Very nice experience overall. We were 2 adults and 2 kids and booked the room with 2 queen beds. The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom had standing shower as well as a tub. All the toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap) were Dove products and not anything cheap. The closet was quite small but our room had space created outside the closet to open 2 big suitcases next to each other, so it worked out fine for us. The best part was the hot breakfast (BRUNCH) buffet. Omelets, bagel, today, pancakes, biscuit and gravy, 3 different types of cereal, variety of yogurt, milk, 3 types of fruit juice, coffee, tea, fresh fruits, oatmeal, Danish and more (i am forgetting few items since there were so many options). I do not eat meat, so they even made customized omelets for us. Bottom line- it was not a cheap/ standard breakfast at a regular B&B, it was more like a restaurant style buffet. They also have an outdoor pool, not very lavish or big but is sufficient for the need since you would anyways be spending most of your time at the beach. The location itself is good as it's at the center of the market and very close to the beach. Overall it was a very nice stay and I would highly recommend it.

The rooms were so clean and smelled great! The front desk staff 10/10. Michelle went above and beyond to make us feel like VIPs. She truly made our stay one that our family will remember for a life time. If you are thinking of booking here do it. It has everything you want, nice pool, close to the beach, very clean for any hotel but especially for a beach hotel, good breakfast, EV charging stations, solid beds, and lat but not least great staff. Just book it.

On February 15th -17th 2024 my wife and I reserved a room because my wife had testing at Mayo Clinc . Instead of just spending one night we decided to spend 2 nights and make it a short get away or as I call it a stay-cation . After checking in the first night as we climbed into bed to try to get some rest for all the test the following day we were surprised by a pungent oder coming from the comforter/bedspread that smelled like 10 hot sweaty men tossed and turned on it all night and the maid changed the sheets but since the comforter looked clean the maid didn't change it . Now I do not know if that actually happened or not but it smelled that way . So tossed the comforter on the floor and tried to rest but it made me wonder if anything else was not cleaned . In the am I took all the linen off the bed and as we left for the hospital I ask the front desk if I can have my room cleaned while we were at the Hospital. Four long hours later we returned to our room to rest up before doing anything else . Upon re-entering our room we were surprised to find all the linen still in a pile and the room untouched . I went back down to the front desk and was told that the cleaning crew just hasn't made it to our room yet but will probably be there in a boat a hour to hour and a half .. about 45 minutes later there was a knock on the door , the maid came in put linen on our bed and towels in the bathroom and left . No cleaning was done . I would have thought that our room would have been priority because we were already in the room and pre-paid for our stay . But.....

I spent almost 2 weeks there, and I'm headed back. The parking is well lit but not great if you're pulling a trailer. You're a mile off the beach with plenty of food close by. The hotel has a well stocked pantry with adult beverages available as well. The staff is great, friendly and helpful.

Your hospitality and walking distance to the beach location afforded our girls and their families a short commute to the weekend surfing event at the Jacksonville Pier. We had an early start so we took advantage of your complimentary breakfast which was great! Service top notch as always... Bed comfort can not be beat. Definitely planning to stay at this location for future events in the area! Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality and ensuring every guest feel special!

When we got to the hotel, we confirmed with Michelle at the front desk that the card we was putting on file would not be charged the full amount and that we could split the price at checkout, she said that was fine. We went to checkout today and they already stated they posted the charge on my card for 90% of the price and left 10% due at checkout. The lady at the desk apologized and said there was nothing she could do. We called customer service as we were leaving the hotel and they stated they should have let us split the price and shouldn’t have posted the majority of the payment on my card. We also had to change rooms as soon as we got there because our first room smelled like sewage but they did give us a different room. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because while we were there, there were several staff members who were very friendly and our second room was clean/stocked but they need to be very clear about the payment policies when you are checking in and honor what they state so we customers can adjust accordingly.

Can’t say enough about the kindness and hospitality demonstrated by the staff. Carmen, Regina, Cindy, Michele, and Mike were incredibly gracious and warm during my extended stay due to unfortunate circumstances. Minor issues I had on my first night were addressed promptly. Excellent breakfast, amenities, and housekeeping staff as well. Thank you to all for providing outstanding service ❤️

The people works here are awesome, there's a girl works at the front desk her name starts with a M (medali?) Not sure how to spell but she was awesome, Carmen and all the front desk girls ,rooms are super clean, breakfast was very good everyday is something different and the girl works there very attentive and the housekeepers A+ I had ask for the Manager before I left just let him know how good job he's doing!!! Highly recommend !!!!

This place is great and when we visit again in a few weeks we’re definitely staying here again. Beds blankets and pillows are comfortable. We stayed for 4 nights and it was worth it. Breakfast is great, the front desk said do walk in prices as they are less than online. Dogs welcome. Staff even wanted meet and give my dog all the love.

The service here absolutely the best I’ve encountered, they went above and beyond to be accommodating. Maui and Carmen were so sweet to us during our stay, I would definitely book with this location again solely off of customer service experience. The location is convenient and close to the beach shops/parking. The breakfast also had a good variety and was nice to wake up to.

The hotel met all our expectations!!! We booked a suite last minute on Expedia and the room looked exactly like the pictures!! It was soooo clean, spacious, and comfortable!! I really loved all the Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash!! Breakfast was delicious!! We will definitely stay again!!

We had a great stay here! The workers were very friendly and made us feel welcome. Our room was clean and the hotel was clean throughout. The breakfast was delicious every morning. I loved the bed, it was extremely comfortable. Everyone in my family was happy and loved the room. Also, the pool was perfect and no other guests, so I had it all to myself. Perfect location, only 1 minute drive to the beach.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms are great and clean. Good choices for breakfast and also very clean . They have a discounted rate for Mayo Clinic patients. The Clinic is a 10 minute drive away.
