All around, I had a very enjoyable stay. Rooms were comfortable and clean, refrigerator was clean and quiet, air conditioner worked great, and the hallways were quiet. The front desk agent overnight was extremely polite and accommodating as was the last who prepared and serviced the complimentary breakfast. My brother made the reservation in advance as we were going to a concert and didn't want to drive home. It's been a while since I last stayed at a Holiday Inn and I will be paying more attention to Holiday Inn when looking for an overnight hotel stay. The highlight would have to be the breakfast they serve. What a spread! I was impressed and best of all, the lady who was responsible for the breakfast was on top of it. She kept everything clean and stocked; presentation was very nice. She was friendly and did all this with a smile. Thank you for an excellent breakfast experience.

First, their website says this is a new hotel. NO WAY is it new. Second, the bathroom in our room was disgusting. Mold in the shower, dirt and grime around the toilet, and carpet turned our socks brown. Third, they advertise a breakfast, but we left hungry. No gravy for the biscuits even after pointing it out to the worker. No peanut butter, dried up sausage, burned omelettes, and pancake machine that didn't work. The worker was lazy. Someone dropped a yogurt and it exploded on the floor and reported it to the breakfast worker. 10 to 15 minutes later after people stepped in it she decided to put a towel on the floor and kick it around with her foot leaving a sticky mess. That was the most anyone was going to get out of her. So the hotel can determine the worker involved, our stay was 1/20/23 through 1/21/23. The front desk clerk that checked us in was VERY NICE & Helpful.

I stayed here from March 8-11. This is not my usual hotel. My usual hotel, another holiday inn express, inflated its prices for spring break. This hotel was cheaper and was the same kind. I come to Jacksonville only to visit the Mayo Clinic. I am a 33-year-old woman who is on oxygen and am up for a lung transplant. So, I am back and forth from Tallahassee, where I live, to Jacksonville frequently because of that. The 3-night stay ended in an infestation of BED BUGS!!! Both me and my companion had bites all over our arms and I inadvertently brought them home with me. The manager did a couple of things for us like change us to a new room and gave us a few alcohol swabs for our arms but for the whole ordeal I only got $56.00 taken of my bill so I still had to pay over $300 for a complete infestation of bed bugs. I think I should have gotten a free ride out of that…………… Not only the bed bug situation but also when I first arrived something occurred when we were checking in that caused me to give the manager, who was taking care of me the side eye. Very questionable service I was given upon arrival which rubbed me the wrong way. I will not be back to this hotel ever. As a warning for whoever stays at this hotel from now on, the room numbers that we stayed in and were changed to are 515 and 516. So, if I were you, if you are booked into one of those rooms do yourself a favor and ask to be switched because 515 was the original room we were given with the bed bugs and we were changed to 516. I am quite sure if I brought them home with me, they were transferred to the second room. Good luck to anyone who stays at this hotel. You are going to need it!

Even thou ground is close to stores there were issues. Door would not open, manager came to open the first day but most have forgotten and I had young one with me the second day that was so not safe. Two bathroom commode not flushing right away, had to hold it down to flush. Three heat and air conditioner struck to on would not move. Heat and air level off. For such a high price at booking I asked for room change, non was available.

Ideally located in a quiet area, within walking distance to some local food stops, small pool good to.just unwind or cool off. Staff was very friendly, room clean, typical holiday Inn suites breakfast, which in itself is great for early birds and folks staying here while working. A+ to the desk!

Customer service was horrible. After leaving the hotel and getting my receipt for all charges I received an additional charge on my account without my knowledge. I called and the manager argued with me for 10 minutes regarding damaged linens that he could not prove were from my room. Finally he said he would reverse the charge and never did.

Got there and the lady upfront held a room for me and my handicap sister. I told her I would be back to go get r belongings and when we got back she sold it. She did find us a room but it was very hot, refrigerator didn't work but she told us. She gave us a discount military service and for the way the room was. Well, my step-dad paid on his credit card and he found out that they charged him 100.89 dollars and she gave it to us for 100.65 dollars! Called them and Megan was suppose to credit it back to his account and never did! So disappointing

After staying in other hotels in area this was a welcome change, very spacious and new rooms, comfortable beds and a great breakfast to get me going. I’ll definitely be rebooking for future stays!!

I stay here quite a bit. The reason is the staff. Mark always makes sure my stay is great! He represents the company well. Customer service is at the forefront with his leadership

Was only there for a few nights, but the hotel was quiet, the rooms were clean, and the staff was so kind. Check in/out was a breeze. The pool was nice. I didn't use the breakfast service because I slept in too late, but everything else was awesome.

Great hospitality, great night of sleep, and a very yummy breakfast. I ended up leaving some of things behind and they called me and let me know (shout out to Amber in particular!), as well as next steps. I was on a long road trip and the package ended up meeting me at home. Thank you so so so much for making a stressful experience far less stressful!!!!!

Rooms are ok, I’ve been in nicer HIX hotels but it’s a big room. They don’t have the shampoo ect in the wall in the shower. Great location for anything on the Westside food and drink are close by. Can be sold out Or pricey some weeks. I’ve not encountered a hix that the price varies so much from week to week

We travel to Jacksonville often from Orlando to attend concerts and other events. This is our go to hotel. It is convenient for our needs. Not super fancy but clean. They are in the process of a rennovation so it will soon be even better.

We spent 3 nights on the weekend. Very clean place, we were pleased. Breakfast was also surprising, since there was several choices. The staff were all kind, but especially at b/fast they were very kind, informative & attentive. Thank you!
