Stay away from this place unless you’re ok with breathing in black mold, plus there are only maybe a dozen occupied stores with half of them not even open for business. Major roof leaks throughout and no air conditioning

This place is falling apart 😥.. There are a good amount of good stores left and the food court has a nice variety. But there are lots of leaks throughout the mall and a few holes on the ceiling. The children's center is also closed down.

Do not I repeat do not go to this mall for any other store than Bath & Body Works! The staff were friendly despite their challenging environment. I could barely breathe in the common areas and the ceilings are caving in with no workers on site for repair.

This is not Regency Square Mall. It's a shopping center, with 3 eateries, Crafty Crab, Chucky Cheese Pizza, and Sakura Buffet. Oops 4 eateries almost forgot The Sheik.

The funnel cake place was super cool Lady was super super nice. We stacked our funnel cake and it was a bit much for how old I am but that was my fault. Made me kind of just want a plane funnel cake. But if you have kids I'm sure they'll love this place!

I remember this mall in it's heyday. It was a great place to spend a Saturday. Shopping, having a bite to eat at the food court or one of it's nice restaurants. Maybe go to a movie or the arcade. You were safe. I get nervous just driving through the parking lot now. It is in ruins. Would love to see it great again!

I wondered if I’d walked into a condemned building. May or may not have seen someone walking around with a duffle bag dressed in body armor looking suuuppper suspicious. They may or may not be keeping this place open to launder money. Who knows. Scary scary. 1/10 would not recommend.

It is nothing but a shell of what it used to be. Nothing good here anymore at all..The anchor stores of any mall are gone...nothing more here except a BAD ELEMENT in the neighborhood. Would be better off destroying it and building something worthwhile. Hate to say it...but it is the truth.

The workers there are pretty chill, but they’re kinda trapped in a work environment that’s quite literally falling apart. Most ceiling areas have severe water damage and most stores are closed/ is just an empty enclave.

What to say.. This used to be a decent mall when I was a kid & I haven't been here since then. What happened? I went to the school uniform shop that's there. Rent must be cheap. Wandering about the dystopian mall searching for the uniform shop my daughter was quite amused, like we stepped into Day of the Dead or something. Most of the shops are permanently closed, some open on weekends maybe, like the flea market. The mall itself is falling apart though.. sad. Any kids tryin to film a zombie movie tho, this is the place 👍

Unfortunately, this place is not what it used to be. It's run down, hood, and all the good stores are gone. Nowadays, I only go there to teach my kids how to drive in the old Dillard's parking lot.

This mall is ran down and destroyed just like the rest of Jacksonville. It use to be an amazing mall with lots of people and every store was open. I have some great memories of going here. Low IQ individuals destroyed it with shootings and violence just like everything else.

The reason I went to Regency square Mall is to the dental place for my daughter and we sat there for 3 hours. We walked out. Don't ever go to Regency dental. And trust me I won't be going back there either. What a joke

A total mess. The staff was polite and helpful, but the merchandise was all over the place. It looked like a cyclone had torn through the store.

I've lived in Jacksonville Florida for almost 20 years. From the outside of the mall it looks deserted. However, I was going to pick up a online order from Bath and Bodywork. I entered through the food court and quickly noticed only 4 or 5 food counters we're open. Then I noticed the roof of the shopping area outside the food court was in terrible condition. Caution tape and cones were all over and I had to weave my way through. I was thrilled to see the store I was heading to was just beyond the cones. On my way out I decided to stop and pick up lunch @ the Mandarin Kitchen counter. The assortment was good and the serving portion was very good. I will be returning to both Bath and Bodywork and the food court 😋

The area is decline and can be dangerous. Go to the movies or whatever reason you came for and leave the area. Watch transitional spaces. The movies have excellent, armed and well equipped security forces keep the criminal element at bay and likely targeting the parking lot or adjacent areas. A simple google search for crime in this area will result in substantial results. The police currently have a substation that occupies the now vacant and distressed mall. The area has a few good businesses like target and the movies and possible the Pet store. There area is getting bad and the businesses in the area are contested as an almost palpable feel of creeping crime in the area can be felt. Target has visible security and the AMC movies might be confused with employing a SWAT TEAM at the movies which keeps it nice, but the moment you leave, your in a historically unsafe area. Be careful

Do not go. This was absolutely horrifying. If you’ve ever seen the movie zombie land, I think this is where they filmed the movie (just kidding but not kidding). No stores are open. Complete ghost town

The mall is in ruins and smells of mildew The ceiling is dripping and falling in pieces - there are more places in the mall where you can’t walk than where you can everything is roped off and most stores are barely open. It terrible. I feel bad for the 4 stores left in there but not sure why they don’t GET OUT OF THERE

Need to close this place down! Holes and leaks in the ceiling all over the place! Trash cans, cones, and yellow tape everywhere! Mold, mildew smell is strong in the air! Hot and stuffy! It's only like 5 stores even open! Terrible!!!

I have never seen a more disgusting display of a public building in all of my life. To even run a business here is taking risks that your customers could come back with mold poisoning and we all know where that will lead

Sad place to visit. Drywall tape falling off the ceiling, holes in the roof leaking into buckets, no anchor stores, just a dilapidated food court, five or six stores, and a police substation. The traffic light to get back on Atlantic boulevard is broken too. Would NOT recommend.

Owners since 2014 are dirtbag, greedy slumlords for allowing this property to purposely continue to decline to it’s current condition. Unbelievably sleezy of them. Sell it to someone who cares about it, it’s history and the surrounding neighborhood.

I love this mall, but it's in dire need of repairs. The roof is leaking to the point where you barely have a place to walk since the pathway is taped off. I hope that the owners will do these repairs before the mall is unsalvageable. Just walking through now is depressing, and I worry for the safety of shoppers.

This place is absolutely disgusting. There is a abandoned Auntie Anne’s straight out of the 90’s. The roof is falling apart. There are trash cans every where collecting rain water from the broken roof. There is a Jcpennys store that looks like it’s been vacant for ten years. There is a Dillards that is still open but it looks like it’s seen better days. And a There is a closed Sears store which is now used for COVID-19 testing. And the playground in the middle of the mall looks like it’s completely filled with germs. There are vacant for where stores used to be everywhere. The only thing that looks like it gets business is the Bath and Body Works. I definitely do not recommend this mall you should go to the Avenues mall or the St John’s Town center mall.

I tried to get boba in the food court but the guy sitting behind the counter didn't even look up to notice that I was there. There are like two open stores maybe three in this entire mall. Bath and body works was awesome but don't bother going to this location at all

This place was a disaster. It smelled weird when I entered the building but couldn't put a finger on what it was. As I continued into the mall and I discovered what the smell was coming from, it was the black mold on the ceiling in several areas. Most of the shops were empty but the food court seemed okay. I didn't eat at the food court because of all the mold all over the place on the ceiling and that was all I could smell and it was making me feel ill. I cannot recommend the "Moldy Mall" at this point.

The Mall has been in a state of decline for a decade... the staple stoes were Sears and JC Penny's. The do have some good smaller shops but it is basically a ghost town. I fid buy some new furniture last visit, got a great deal.

Don't know why this place still has their doors open. There's hardly anything there. They should make it an entertainment hub with basketball courts, ice skating, ball room dancing and such.

Dillard's discount outlet is pretty nice. They have a big n tall section, but some sizes don't have many choices. Great pricing though. 60-70 dollar shirts for 15 to 32 dollars depending.

it's a shell of a mall, but if you need something in a store or other place there, definitely support those businesses. Dillard's Outlet is a great place to find excellent deals, especially Men's XLT

Quiet. Only about 25% of stores left. Building itself is in a bit of disrepair. Many water collection barrels under the roof. Very far from its heyday. Food court is decent.

The stores themselves are not bad but the place is clearly falling apart. Ceiling tiles rotting visibly. Looks like a health hazard. So sad, not what I remember when I was a kid.

Went here for a movie with a friend before grabbing subway for an early dinner. Halloween ends was great and we had a good time.

There isn't much in the mall. Most of the stores are close to the food court. Dillard's is a clearance center which I love but it isn't kept up like a normal dillards.
