    BED BUGS. Hotel knew room was infested with BED BUGS and still placed me in room. Bath tub had black mold. Carpet smelled bad, floors dirty.

    This location is one of the worst places you'd want to stay. They switch your rates Even if you're locked in To those rates.according to corporate.. Even if your reservation is for a year. Eric, the manager thinks he owns it thinks hes overcorporate. Those exact words came out his mouth. They'll charge your card without permission. It comes with a full equipment kitchen. But nothing in it works no stove, No Dishwasher. nothing. They go in your room when you're not there. I don't recommend anyone stay here. It's not worth the money you'll be spending. Worst experience of my life. The paint coming off the tub, the room is in bad condition. The floors broke.. The AC don't work, which I've complained plenty about.

    So I'm currently staying here and I must say I was nervous. I read the reviews before coming here and it had me on edge. When I first got here Marcia the older Jamaican lady was super nice to me. She let me and the little one see the room before paying and answered all of my questions. My room was almost spotless. (And yes I tested the room floors with white socks and my socks were still white in regards to another comment I saw). No bugs. No roaches. There were small things that could easily be overlooked especially when they are understaffed so it was nothing to complain about. I did pay extra for the clean plus (not used to having to pay extra but I wasn't going to risk it) and my 2nd day the housekeeping lady (gorgeous lady btw!) Came and checked on me to see if I required anything. My biggest complaint is the wifi being terrible and I want to say misleading. It's hard to stay connected on my pc or ps4 to stream Netflix or games and I paid for the upgraded. Ik that's not really their fault and also the laundry room card machine was not working. I didn't have cash. And my car was giving me trouble so I couldn't drive to the gas station. Luckily one of the ladies staying there hooked me up. Also as far as dishes and such I don't recall her name but another Older lady got me everything I needed and was so nice about it. Made small talk and asked how my stay was going etc. So I can't say that I've encountered anyone rude. Or gotten any bad treatment. I may be extending for another week at this rate. Highly recommend.     The pet policy is ridiculous, the General Manager is a rude condescending b**ch and made it feel like I was inconveniencing her with asking about a room. Don't Stay With This Hotel Chain.

    Let me start off by saying. I stood at the front desk for 20 minutes before someone assisted me..... There was never a person at the front desk the entire 2 days I was there, unless you knocked on the counter then they magically appeared from the back. The lobby was HOT! I checked in and went to my room, upon entering the room it smelt like old, dirty mop water. I commenced to spraying my Lysol and wiping the ENTIRE room down with my Lysol wipes (as I normally do Pre-Covid). After doing that I went to use the restroom and as I was sitting there I thought I saw something move on the brown wood floor......To my surprise it was a ROACH!!!!! I attempted to kill it by spraying it with the Lysol! It kept moving, eventually it died! I had an event to go to so i showered and left the room. I stopped by the front desk to make them aware of my situation and again no one was at the front desk. When my husband and I returned I showed him the roach, as well as the mildew on the sink and on the stove hood range. HORRBILE!!! Our event was a 2 day event so we stopped by the front desk on our way out on the 2nd day and again no one was there to address our concerns. When we returned later that night again no one was present at the desk, we stood there for about 5 mins and no one showed up even after banging on the counter. On our last day there we were checking out and did see a cleaning lady cleaning the lobby we attempted to address our concerns with her, but she spoke very little english. So yeah!!! This was a DISGUSTING STAY!! I had never stayed at an Extended Stay before and I NEVER WILL!!!!

I would Love To say that, Ms. Nesha, Ms. Angela, Ms. Marcia, & also Ms. Maria, (General Manager) is very Kind, Courteous, & Extremely Helpful!!     Me and my family have been staying here for a while bow and the staff is very nice especially Mrs Angela she's the assistant manager she will go above and beyond to help anyway she can they so will the other staff that works there I'm happy to say that I like staying there

    The front desk has been amazing these last 2 weeks for my stay so I extended it another 10 days instead of moving to my stuff to the other extended stay closer to my work, very clean front desk area, breakfast is simple all you need before you hit the road in the mornings, ac works great laundry room fantastic easy with tap pay and just walk away door locks and all not open to random people coming in, parking is a breeze compared to other hotels around here, trash cans all taken care of on floors everyday, the ladies and men at the desk very understanding of my disability and reading lips when batteries dead, thank y’all for your services at this location. Y’all deserve it all! Just the lake view Is awesome seeing the birds and turtles and cleaned lake, very clean property around, hardly any trash and dumpster gets picked up weekly, fitness center gets the job done! Miss Dee is amazing at night shifts for my needs for towel replacements and vacuuming,

    My wife and I experienced several issues during our stay at Extended Stay on Lenoir Ave South in Jacksonville, FL in August. The hotel's kitchen appliances proved to be nonfunctional, and the dishwasher and oven were inoperable. Room 304 had a pronounced odor, and although we reported this issue, it was only resolved after communicating with Ms. Dee. We also had to supplement the provided cookware since it was insufficient, and the coffee pot was problematic. Moreover, there were discriminatory behavior and issues with some staff. Tasha, Ms. Dee, Devin, Angel, Risha, and Kay provided helpful service. While there were some positives, such as a comfortable bed, the room's door had difficulties with forceful closing. Until the underlying issues are addressed, I hesitate to recommend this hotel to others. (See my full review on Trip Advisor)

    I reserved a room a week in advance for 2 nights with my family, only to get there and have to wait for my room to be cleaned. I was originally assigned to have room 210 but was changed to room 205. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a sticky floor and then a gigantic roach on the ceiling. I asked for something to clean the floor with, which the housekeeper gave me a microfiber mop to do so. After all of that, there were teenage kids above our room who must’ve been wrestling or something b/c they caused so much disturbance. Kids running up and down the hallways. When asked for our room to be changed but they didn’t have any available. Shortly after reporting the problem from above us, someone came and beat on our room door and then ran. We also reported that to front desk. The front desk receptionist (Nisha, if this is spelled correctly) was very helpful. The next day I was charged an additional $250. I called ESA Jacksonville Lenior South Ave to ask them why are they additional charges to my debit card. The lady name Catharine claimed the housekeeper told her there was smoking in the room and that a smoke detector was removed and placed in the freezer. Are you kidding me? THERE WAS NO SMOKING IN THE ROOM. I had my kids in that room, whom which I care about. There was no smoking involved whatsoever. And to say the smoke detector was placed in the freezer. I’m almost sure this place is involved in some of fraud. This is criminal. Catharine was not helpful at all. This place is garbage. I would never recommend anyone to this place. All we wanted was to enjoy a small vacation and we had the worst experience ever. And to be charged an additional $250 for something we didn’t do?! How are people allowed to get away with this? This is awful. I wish I could give zero stars.

    Staff was very rude and disrespectful. They kicked me and my child out after we paid in advanced and refused to give a refund. The young lady that vacuums and wears a brown shirt caused so many problems for me and my child. If they don't like you they will figure some type of way to get you out without reasoning. Look for somewhere else to go because it isn't worth the hassle.

    The first room had fleas in it but the night clerk went above and beyond to get us a good room. As I told her it was a no pet room but someone had a pet in there . But our next room was very clean and quiet and the bedding clean the kitchen was huge and looks like a apartment very nice 👌 👍 😀 stayed April 15 2023

    I made a reservation and when I got there to check in and they told me there was no rooms available. They told me I’d get a refund and I never received it. I called there they transferred me to their headquarters. They told me that they would have a manager contact me back to make sure I get my refund didn’t hear back from them, they basically scammed me and did not give me my money back so be careful and be AWARE!!!!!

    Air conditioners have an auto-off forcing me to return to an overheated, humid room. Bathrooms don't have a doorstop. That poor housekeeping and maintenance staff were definitely overworked and underpaid, this past week. My neighbors were slovenly, loud, and rude all week; but, that's not the hotels fault.

    I've stayed in different hotels all over the world. Hotels that range from $300 a night to $30 a night. This is one of the best from my current point of view. I have only been here a few days, and I already feel at home. This king size suite here is like a one bedroom apartment. It's a little pricey but well worth the money. I have been in a hotel for almost a year trying to find a place to live. This so far is the best one in Florida. I've stayed in several ones in Orlando and here in Jacksonville. Some were nice places with terrible staff, or the opposite nice staff terrible hotel. This one seems to have both friendly environment and the luxury of having a bedroom door. I plan to stay here until a house comes available. Well worth the money. I would absolutely recommend to stay here.

    Everything was great, the staff are pleasant, the accommodations with our reservation were amazing. the room was clean and everything worked but you gotta pay for local calls on the room phone and the tv is great quality and you can actually watch every channel ,but there is no funny activity in the building nor parking lot at night. It was something on the reviews about the hallway doors not locking I’m hear to tell you they are very secure so you better keep up with your key. I just want to tell whoever looking at this hotel, that this is a good clean secure convenient hotel for a family.

    My son and I stayed there in April 2022 and I did not experience bed bugs or roaches. At times there was no one at the front desk but the staff was nice to me. The room we stayed in was OK.

    MARIA the Manager is a piece of bad work and bad for the company. She is VERY RUDE, has no customer service empathy. CATHERINE her partner in crime is just as bad.. I checked my family in for a couple of days... CATHERINE put me and my children in a room that smelt death had happened in there, when i told her about it.. She came up with another Manager Angela who told her that room smelt bad.. Still waiting for my refund for that night. I have complained as well as put in complaints about how they extended me for days and i DID NOT ASK FOR...I had codes to use and they did not apply my codes or discount rate. Im very upset.

    NIGHTMARE HOTEL. Full of dope boys and drugs. They prey on tourists, even young children and the elderly. We accidentally left property there, called and spoke with Maria, who claimed it was being mailed. Only 4 days later, we were told it was discarded. It was a legal prescription for my mother in law, who was with us on the trip. We know you stole and most likely sold the medication. The woman cant even walk, and you wont return the medication. This hotel and management are a joke. Half of the night shift is outback with the dope boys. That hotel is super shady. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE DO NOT TAKE YOUR FAMILY HERE.

    Excellent hotel with excellent location. Extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff, Jennifer, Kemoye and Miss. Catherine go above and beyond for the guests and if there is ever an issue with our room, Justin with maintenance addresses the issue immediately. The staff has made our transition to our new home great. I feel safe and appreciated as a guest everyday! Would recommend 100%.

    For the price point, a great deal. We just needed one night to rest on our way to Florida. The room wouldn't win any design awards, but it was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would stay again under the same circumstances.

    Me and my family just arrived a couple days ago because we needed temporary housing and the whole staff has been amazing. We immediately felt welcomed and the room was clean and very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

    Horrible....The team Leader Carmen short 4ft portarican is toxic she makes the whole Staff,business look bad.She envy tenants vehicles her and friends will be out grabbing door handles going in your cars looking for valuables and money they will also vandalise.I know I know she’s living a dangerous life be beaware.

    Had a quick stay mid way while driving. Staff did a great job finding us a room on no notice. Hotel had a bit of a smell like other reviews said, but I'd say it was more from the cleaning agents than anything negative. Also room could have been a bit cleaner, but we didn't see any bugs, and that was good enough for what we needed. (Stove was greasy etc.)
