a smile. I would definitely stary here again.

We ate at the restaurant and had the pleasure of being served by Glen. Great guy and great service. The breakfast time window had just closed when we tried to order, so he convinced the chef to keep cooking breakfast food a bit longer just for us. We didn’t even ask him to, he did it for us out of kindness. Would be happy to have him again. Great atmosphere too, the windows had lots of natural light and a good beach view.

What a great hotel with a friendly, accommodating staff focused on customer satisfaction and experience. With clean and big rooms, comfortable bedding and our ocean view was exceptional! Located in the center of little shops and restaurants we had no trouble picking up a couple of take home gifts for our home watcher and mother in law, and grabbed a meal at a unique restaurant that wasn’t fine dining- we had enough at St Augustine. The drive to the airport was less than a half hour for a mid day flight and much better than staying at the Airport hotels of the major big hotel/motel/Inn standards and the 1/2 hour drive was well worth it!! Gave us one extra day of vacation and we felt pampered for our farewell night! I highly reccomend this hotel and the experience they provide and am contemplating a trip back and exclusively staying at One Ocean Resort & Spa!

Had our board meeting here for the second time, so pleased with everything we’re coming back for a third meeting! Toni in catering is wonderful to work with, the staff is quick to help with every request. Food was great! The staff is dedicated to making sure your stay here is above and beyond.

My company just hosted a corporate event at One Ocean Resort. We were there for 5 days and the service was top notch the entire time. The rooms were perfect, the venue was incredible, and the food was excellent. Of all of these great qualities, the absolute best aspect of One Ocean is the service that is provided to their guests. My primary points of contact were Paola Cubas, Toni Livers, Juan Gutierrez, and Leigh Harris. From top to bottom, they were incredible. ANY need we had or question that needed to be answered was done so promptly and thoroughly. I could not have dreamt of a better conference and it's all due to the staff on site. They are amazing. 10/10 would recommend a stay or hosting your next corporate event at One Ocean.

The staff was absolutely fantastic. Very helpful and accommodating and service with a sincere smile. The amenities were incredible and the room was posh !!! The bed was so comfortable, I did not want to get up !!! The restaurant had an amazing staff and the food was top notch. the little store inside the lobby was filled with every snack and essential you could want. The maid staff was super nice and helpful as well. the location was amazing....stores, shops and restaurants right outside the front door. It is on the beach front as well. Amazing experience at One Ocean, as always. We choose to come here once a year and it never disappoints. The beach is beautiful and never overly crowded (plus, the beach chairs + umbrella that are included are an amazing perk). The quaint beach town, which is right outside the hotel, has everything you need + more. Cute coffee shops, tons of restaurants, bars and lots of friendly locals. Marla and Trent at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure we had the best trip yet! We can't wait to go back again! Thanks, One Ocean!
