I came and got a room for a Friend from out of town. We didn't touch anything in the room because it was filthy old and smelled even worse. I would advise others to save the gas for the ride there. This place is trash. My friend and I parted ways and we will probably never speak again... I wasn't offered a refund or even part of my money back... Unless you are a dirty person who doesn't mind paying to improve their property, I suggest you find something else. This is the worst Hotel I have ever seen 😠🤢🤮 I gave it 1 Star but it clearly doesn't deserve it.

Room was dirty. Maids son next door was alone & very loud most of the nite. Carpet was soaked from AC dumping water into room instead of outside. Management poor unconcerned & unconcerned.

Currently staying here and I don't really have any major concerns the price alone is great . The rooms are very big compared to other hotel rooms. You get your own patio/balcony. It is a little outdated inside but hey if you need somewhere to stay it works definitely better than sleeping outside . Haven't seen any bugs so that's a plus !!!!

Been our home for 8 months. Clean and quiet. Office & housekeeping awesome. Fav part, beds are off the ground so you get all that storage space.

The place is good for the price. The guy at the front desk is rude. One of the best things about this place is no deposit unless you use cash and the rates don't go up on the weekends.

at first coming to the budget inn on Ramona boulevard seemed like a good idea until we came inside the room and saw that there were missing doors missing toilet covers The place is basically no smoke alarm in the room we stayed at night we were charged correctly the first night in the morning we decided well we can deal with it with the issues and I'm going to get a room for another night I went to the office and was told not only was the charge not $58.63 but that was including tax so I paid with my debit card when I got back to the room I got a notification that I was charged $72.50 when I went to the office to try to dispute this the clerk basically got defensive and told me that's how credit cards do this and I tried to tell her I had a debit card and I was not charged that way tonight before I demanded a refund she gave it to me The 7250 went back on my card immediately this place is a horrible place to stay I do not recommend it to anyone

This place is kinda bland, dirty and rude staff with staff members of this place not allowing us to rent 1 room for 3 adults 3 kids saying it's to much while there is another room next to us with 8 or 9 people and there no problem but we are? Overall I don't recommend this place. Also staff members bang on the doors like cops even when do not disturb signs are up to "fix our door" however great ice machine

I rented a room for a week. My room was infested with bed bugs. I told the front office and they acted as if it was no big deal. They offered to refund me half of today and said I could check out as they had no rooms available right now. I find this very unacceptable and believe that something more should be done.The housekeepers were very nice and respectful. However the lady in the office was VERY rude and acted like I was bothering her with my problem.

Covers plates are missing floors dirty was able to see broken glass alongside the bed . And other dirt

The rooms were ok a fat roach inside. Thankfully we got in at 1am we went straight to sleep only got charged 65 this hotel has potential. They just need to eliminate the bug problem. Thank you.

I love this place. It’s nice and quiet you get your own balcony. The rooms are huge they just remodeled. It is so much better, there has been no bugs in my room. I’ve stayed in separate rooms on the property. I just think it’s overall a great nice quiet hotel.

I never got the lady's name in the office in the morning times but she was very rude and disrespectful to me and my wife. Demanding that we have ID's for our children and friends over. But loved the huge rooms

My buddy lives there and he's happy its a quite place as i can tell and its only 65$ a nite with a 25$ deposit for the key and if you return the key by 11am you get the 25$ back if its on a credit card so the room for the 1st nite is ??!

This place is disgusting, there is moldy bathrooms, roaches, and bed bugs. Every employee is extremely rude and very judgemental. And the owner is notorious for taking your hard earned money then kicking you out for no reason and no explanation

This place is not as bad as others have said in their reviews. It is currently being remodeled. The people here are nice. Housekeeping is great! Once the remodeling of everything is done I think the reputation will see a turnaround for the positive.

I have been going here quite alot but my last visit I was not impressed the guy at the front desk is rude and I did not appreciate it .he made up a whole lie about me leaving cigarette ashes on the floor when I don't even smoke he tried to deny me a room . He was absolutely unprofessional . I called ahead of time to make sure there was rooms available and he said yes but when I arrived he lies and tells me no . I was able to get a room but I will not be coming back .plus they went up in prices too expensive

Large rooms. Fridge and microwaves in the rooms. Pretty clean. Only downside to it is no visitors are allowed in the rooms. Other than that, not a bad place for a cheap hotel.
