Clean rooms! I really appreciate the housekeepers at this location. At other Hilton locations they don't change towels or empty trash every day, but here the housekeepers were amazing and very friendly also. Hot breakfast was available from 6-10 a.m. every day. The pool was nice. You can print from the computers in the business center, which was very helpful. However, I needed a pair of scissors and the front desk lady acted like it was a huge inconvenience for me to use them for even a few minutes. I said never mind and went to Walmart and just bought my own to use. It would've been nice if the business center had a couple supplies to use like scissors or a stapler, even if they were secured down to the desk.

The design of this bathroom is beyond my comprehension. A sliding barn door for the bathroom door? It doesnt latch or even close all the way. The bathroom faucet is at an angle where you cant even get your hands under thw water all the way. On the bright side, the beds were great. The breakfast was pretty good. And it was overall a good experience.

Love this hotel!! Mainly we love Hampton-the linens & pillows are heaven. But we love the ladies here -shakira, Bella, -so helpful & super friendly. They make this place! Also the breakfast is very good & the breakfast lady is nice & works very hard! So thank you

Our room had mice. We were visiting with family and we’re awoken by mice in our room at 3 am. You could hear it moving around and finally got up and a saw it twice before 5 am. We had two children under 3 sleeping in their own pack and plays on the floor. We had to wake them up and leave. Found mouse droppings on the floor in multiple areas. Disgusting.

The hotel itself was nice. Got in late around 2am from driving from Shreveport LA stayed the night here. Came out at 830am to leave and fired up my truck and the catalytic converter was cut off my truck. Went inside and told the front desk person and asked for a manager to speak with. She informed me that the manager was not in and said there was nothing she could do and kinda shooed me along. The police came did a report and that was that. So if you stay here just be careful of your vehicle.

A group of us stayed here because it was very convenient to 95 South. At first, I was slightly annoyed that my husband and I paid $40 more because we booked through their website and the other couple booked through Google. Same rooms, same time of booking but we were charged more. I asked the front desk when we arrived. I mean why have a loyalty program if it's going to penalize you for not using a third party? The attendant did not have any reason and was not helpful but it was late. The next morning, the front desk attendant, Jenny, was much better. I didn't ask about the charges but I forgot a toothbrush and she was super courteous and friendly. Our room was cute and the hotel was pretty and trendy. The black out curtains are made so that they don't close the last two feet so bring a mask if you're light sensitive. The complimentary breakfast was well maintained and clean. My friend had a very difference experience with their stay. When they got in their room, she pulled back the sheets and found blood all over the comforter. The other bed smelled like dog urine. She said it was too late and didn't want to make a fuss so she just pulled the comforter off and hoped the sheets were clean. The next morning she saw that there was also blood on the blinds. She said there was body hair in the bathroom and the toilet was moldy. When she got in the shower, there was no shampoo. When we met in the lobby, they looked frazzled and ready to go. Jenny asked about their stay, apologized profusely for their experience and comped their room. My friend never complains so it had to bad for her to even say something. Jenny was so friendly, my friend was so impressed with how she handled it.

It’s quiet which is nice. I don’t care for this outdated musky Florida smell. Beds have springs and the whole place could use repairs - see faucets. Outdated microwaves from the 90s. Breakfast didn’t seem to be made of food, more like a rubber that the brand Crocs created. Although my stay was tolerable, I will not stay here again and the price is not justified.

It was ok very dated furniture , rooms were clean I had to remind the front desk that I wanted water for my Hilton honors he did acknowledge it though. You could hear a lot of outside noises so wouldn’t recommend if you want peace and quiet.

2 night stay for work. Convenient location, easy access to I-95, Cracker Barrel across the street. Like most of Jacksonville there were some homeless outside of the hotel. Hotel and rooms were clean. I love that the rooms don’t have carpet. Lobby and breakfast area were good, breakfast was standard Hampton fare. Staff were friendly. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Location close to lots of things, clean, very helpful front desk, fast check in and check out. The bed was very springy (old school) but not uncomfortable. Will stay again for business.

The overall stay was very good. Guest services upon greeting was probably one of the best I've had in a while. The only thing that could use improvement is that the shower functions very poorly.

The lobby is well maintained with nice decor. The front desk employee was professional and friendly. The floors are in good shape and the ac worked well. The mattresses are firm and could use a mattress topper. The pillows are below average. The rooms could use a refresh like paint or an extra scrub. It’s been a while since the bathrooms were painted. A bathroom shelf is partially detached from the wall. The mini fridge is nearly non functional. The shower pressure is bad. Shower Parts are not working correctly. The complimentary breakfast is standard for a Hampton Inn. I would stay again.

The cleanliness and friendliness of staff were phenomenal. It was an easy check-in/out process; I was even 30 mins passed check out time and the front office staff gave me an hour so that I wouldn't have to rush in traffic to the hotel. The breakfast was decent and the room and bath were large. The hotel is a little distance from downtown but the food in the vicinity of the hotel is great and it is right next to the interstate which made it easy for travel. 10/10 would stay here again!

Spent two nights here and enjoyed the room. The location is not the best as crime scene investigators and several police units were on scene for something that took place at the hotel across the street. The outdoor pool was nice and the free breakfast was appreciated! The service was exellent as we went through a food amount of towels. Would recommend but be mindful of the area.

We traveled from Fort Lauderdale and stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The dining area is great and breakfast was different every day which kept us coming back. Proximity to I-95 helped as we were doing day trips to Ichetucknee Springs and Savannah.

I have never in my life experienced such a rude guest service representative such as Tierra. Upon walking into the lobby she was not behind the desk but instead watching TV. I called prior to arrival and was placed on hold before I could even agree to be placed on hold. Her whole demeanor was horrible. Please invest in training your staff in customer service. Thanks

Highest price I have ever paid for a room at a Hampton. Check-in with a curt staff just added to the price issue. It wasn't like this Hampton was near anything significant. It is located in an area packed with motels and hotels, so you think they would at least been competitive with their rates. The location is so-so if you have business in Jacksonville. The location is more attractive to travelers, as it sits right next to I-95.

This Hampton was like most in that it was clean and attractive, and the lady who checked us in was professional and courteous. However, we were disappointed that we did not get the King bedroom that we reserved 2 ½ months prior. We were told that the hotel was out of those rooms, so we had to settle for a two Queen bedroom. As long time Hilton Honors members this was disappointing, especially since the cars in the parking lot indicated to me that it was not nearly being full. After the 11 hour drive we had just completed we were looking forward to stretching out in a King bed together. There were two other small annoyances. We got to our room and had to go back to the lobby twice because the key did not work, only to find out that we were directed to the wrong room. Also after being told there was ice on the 4th floor, the machine was not working. Again, minor annoyances after a long care ride.

Had my window broke into the other night but not the fault of the Hilton or the Hampton Inn. They worked with me to try to get info about who had done it and worked well to get assistance with the matter. Thank you to the front staff for helping out in the morning. Even with people being selfish and wanting to destroy or steal others property, we still had a good time and will be coming back.

We are currently staying at this hotel. We are here for 7 days. The hotel is fairly expensive for the condition. Our bathroom has mold growing in it. The tub is so slick my 5 year old nephew slipped twice once hitting his head. We have photos to verify the mold. There are small bugs in the windowsil. If you are not an early early riser dont bother trying to get breakfast. We got there twice about 9 and there wasnt any of the hot breakfast. Most of the staff is nice. I made this reservation after seeing the pool. It was open from dawn to dusk. I asked what time did that mean. They desk clerk said about 10 ish. My family went to the pool about 830 pm tonight. They said it was too late. We were so disappointed. The pool area is very well lite.. it was hot.. pool would have been great. Also I was quoted one price and gave my credit card to pay, when I got here they ran my card and there was an additional $100 bucks on my bill. I really like this location but it really isn't worth what I paid.

Rooms were clean, beds were fairly comfortable, staff was competent. The bathroom door was weird, hard to move, and didnt lock, and tub was slippery...no adhesive du ks, and faucet and spout were very loose...i could have easily pulledcthem off the wall. My biggest complaint was music coming from the installed speakers at the pool, one was right under my window, so you could hear it allllllll night long. Informed the desk, but that was no help. During the day it is unnoticeable, but quite annoying listening to house music pumping all night.

The front desk people are super helpful and friendly. Beds and pillows are super comfy and clean. My TV wasn't working on arrival but after contacting the front desk someone came within 5 minutes and fixed it immediately. House keeping staff is awesome.

I stayed two nights. The first night was cool. The check in clerk (heavy set black girl) talked so fast and was not personable. She checked us in quickly though. 2nd night the lady at the desk was really nice. I think her name was Deidre. I believe she is the manager. The only issue that night was there was a roach in our room ! Major turn off. Probably won’t return unless the rate is significantly low. Oh and they use a strong air freshener. I guess that’s better than a musty hotel.

No, this is not a hotel, it is a HOMELESS SHELTER! They let homeless people use their rooms, fee free while we paying guests are charged 190.00 a night. Management needs to be transparent. Homeless people out front and using the computer facilities all night long. Homeless guests are free to lay in their blankers on the sidewalk, drinking hotel coffee, blocking guests. Almost tripped over one of them. Came down around 10 m and these homeless people were getting cereal out of the kitchen. I know this doenst fly when I have asked for food in the past during off hours. Management pandering to the governement, taking homeless vouchers when not occupying the rooms. Thanks for bringing crime into your paying guests. Folks lets get the word out and call these "hotels" what they are "Homeless shelters".

Great experience here - we have pet allergies and loved that the room we got had no carpet and had been cleaned thoroughly. Bed was very comfy and we didn’t hear any neighbors through the walls.

I’ll keep it short and sweet. This place smells great, is super clean, and the staff here is second to none. If you have a short stay, this is the perfect spot! My only gripe is I stayed here 2 weeks, and my body couldn’t take the springs in the bed. It was rough. Other than that, it is extremely hospitable, continental breakfast was excellent every morning I was there, and I can’t mention enough how awesome the front desk and housekeeping staff were. They are great!!

This is a nice hotel. The rooms were clean and as expected. The service was friendly. It's in a good location. I'm giving three stars because of the morning food. The coffee bar had limited options and wasn't very good. The breakfast options were so so. I had picked this hotel because of the breakfast/coffee that was included as we had to get up early and head out.

Very accommodating staff, in a nice location. The property looks well maintained & updated, the rooms & public areas were refreshingly clean & comfortable. A special nod to the breakfast attendant that found whipped cream for my waffles on Saturday morning, 10/08/22, Thank you for making my morning!
