My first time EVER eating at a panera bread. I’ve decided to stop giving my hard earned money to unhealthy fastfood. My cashier was nice and welcoming, it says her name is Kelly. I ordered a chicken fuji apple salad, with chips. It was so good 👍🏽 will be back.❤️

This is the only local panera bread I will go to! They consistently have what I want but more importantly they have THE BEST customer service EVER!! Tasha greets everyone with the biggest smile and "Welcome to Panera Bread". She also knows all of her local customers by names and has convsations with them about either their family, work, or recent vacation!!!

Well this the first time I have been to this Panera Bread in NLR. When the order takers told me what they actually had I got the the Asian Chicken salad and Turkey bacon ranch sandwich. The service was pretty fast and the sandwich had a fair amount of Turkey and bacon, and the salad was fresh and crisp. The only thing that might be an issue was the two teaspoons of salad dressing was not enough. But other a pretty good meal

I don't think that strawberry salad with poppy seeds was worth the money. I paid $14 and some change and I could have made this for probably about $4 to maybe seven just wasn't good to me

While their food is wonderful…customer service was horrible. I only have 30 minutes for lunch so did the curbside. I finally went in after doing all that they asked for curbside. Stood there and waited with no one asking about why I was standing there. All of a sudden I heard my name being yelled through the store. I said I finally came in to see what was going on. She said very nasty that they were short handed and I should have a great day in a very sarcastic tone. Won’t go there ever again!!!! I work in customer service and know that is not how to treat people that you want to return to you business!!!

The manager here is literally so unprofessional and rude. I will not be returning here. They also missed the sandwiches on the order I had to drive back and when I get here she’s laughing. The staff is also very vocal about how they don’t want to work here, specifically the worker with the purple bonnet on. Unsanitary. It’s astonishing how rude they are here.

Ordered the Green Goddess Salad. Kale was bitter - not prepared correctly. Not worth $15... not the Panera of old. Service was OK order taker wore his food prep glove while he took our order and handled our payment. Informed us the pagers were not working would just call our name. Dining room 5% full 70% dirty tables. A 1 star may be an over rating.

Arrived a few min after 12... waited a long time before pager buzzed for them to tell us they didn't have enough chicken rice soup (a cup & a bowl) for 2 of us, so hubby chose tomato. It is now 1:54 & we are still waiting (as I watch a pick up space w a car that was waiting since we pulled in). Heard staff arguing in back. Not sure want to come back. The only good thing was getting a cherry cream cheese danish ring to take home... if I don't just eat it NOW. Best staff has been the order clerk. Left just after 2. No refund but claim sending Pick 2 gift card(s). Went to Olive Garden & already eating soup & salad...in under 20 minutes.

This Panera is below par any other location. It’s super dirty & run down. As if they had no care or pride in it. Years of filth everywhere you look. Disappointed.

Had ordered a bagel with cream cheese and bacon. Got order but was disappointed there was no bacon. One of the employees heard me being disappointed, not mad or angry. It was busy so I didn't bother to say anything to the cashier. I sat down & saw that she didn't charge me for bacon. So it wasn't a problem. Minutes later a woman showed up with bacon. It was totally unnecessary as I didn't pay for the bacon but it was very generous of her to have paid attention to my "I'm sad don't have bacon" comment. 2nd time to this location and I will be coming back!

Adorei!! I love me some Panera Bread!! Great pitstop for a road trip. Here, enjoying some Mediterranean with chicken bowl (warm grains menu), clam chowder in a bread bowl, Madagascar Vanilla Late, one bag of chips and one apple. Autumn Squash soup came after that to join on my belly! 🤗👌

Love the Sip Club for $11.99 per month. And, I even occasionally buy some food. Service is quick, friendly and excellent.

Our first time patronizing with Panera. It's a very nice restaurant but it was filthy a lot of the tables were not clean and especially the floor. The young man that waited on us was so knowledgeable and friendly. The food was good but the bread was to hard for me. The broccoli soup was delicious and the tea was really good.

There’s this lady there that is always so nice whenever I come in and order for me and my boyfriend. I always order on the kiosk and wait by the to-go order station. Today she was asking if I needed anything and gave me updates on when my order was going to be done. I wish I knew her name so I could shout her out on this review, just know that you will have the best customer service here.

Picked up a full sized Mediterranean bowl with chicken for around 13 bucks and was very dissatisfied with the portion size. Very little chicken and only enough for 7 bites with salad mixed in. It appeared to the be the size I would get in the past if I ordered 1/2 salad or bowl and 1/2 sandwich. When I ordered a full size in the past the bowl was much bigger. I called to double check if this size was correct I was told only 1 size bowl comes with both 1/2 bowl and 1/2 sandwich or full sized bowls!!! I usually cannot finish a full sized bowl but this time I had to. Doesn't make any sense to practice that in business much less actually have the audacity to tell a customer that. I do not recommend this Panera since it is not the cheapest and who knows what you will get. This is also the third time my order has been additionally compromised by their lack of the free bread that should come with the bowl.

Really small salad for the pick 2. I have the pick 2 regularly and this was half of a half salad. When I asked about the portion, the lady very dismissively told me it was the correct size. A few days later, I ate at another Panera and it was a regular size as expected. Even the picture shows how little was in the bowl. I would not recommend this Panera for service or portion size.

This is the worst Panera I have ever been to but unfortunately living it Cabot it’s the closest one to me. They have never got my order right now one single time. The quality of this Panera’s good to others is low. I used to work at Panera in another state and no one would get away with the food they have sent home with me. It’s a waste of money every time I have gone. Really a bummer because I have given them more opportunities then I probably should have.

The experience was mediocre. The restaurant ran out of the bread that comes with every meal. We were offered an apple or chips. However, there were other bread options there. We had to suggest to the associate to substitute the bread he had for the one he didn't have. The autumn butternut squash soup was delicious and worth the other part of the experience. The tables needed cleaning as well. It may have been due to being short on workforce. I will provide them with another chance. I do appreciate the vegetarian options offered on the menu.

Good service and love that it's not crazy busy at lunchtime. The grilled cheese is pretty good, but the creamy tomato soup is my favorite.

This is the only Panera near me and I order from it frequently, however, they need some serious management adjustments. Literally almost every time I order at this location there is some aspect of the order that is messed up. They are consistently out of simple things, for example- tea, or the orders are just reallt sloppy, and there are areas in the restaurant that need repairs or are just plain out not clean. Aditionally, some employees are friemdly and great, but others seem highly annoyed that you are there at all and I have heard them loudly on several occasions complaining that they dont get paid enough to do what they are being asked to do which is highly unprofessional. It's unfortunate because I love their food but this location just seems to have consistent issues and as a loyal customer it's frustrating.

Great employees who are eager to please their customers. Wonderful greeting when you come in the door. It's nice to see people who actually are enjoying their job with a smile on their face. Food excellent!

They are usually great but they were sold out of my croissants on this visit. I wanted to try all the new summer beverages.. a very nice selection but I myself did not care for any of them, very sour. Pleasant outdoor seating in a picturesque surrounding at the Lakewood Village, North Little Rock Arkansas location

We visited this location for the first time on 9/22/22. Tasha greeted us and took our order. She was so friendly and welcoming! Looked genuinely happy to be at her job. Looked like the whole crew got along well! Place was clean, food was great and service was EXCELLENT! Great job y’all!
