My
girlfriend
and
I
stayed
here
one
night
before
driving
back
up
to
NY.
I
love
Bed
&
Breakfasts
and
this
was
no
exception.
The
interior
was
well
kept
and
the
rooms
are
gorgeous--filled
with
unique
and
practical
antique
furniture--not
to
mention
the
high
ceilings.
We
had
a
comfy
king
sized
bed
with
clean
sheets,
pillows,
and
blankets.
The
temperature
was
cool
(and
adjustable)
to
escape
the
September
Florida
heat.
The
bathroom
was
spacious
as
well,
though
the
shower
pressure
was
a
little
weak
for
my
tastes,
not
enough
to
knock
down
a
star.
Maybe
it's
a
Jacksonville
thing?
Our
room
had
a
mini
fridge
with
items
to
purchase,
though
we
brought
our
own.
We
also
did
not
partake
in
the
honor
system
at
the
bar,
but
it's
there
if
you'd
like
to.
There's
also
a
common
area
filled
with
books
to
read.
In
the
morning,
we
took
part
in
the
breakfast
part
of
the
deal.
The
coffee
was
french
press.
The
avocado
toast
was
great,
as
was
the
grits.
The
staff
was
super
friendly
and
affable.
If
we're
ever
back
that
way,
we'll
be
stopping
by
again.
