This place is one of the most enjoyable shopping areas in Jacksonville Florida. There are many restaurants and shops of every kind... and even a massive Costco to keep you busy. I work in an office building not too far from this area and enjoy a daily walk to the shopping and fun, as a break in my busy day. There is always an excuse to come here and spend some time, even if you just grab a Starbucks Coffee people watch and stroll sidewalks... it's a great place to be.

Came especially for Costco - actually got parked fairly quickly and had my new Costco membership in hand within 30 mins. Hot dog and Pizza tasted great and kids enjoyed a look too. Definitely recommend a visit to this Costco store!!

I usually avoid the Town Center, but my daughter needed to go to Ulta, and it was great. We went around 1-2pm and the traffic wasn't that bad at all. The directions to get there was spot on. It's easy to get lost between all the stores there but Google got us straight to Ulta!

It's a very good place for shopping 🛍. Here you can find variety of things , brands , food everything.. I loved it. Must visit place.

Good place shopping for various household stuff, Food, clothes, accessories, bulk warehouse, designer cloths, branded materials and more car parking space. More crowded during weekend. A lot of restaurants and food options, All big branded store located in St Johns Town center market place

Best place to shop in Jax. At least when it comes to customer service. This is also the most expensive place to shop. Parking is hard to find unless you arrive at 930 and park right on the main strip, which is aggravating. Most of the high end shops like Tiffany's and Louis Vuitton are here, but they have very small storefronts. These are not flagship locations by any means. The offerings at the restaurants are pretty mediocre, with the exception of The Cheesecake Factory, which is constantly good.

It was hot but the shopping was good. We got everything the boys needed for school

A great assortment of shops, lots of parking, many restaurants to select from with a wide variety of food choices. They also have some great social places around here and I have always enjoyed shopping. It is a little busy so be cautious parking and driving lots of turns and vehicles coming and going.

Many stores but most didn't appeal to me. Good Feet Store, Hop Doddy Hamburgers and Milkshake Bar were my focus. I'm happy with all 3. The Diablo Burger was the highlight of my day

Best place for walking, drinking coffee and buying your favorite cloths also lots of Restaurants.

Best buy! I bought online had to return was seamless process although don't go when they first open to many people so wait a while then all will be calm. They open at 11a so don't go then. Everyone was mostly nice.

We went to the fivebelow store and it was pleasant to see how well organized the store was.

I was greeted by a gentleman named Brian V, he was very knowledgeable, patient, as I needed 2 bedrooms a couch and a mattress, he was very knowledgeable not only about the mattress comfort but the positive effects for your health! I've bought many furnishings for homes and never was treated with such courtesy. Kudos Brian V you are highly recommended. Rooms to Go you hit the jackpot hiring him I do hope he doesn't go unrecognized!!!!

Mehh. It was okay but definitely not worth what they charge. To start off, the place was dirty and tired looking. I can tell that when it opened up it must've looked nice, sharp and modern but now it just looks run-down. The coke machine itself and surrounding area looked sticky and dirty as if they used a dirty towel to wipe it all down with. There were no tops for the drinks, but maybe thats just a supply issue due to current economy. The rest room was dirty, paper trash littering the floor, half of the toilet paper holder was broken off, missing. Trash can full. The brown-haired cashier's attitude was like, the last thing she wanted to do was take orders from people. Imagine Chick-fil-e then turn it 180 degree upside down for customer service The swag burger was pretty good. The fries okay but for $20, at that location, customers expect more. It wouldn't take much for a decent manager to get in there and make a huge positive difference.

It's ok, really crowded now. Lots of traffic like lots, shops come and go. No Disney store anymore, parking is a pain. Restaurants are meh,

Traffic always but lots of shops and restaurants. Good place to spend the day. Nice seating areas, kid outdoor play area, plenty of parking, unless it's the weekend. Did I mention the shopping?

I get nervous driving in this area. A lot of people dont drive carefully. Stores are nice, my favorite store is Five and Below. Ross has nice shoes, you just have to get there early, but every time I got to Ross it's a mess, or the products are dirty, or shoes are scuffed. Some stores are pretty expensive, but quality is good. Also, plenty of restaurants to choose from.

Wow! From 2014 to how it is now, This town center has developed so much! So many shops.. enormous parking. Adding a bike lane, would be good to promote environmental mobility option

Live West Marine and Kirklands located in the Markets at Town Center. Great stores when living at the ocean, on the beach or Floridas great waterways.

Just went for a flu shot at Blue Cross, popped across the street to Best Buy for a cable and mom needed yarn at Hobby Lobby. It wasn't crowded midweek.

Favorite place to walk around, do some window shopping and then dine at one of the many restaurants around

One of the nicest areas and experiences, I had while in Jacksonville! Prepare for traffic in your schedule when visiting, though. There is not much to Jacksonville but this was the one place that made me forget I was in Jacksonville.

Love the outdoor mall concept. This is an extremely busy area though. We would stay away on the weekends, traffic is crazy, not as bad early on weekdays.

Lots of shops, restaurants, and gas stations in the area. It's well kept and clean, just very busy!
