This plaza is a major location in the area, anchored by Publix. The whole property has recently undergone a major construction remodeling with many new storefronts added. There are several dining outlets here, though none outstanding, (special mention to Metro diner a local fave and the new First Watch), but very limited retail as the vast majority of units remain unoccupied. We are very grateful for the West Marine here, which we visit often. I also go to the Ulta here. Stein Mart's closing was a major loss, as was Belk-both of which had stores here and closed, leaving a terrible void in the area. I would love to see more retail fill in here. In addition to filling in with new business, I would like to see this plaza dress up a bit more. While it is fresh and new, it is still bland and unappealing. It is really just bare, cheap, lazy, lackluster modern minimalism, with little regard to environmental ambience or character. At one major entryway there is a traffic circle which would be an ideal spot for a fountain or statuary as a focal point and how about putting out some planters and benches? Flowers? Anything to breathe life into the beige abyss. The neighborhoods that support this plaza deserve a pleasant place to shop and adding some appeal would likely attract more and better tenants. It appears that this plaza has changed ownership again. The major overhaul was done by one ownership group, but now there are signs for a new one. Hopefully there are plans to make better use of the location and space here and build a plaza that will really serve the surrounding community.

Very big parking lot, usually all crowded though, especially if your trying to go to publix. It's bricks instead of pavement ( I don't understand that concept, it's unpleasant to drive on, it's a bit rough & already spots are messed up, so it didn't seem too smart to do) Lots of stores to shop at & great places to eat from fast food to dine in resteraunts. Not bad, just be careful with your car driving the parking lot. Would rate higher but the bricked pavement is a reason i stay away from that shopping center or else I'd probably shop there everyday.

Went to Publix for some items decided there wasn't a line for the subs. So we ordered 2 subs and it took the lady 30 minutes to make 2 subs. When the guys had taken care of 20+ subs between them. Asked to talk to a manager never came over, we left upset. Will not order from there again.

I have mixed emotions about this mall. They have remodeled and added store fronts but the parking is still an issue. It is crowded and cramped. If you are looking to find a place, extreme care needs to be exercised because there is literally little room for error. Wouldn't be my first choice, that's for sure!

I went to First Watch for the first time and loved it. I have tried the Peach Cobbler factory and didn't really like it enough to go back. I stop at Chick-fil-A when I am hungry.

The shopping mall has been a weird place ever since they started working on it years ago. Way before even Tom and Betty's left. It's really dark in the shopping center and it has a weird vibe. There are some good stores over there, but it has an off type vibe and I don't understand what's going on. It feels like six different people own different portions of the shopping center and they are not all in agreement on how it should look.

Very nice shopping mall. Many store outlets there. Restaurants galore. Publix is my favorite for their delicious subs. Fresh premium boar's head. Shopping their is costly. But good food all around.

I barreled through with one purpose in mind. To go to the Lego store located on the other side of the mall. You have to navigate an infinity gauntlet of ladies trying to sell you perfume and other things, and you must refuse the siren call. I remember I had to pick up Prada perfume for my momma though,But I'll order it online where it's 5% cheaper.

Publix it is! Especially this one! The exterior architecs of this one offers added protection from the elements. Come on folks, its faster approaching hurricane season in Florida, and if mother nature pops up while you're indoor shopping, well, you could have a fight on your hands trying to lug a grocery cart full of food to that car! Notwithstanding that Anyway, the inside is where its at! In some stores, you have to ask where the deli is. Can't miss it here, and if the deli doesn't get you, the hot soup will. As far as the deli, constant turnout on hot food. Very important. No one likes standing around hoping someone will buy those last 6 wings so the deli can drop some more. Believe me, I've been at delis where you couldn't bribe the crew to cook more stuff as long as a few pieces were in that pan! I feel that this store has a very nice layout, and it's very clean for a store with a constant large turnover of customers. And most importantly, their prices on food in my opinion, is nothing compared to the freshness and quality you get for your money. We've all been to those stores where you can smell the tainted chicken as soon as you enter. Not a good sign. Publix continues to serve the community with what I feel is exceptional service, quality food, and a friendly staff. When a person goes shopping, they shouldn't have to feel like they're being strong armed for their money. Thank You!

The remodel of the parking lot has turned out great and makes it easier to park. This Publix location is the best in the area. Always have what you need in stock. Deli and hot bar is always readily available and fresh .

I remember when. Roosevelt square had an all you can eat Morrison's Cafeteria.... Tom and Betty's... But the landowners have done well by bringing the Metro Diner , other eateries and entrepreneurs. Okinawa restaurant I hope will always be amazing and Publix... This one especially... Memories of the GoldenChild as a toddler reaching for 🍼 in the checkout line on another Mom...

Very large shopping center with lots of choices of stores and other businesses. Stoned-path road can get a bit bumpy, and watch for pot holes!

I love what they did as far as the revamping of the parking areas. They took and Incorporated existing local businesses with newly built ones. They have made it easy to go from business to business easily. On foot if you would like. With stores ranging from, Publix to Ultra; several choices to dine, it's got all one would need in one great spot.

Lots of great stores. Love the publix. Have gotten my family and myself hair cuts at both locations in the shopping center. Love Panera, Chipotle, taco bell is slow and I havnt been in quite awhile, they have a dentist and some beauty stores too. It's nice with the parking lot redone. Havnt been during hard rain since it was completed, but hopefully they fixed it all.

Not somewhere I'd go again if avoidable. Nothing great over here, not a great area. Prices were jacked up at a few places we stopped. Wouldn't recommend. Drive 10 minutes more to better area.

I had eaten at Moe's. The stores are great but I don't enjoy driving through the parking lot. The round abouts snd high traffic is unnerving .

I visit the Publix pharmacy once a month to get my prescription medications at the pharmacy. Their staff has been very helpful and polite, every time I have visited them.

Good shopping center and more has been added in the recent year. Publix is always the main reason, chikfila, and green lake are next on that list.
