I'm glad I read the reviews before my stay. I brought my own kitchen utensils, cooking ware, coffee pot, all bathroom need's. I was a little freaked out about what some of the reviews stated. So I came prepared with bleach and cleaning supplies. I really loved my room. It had a little apartment kitchen in it. I bought food each week at the store or farmer's market. I saved so much money by cooking my own meals. I was treated with respect from the front desk and cleaning lady my whole 15 day's. The price was very affordable. The location was great for me 15 minute drive to visit my cousin who has stage 4 cancer. 15 minute drive to the beach, I went everyday except 1 rainy day. The highlight of my stay was those crazy duck's in the parking lot. One thought it would be fun to play on top of a car. Picture's attached of duck's and my kitchen. I plan on coming back soon I hope.

I’m so upset with this hotel I don’t know what to do. Thank god we hopefully only have a couple weeks left here. This hotel would be ok if it didn’t have so many dang roaches. Because of the roaches, the good things are EXTREMELY overlooked! We have to keep everything extra wrap tight including our service dogs food to keep the bugs out! I absolutely do not at all appreciate the fact that we are paying for 🪳 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 ROACHES . Now we have to be concerned about the roaches infesting our personal items and traveling with us when we move into our new home. This is very unacceptable and the fact that they have no refunds at all posted everywhere! This definitely deserve a refund! Some people may not know but roaches have the ability to carry human diseases right up under their feet!🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮 This situation needs to be addressed as soon as possible. The bugs are TERRIBLE and I do not and will not recommend anyone to stay here! I don’t even want my service dogs 🐕‍🦺🐕‍🦺 in this hotel let alone my family because of the ROACHES 🪳 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 THEY HAVE TAKEN OVER!!!!!!!!!

Floors dusty, not swept and mopped. Roach parts behind furniture. One unprofessional behavior by front desk clerk Y. Vargas last week that left me feeling not at ease about my stay for a couple of days. I want to thank the maintenance manager, the after hours attendant Carl and the other front desk manager for making me feel more at ease with my stay.

I am staying here until I can find an apartment to live in. All of the staff have been amazing. The cleaning staff arranges my pillows on cleaning day and they check to make sure I'm okay. Crime is high in the area, but I do feel safe here. They do everything in their power to try and accommodate and help. They understand that people here are having a hard time. They you to all of the staff for making a hard situation easier.

It’s was okay for the time being. AC unit never fixed, tub was clogged up the first night and never got fixed, didn’t have a maintenance person for weeks, security needs to be FIRED for harassing and cursing at guests (I have recorded proof), it’s a difference from doing your job and just picking fights and pin pointing people out just because you can is wrong… has a terrible experience with violence every night and noisy dog and I have 2 kids that hears it all at 2a.m and no help and have been reported… far as front desk they are the best everyone else sucked. I reached out to corporate and they referred me back to the front desk.

The customer service representative working the front desk is absolutely unprofessional. Cussing and screaming at people on the phone versus actually wanting to comply with something that is in their control to do.

I was a guest at Inn Town Suites for three and a half years… There were ups and downs. Good experiences, bad experiences, but overall, I am very grateful to have had a place for myself and my dog my concerns were always addressed, and I was very grateful for being able to stay as long as I did. The staff were always professional and caring.. again I am truly grateful and if I should need a place to stay again I hope to be able stay again.

The king suite we have is very nice and spacious. The lady at the front desk is absolutely awesome. And without a doubt, you can't beat the price.

It's a really good hotel I've stayed there for almost a year-and-a-half before this two-week stay that I stayed there and it's still the same friendly staff and honestly they made the rooms a little better which is kind of cool

Great location. Clean but could use some attention to detail on the walkways, sidewalks and parking lot. You can tell that they have been neglected.

It's okay for a short term stay. Comes w a kitchenette. So you can make your meals instead of eating out so much. Close to interstate access, and restaurants, etc. Easily walk to nearby gas stations etc.

when your here your not family and probably exhausted all other options but atleast you have the option to stay here, you won't be judged and will be your home for time being if you need it. My overall experience here for 6 months was not bad at all I enjoyed it even though I was having to stay under the circumstances I had few options and this place was there for when I needed it the most.

The room is infested with fleas. The manager is very rude. 2 days after I brought up the flea issue we were told they would not be allowing us to renew our stay. Elevator has been down almost the entire time we have been here since July. I have also seen management standing outside smoking pot with guests

RUN RUN RUN , DO NOT STAY. Rooms are a disaster, staff I's rude as one can be, all staff are racist against all white people who stay. Roach infested room's, office is never open. Just the absolute worse place in Jacksonville Florida. Corporate has been contacted, health department is next. This hotel needs to be taken down. DO NOT bring kids to this location..

It was very nice, I was pleasantly surprised. My room was clean, the staff very friendly. The fact that the building is being renovated, is a good thing, minor inconvenience. I would go back there again.

The fully upgraded rooms were well furnished and clean. The major drawback was the amount of bugs, in particular the roaches. I kept my room clean and all food put away, but I still would find roaches in the bathroom everytime I turned the light on. The traps in the kitchen area helped, but be prepared to wake up to a roach crawling on your toothbrush.

We have been here for two nights. So far it is excellent. Our room is like a little apartment. Very warm and welcoming! It is very quiet and peaceful as well. Can't beat the price either.

1 hour late off airplane ✈️ flight delayed Uber... they canceled our reservation without proper notice. We were told we had until 7pm to check in. Rude, unprofessional, irrational and not so smart manager and clerk. Run from this place...They are imploding!! I'm sending their Corporate Office a letter about these joksters!

The only reason this place would be suitable is if you have nowhere else to go. That is the condition of the hotel and the guests staying there. It is better than sleeping on the street, but that's it. Not suitable for business or personal travel. InSuites advertising does not match their product. Please don't make the mistake of trying it as a decent afffordable option for a long term stay. It is not.

Overall very nice staff. Love all of them. Just a lot of crime in the area, not their fault but most of their customers are homeless or druggies and make a lot of ruckus.

The rooms are nice considering the rate and the staff is wonderful. Mr Carl keeps the safety of the area in check and the front desk staff are very accommodating and treats you like family. Shout out to Ms Racheal she is the best. As long as you do keep a mindset of maturity this location will prove to be very convenient as it’s location and staff are above expectations considering the low cost for extended stays.
