I have been living in extended stay about 4 months now. Ms.Angela at the front desk has been great with my every need making me feel so at home. Always making sure I'm satisfied with the service. She is very pleasant to talk to and always greeting me with a warm smile. Whenever I have needed towels, clean sheets or any type of supplies for my room she has always came through. Maybe this is why I have stayed so long the Care and Service has been Excellent. Ask for Ms.Angela and she will take care of your needs. Living here is a bit expensive but overall the Service was very Pleasant,Thank You

I've been staying here for a week and a half now and I can say that my stay has been a pleasant one. Ms. Angela is very polite and courteous and has ensures that my needs are met while I'm a guest here. As well as Michael who has given me a very warm welcome since this will be the first place I'm staying while I transition from Palm Beach County. I've witnessed on two occasions, the both of them going above and beyond to help a guest that was in need. They're very patient and understanding as well. The property is very nice and clean as well as located to many different convenient places. Very great impression of the city thus far. Thank you!

Worst Extended Stay America, zero stars if I could. I woke up at 3am to use the restroom, when I realized after turning the light on in the bathroom there were tiny roaches everywhere. I wondered if they were anywhere else and turned the lights on in the kitchen to see them crawling all over the counters and on the appliances. I called down to the front desk and the front desk person said they had rooms available, but couldn’t move me because the manager had told them not to. I called and told my boyfriend who works for the company what was happening, he called the front desk person and asked her to talk to her manger and tell her it was urgent and to move me to a different roach free room. Only after my bf told the manger his position with the company and said it was wrong to do a fellow employee this dirty, they finally moved me to a different room. When I went to the front desk the overnight person had their personal phone out pointed right at me. It made me uncomfortable and she handed me my key saying nothing, she never apologized or even told me the number for my new room. Thankfully the next room didn’t have roaches from what I could see but I couldn’t get back to sleep. I was supposed to stay for another night but I decided to stay at a different hotel. Best decision.

Ms. Angela is awesome at the front desk! She is super friendly and always meets your needs. She makes sure the hotel premises is clean and safe so you feel comfortable while on your stay. The rooms are clean. Overall it’s a great staff and hotel for a reasonable price!

The night desk clerk was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and my guest! It was raining and wet, there was no wet floor sign at the entrance. The floor was slippery and I fail. After notifying the front desk agent, they refuse to put a at floor sign down to prevent any other accidents. Then when we got to our room, it was infested with roaches. When I called down stairs to ask if there was another room available? It was told to me No! I have pictures to prove what I am saying! I will. Ever stay at this location again, I will be contacting the general manager or corporate office! The way that we were treated, how we had to stay in a room crawling with roaches was very disheartening!

Ugh! Needed a pet-friendly place to stay for 4 nights after travelling from Pennsylvania. I made reservations over the phone. I got to the Hotel at 11 p.m., exhausted and in need of a shower with my 2 support animals restless from being cooped up in the back of my car. Well, I made it as far as the parking lot. Police tape around the entrance. 2 squad cars. Police stopped anyone going in or out of the hotel. WHY were we even allowed TO ENTER THE PARKING LOT? I was told to "wait in my car" by a police officer. No details! Myself and my 2 support animals remained trapped in our vehicle for 3 HOURS before someone told me there was a SHOOTING WITH FATALITIES in the hotel! We were allowed back in at 3:30 a.m. No recourse to go to another hotel. Nice. I fainted from exhaustion while bringing my belongings into my room. I got to the room and fed and comforted my support animals. Locked the door, took a shower. There was only ONE SET OF TOWELS in the bathroom. I put the used towels outside the door. Nobody brought fresh ones after they collected the dirty towels. I asked the front desk for fresh towels the following evening and was told, "You have to take your dirty towels to our guest laundry ($$$) and wash them yourself"! What??? Thank goodness I brought my own "just in case". Again, UGH. What a nightmare. Stay away!

The manager Eric verbally abuses guests and his employees. I pray for him to find happiness in another job since he hates this position so much. Don’t take it out on others.

The breakfast is a joke, the vending machine charges more than it says , my laundry got stolen and I was harassed by Michael Caldwell and Angie. My friend got bedbug bites and bit by a dog. Horrible horrible horrible. Maintenance was atrocious as well. Honest , sad but honest

DO NOT STAY HERE! BUGS! Not only are there roaches but when we checked in they gave us a room with the ceiling falling in due to water damage. The kitchen ceiling around the sprinkler system was leaking and about to fall in. The bathroom ceiling was about to pop open so the front desk guy popped it and water went everywhere. They STILL wanted us to stay in the given room and told us there wasn't another room we could move to. They offered a refund and then CANCELLED my refund and when I try to speak with the "manager" she can't even speak English and told me to call Cash app when it clearly showed that this company cancelled it. DO NOT waste your money here. Please go to a different location or anything else but here!

Don’t stay here! Bloody tampons in stairwells and hallways. Homeless people in the stairwells and parking lots. Rooms are funky I changed my room just for it to smell the same. They have roaches all through the hotel I had one in my clothes so I had to clean my luggage so I didn’t bring them back with me. Beds are hard as bricks never again!!! For a 7/10 rating it gave 1/10. Staff cool though I guess they don’t have housekeeping or maintenance.

I booked this hotel via Priceline after specifically searching for a pet friendly hotel. I am relocating to Florida with my pup, and after a 10 hour drive was turned away despite having a reservation. The stated reason: "my manager won't allow me to check in anyone with a dog". I then asked how could that be the case when your website states you are pet friendly. I specifically checked and it states that they're a $25 fee but pets are welcome. He advised me that it's not easy to update the website👀. Imagine my extreme frustration of having driven this length of time only to get turned away from my hotel. I had to contact Priceline for a refund. And then was provided great service by Dawn at the Wyndham Garden which is a much nicer property while being comparatively priced and providing a much higher level of customer service. I would go to the Wyndham Garden and save yourself the headache of dealing with the Extended Stay Suites. I'm actually happy that they provided such dismal service, the Wyndham Garden hotel is much nicer, cleaner, and offers many more conveniences (spacious hotel lobby with snacks for sale, modern decor, updated rooms). And it feels safer.

I was recommended to stay here thru the cancer association and how they would put a cancer patient in this environment is crazy. The smell of mildew when you walk down the hall way and into the room was terrible. The couch in the room was covered in dirt and doghair. You can tell the floor was mopped with dirty water and the smell of the room was consistent with that. The appliances were broken including the ones in the bathroom and the head board was also in rough shape. When I asked if there was a ice machine, I was told there was not one at all in the building. I was very disappointed. & would not recommend this location if you have other options.

Pleasant experience with all of the young ladies at the front desk except for the general manager maria, She was OK until I wanted to change my room. I stayed at the hotel For a month. When I wanted to change my room she got real nasty with me and refuse to change my room. To make matters worse I called headquarters at extended stay to speak to someone expressing my dissatisfaction. no one ever called me back. They said that someone would call me back in about 2 to 3 days. No one never called me back. I called up to the corporate office To ask to speak to the regional manager as she never called me back. It was just AA bad experience customer service on a local level and on a corporate level is terrible. They do not handle complaints they seem to appear to back the general managers which is not good.

We didn’t even stay, they booked us into 2 rooms and there were cockroaches scurrying around as soon as the lights turned on. I would highly recommend you find another place to stay. The woman at the front desk was nice and looked embarrassed and ashamed when I announced the roaches to the whole front lobby. I would suggest finding another hotel!

Stay far away from this place! They will try to scam you and steal your money! They will lie to you just to get your money. They charged me for a room and they claimed they never received a reservation when I came to check in. I had the confirmation number and receipt yet refused to give me a room or my money back. She claimed she never said there was a room available when 5 other people heard her say otherwise. This place is unprofessional and shady. The hotel lady had her adult son with her at the front to help her try to handle her business matters. This entire place needs to be shutdown and audited. They were offering rooms to people only if they paid cash after telling other customers there were no rooms Available! This place is a nightmare!

-5 stars. There is a broken door on the side of the building. Homeless people camped out in the stairwell begging for spare change. Guest let their toddlers run up and down the hall on supervised and the management staff does absolutely nothing. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Half of the rest of the staff is lazy and good luck getting anything you need like clean towels or sheets met with an attitude anytime you ask them to do their job. I would recommend staying anywhere else

Michael and Latoyelle, the manager and housekeeping supervisor are wonderful people. They fixed a couple of issues for me ASAP. Complaining won't do any good, just communicate with them and they'll go extra miles to resolve it. Y'all keep up the good work. Thank you 😊.

It’s honestly NO STARS! I do have a video for proof, please watch! I had a 2 nights stay at this hotel. But I didn’t even stay there for a full hour. And thank God I didn’t! I saw a baby ROACH crawling all over the bed before I could even fully unpack my car. If you don’t mind staying at a infested hotel. Then by all means..this is the hotel for you. This place pride themselves on being clean but, it is the complete opposite! Please do not waste your time or money here. I am warning you! I reported it but they did not care much. It came off like a normal thing to them. This is why I am writing a review and warning people to be aware of the serious issues at this Extended Stay!

Front desk was great, housekeeping clearly doesn’t care about doing there job, rooms are dirty, i even swapped rooms to no avail, bugs/roaches in both rooms, along with fellow co workers rooms. Ontop of that this hotel needs major updating its appliances and fixtures, rooms all smells like mold/musty.

Not terrible, some Extended Stays are in bad shape with a bit to be desired. This one is pretty decent, has a grab and go style breakfast which works for the busy morning. The bed is a bit too painful after a hard days' work. The other issue is something I'll bring up in the morning to see how they handle it.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. The guest service and hospitality provided by the employees is beyond any service I have previously experienced. They truly make staying here feel like a home away from home. Mrs. Angela, Michael and Stephen are just a few amazing staff members who I believe deserve to be recognized and appreciated for their above and beyond services. Thank you.

We been staying here at a long duration all the managers prior to the managers that is here was not going out of their way like Michael. He is extraordinary to and the greatest. He makes sure that everything is alright and he went out of his way many occasions. I stay in Room 233 and hopefully soon will find a place of our own we will miss him a lot and we feel he is a friend. Very positive and Great Customer Service! Thank you Mike for all you do and making the place safe and secure.

I have been here for about one month, while relocating to the area. The staff have gone above and beyond to ensure that my stay here has been the most comfortable. I am so grateful for their hospitality. I would definitely recommend.

The organization of this hotel is terrible. We booked our hotel online with Expedia and when we got to the hotel there were no rooms available. Technology does NOT always make the world a better place! Because I booked the hotel on the same day Expedia would not offer me a refund because they assumed I was cancelling....BUT!! Because of Charnetta, the manager at the hotel, she was able to go above and beyond to help me get my refund from Expedia! Charnetta made what could have been a horrible experience a not so bad one. Charnetta called around to multiple hotels to help us find availability. She was so kind and hospitality was amazing! Because of Charnetta I was able to get my refund, find a hotel to stay at, and made what started out horrible to work out for the better. THANK YOU CHARNETTA FOR ALL OF YOUR HELP!!!!!

Besides the location wich is very good The only thing semi good is the price per night, and I say semi is because they ask you for a security deposit of $128,88 (just for 1 night) that they will return but NOT before 5 to 7 days…..amazing The Room was clean but the cigarette smell was terrible, they say is a non smoking room. Won’t stay again

I came down at about 10:05 am (an hour before check out) to ask the front desk lady why housekeeping quickly knocked on my door 3 times, didn’t announce herself & walked in on me half dressed as I was trying to make my way to the door. Eric at the front desk came flying out of no where telling us it’s company policy to walk in if no one answers. I spoke to corporate & housekeeping is required to announce themselves first before entering, which she never did. Literally knocked & waltzed right in. It was a whole hour before check out & when my frustration started to show Eric told me to check out & get out now. Beyond un professional if you ask me. They don’t abide by their own policies & then punish their guests as a result. I had to rush around & get my 3 year & all of our things out as quick as possible. He even went as far as calling the police on us after I told him we would be leaving.. Police came to confirm we were on our way out & left. What a waste of an officers time… I’ve never gone through anything like this or felt more unwelcome at a damn hotel in my life. Steer clear. There’s so many cheaper options where you'll actually be treated like the paying guest you are. I’ll never stay at another extended stay as long as I live.

Rooms were cleaned, but could had been alot better, needs upgrading bad!!! Cockroaches!!!! Place is filthy and stinks, “breakfast” is some granola bars, and it’s hard to get the front desk staffs attention. There are a bunch of other hotels in the area, do yourself a favor and choose one of those.

Well me and my family were displaced. We were placed here, and Kacey, oh MISS STACY and the crew Mr. Roman, Mr. B made our stay wonderful 😊. Even though I had to drive to New Bern to go to work, they made it okay. With all the great loving and professional services they gave. Case in point they became family knowing my name sending me off to work. Greeting me with a smile when I returned. The A.C. broke down and Mr. B was there to fix it Quickly! And when it didn't work again,he put a new one in! Mr. Roman was like a superhero with an outstanding work ethic and security. I guess that came from the military! Lol 😂 Miss Kacey oh MISS STACY 😂😂 was the little sister you love to mess with! She has a great team and we miss them. The elevator broke down and we are on the third floor and have a Son with a walker. They were more sorry for us than we were. Miss Kacey oh MISS STACY, was so excited to see us and let us know that it was fixed!!!!

I’ve been at the hotel for about 4 months and recommend it highly. The management and staff are super friendly and extremely accommodating to each and every request I’ve ever brought to them. It’s very clean and well maintained. I definitely would have family or friends stay here.

Rooms and service are great. They have a shortage of kitchen items at the front desk but overall a good choice for my work trip. The people at the front desk are very nice.

I reserved a room a week in advance for 2 nights with my family, only to get there and have to wait for my room to be cleaned. I was originally assigned to have room 210 but was changed to room 205. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a sticky floor and then a gigantic roach on the ceiling. I asked for something to clean the floor with, which the housekeeper gave me a microfiber mop to do so. After all of that, there were teenage kids above our room who must’ve been wrestling or something b/c they caused so much disturbance. When asked for our room to be changed but they didn’t have any available. Shortly after reporting the problem from above us, someone came and beat on our room door and then ran. We also reported that to front desk. The front desk receptionist (Nisha, if this is spelled correctly) was very helpful. The next day I was charged an additional $250. I called ESA Jacksonville Lenior South Ave to ask them why are they additional charges to my debit card. The lady name Catharine claimed the housekeeper told her they’re smoking in the room and that a smoke detector was removed and placed in the freezer. Are you kidding me? THERE WAS NO SMOKING IN THE ROOM. I had my kids in that room, whom which I care about. There was no smoking involved whatsoever. And to say the smoke detector was placed in the freezer. I’m almost sure this place is involved in some of fraud. This is criminal. Catharine was not helpful at all. This place is garbage. I would never recommend anyone to this place. All we wanted was to enjoy a small vacation and we had the worst experience ever. And to be charged an additional $250 for something we didn’t do. How are people allowed to get away with this. This is awful. I wish I could give zero stars.

The people upstairs have been banging on things so loud. They need to be more quieter upstairs. Someone needs to do something. The people outside need to turn their music down from their vehicles. I would give this place a 0 rating. Too many gangs and homeless people.
