    The whole museum has zero mentions of slavery and the curator tried to tell me that you can't prove Nathan Bedford Forrest was the first Grand Wizard of the Klan. I promise you can. Parents beware, this museum genuinely thinks the wrong side won the Civil War. The second star is for the Lincoln casket flag. It's a momentous and inspiring piece of history. Feels a bit sad that this is where it's resting though.

    Small museum but really cool for history buffs. They have a few civil war originals, a few static displays, lots of portraits and a few nice diarama. They have a library of maybe 2000, books people can read on site.

    What a wonderful "breath of fresh air" and change to be able to visit to see how living was "back then". It was not a visit give us hate, but to experience the past of Southern History.

    A place where confederate descendants can feel proud of their culture with no remorse for slavery… they really need to put a museum of slavery next door. Great competition for them

    Surprisingly rich experience, museum offers a large Confederate and southern history library. As well as military uniforms, war gunnery, historical pictures of well known civil war Generals. The museum curator is informative and entertaining with his vast knowledge of Southern history. A must see for anyone interested in their Southern genealogy. Thank you for a well spent hour.

    It's small but very interesting. The painting of Young Osceola was a Family hair loom. It was so nice to see it again I miss having that picture hanging in our living room but it's in a good place for future generations to see.

    I enjoyed visiting here and chatting with the man in charge who had alot of information about the War between the States. If you're a Woketoid, stay away.

    Great lecture and tour. I am in the Masters Program and was impressed with the extent of the knowledge of the tour guide. I did not see any bias or prejudice displayed. Great library for research. Fee is only a 3$ donation so you cannot beat the price.
