I did a day trip out to the Outlet Mall. It’s about an hour drive from my home. My Husband and I spent the day out here. The mall is nice and has plenty of shops to check out. Most stores, except the Croc Store were practicing the Pandemic safety measures. They were requiring masks to be worn, some checking temps, some only allowing twenty people in the store at a time. This is an outdoor Mall that is pretty easy to spot from I-95. The Mall itself seemed be dry clean and picked up. Thanks going out to the owner for this. I accidentally found Layne Bryant hidden in the back corner of the south end of the mall. I found several things to purchase that suited my needs. They even gave me a discount on an item I was buying, because it was my birthday and I am in their system as a frequent buyer. This was my first visit there.

This outlet mall is definitely on its last legs. The layout makes the entire thing walk to see all the shops. The food court only has three choices.

This is a great shopping experience. Lots of parking will multiple stores. All open. The area is clean and well lit. There are restrooms, but they are at beginning or end of shops towards the back. You have to look for them. They are not conveniently placed for customers in my opinion.

Stopped to shop... Some outlets are great prices, others are still quite high priced, lunch, bought a couple things. Got back on the road.

I went to the Coach store because my husband bought me a bag for our anniversary in June 2023. The problem was I would leave my purse sitting on my couch arm & through time, the purse started absorbing the color of my couch, which is a dark gray & the purse is vanilla. Took the purse to them they told me there's nothing they can do & and yes, the purse will do that, sorry. My husband paid $300+ for this purse 5 months prior. My husband called Coach Corp they told him that because he bought it from the outlet, they couldn't replace it, but we can send it to their repair store & see what they can do. BUYER BEWARE!!! IF they know that thir light color bags will absorb dark color, that should be explained because when I took the bag back now, it's like, oh yes, they definitely will do that😲 Never Again will I buy Coach!!!

Always stop by when visiting the area. Some stores have good deals when others aren't that special. Good to have an idea of what prices are before you go. Make sure you ask which discounts apply as some stores are sly with how they are set up and labelled. The food court doesn't have much choice but better than nothing. Free WiFi from most stores.

Been pretty good throughout the years. Wish we had some better stores but for a small outlet can’t complain. The demolition of the inside mall was definitely a huge hit to the community. Instead of demolishing it there should have been more steps to fix the issues there

While the mall itself is not a particulay nice environment, they do offer an excellent selection of name-brands. The stores are good and I can always find what I need. I've never eaten at the food court, though there are a few places in there. The restrooms are awful. The parking is okay.

Good amount of parking and azing variety of stores. All with great sales. It does involve a lot of walking and we were exhausted afterward, but we got everything we wanted and more.

Nice place to find great deals and great stores. It's always pleasant to shop here. There are a great variety name brands and products to choose from. Family friendly, handicap friendly and charming environment.

Worth the drive. Giant complex well designed & easy to navigate once oriented. See online map or grab brochure to plan your visit. Great deals. Safe & clean. Security visible, but not oppressive. Lots of parking, most in full sun. Access road from I-95 is torn up. A dusty, rutted mess. Slow down to navigate confusing signage, potholes & heavy equipment.

The stores had many options featured in each one. The parking lot is not as smooth as it would could have been. Google maps is also not up to date with the most current stores as some have moved around in the last few months. The Official Outlets site is up to date though

Plenty of shops, but it is outdoor so weather will determine how great of an experience you have. Remember it typically only storms for like 20 minutes at a time in Florida so just pop in a store until it passes. The food court is indoor so grab a bite to eat and cool down if it gets too warm. Plenty of free parking available. Lots of stores and brands everyone knows and loves.

Nice shopping center, though not all the stores are actually outlets (some are just regular stores, like you have at any mall). There's one or two bathroom areas in the outside mall portion, and they're not too bad. There's even a small food court. The stores are mostly ones I've heard of with a few small businesses as well. The discounts at some stores are much better than others, so you may have to look around. The sidewalk along the storefronts isn't quite as wide as it could be, given all the shoppers, but it's not bad. At least it's covered. There's plenty of parking and you can walk the long stretch of stores in one go. If you have more time, you can cross the street and go to the indoor mall as well.

Been coming here for years. Pretty busy but some seem to find things to get. The shade is nice and there are plenty of benches for all the guys. They have a food court also.

Ran into the shoe store in hopes of getting shoes for my wedding. Got in and out and with the perfect shoes for my dress! Fast and affordable! Glad we stopped!

Found good deals and nice place to walk. I wish the food court had more variety, the outlet needs more food options.

Plenty of good selections to choose from conveniently located and plenty of parking spaces. It’s missing some good stores that I have to drive to Jacksonville for but the ones that are here are pretty good and a good selection.

Let's face it... It's an outlet mall. You've seen them before. It's got the usual suspects of stores. Easy parking... But if you intend to see the whole place be prepared to walk or move your car around.

We were hoping to find specific items but had no luck. We went to almost all the stores and I must say ...nothing jumped out at me. The things I liked were not on sale much. Nothing I MUST have. Mom found a few shirts and a pair of shoes. Best part of the day was Auntie Ann's/Planet smoothie! Yum. It is a decent outlet, plenty of stores but I've been to better outlets. Lots of people were out...with their families. Shopping. It just did not have what I really wanted. I would return and give this place a second chance. Definitely check it out. Plenty of parking. Thanks.

Awesome deals! Every store had insane discounts.

They need more stores. And also I think stores should mention if you download the Simon app,it have really good coupons. Had to ask about coupons before they shared the info.

This is one of the few remaining outlet stores that is worth visiting. They have all the brands that I have come to expect from a outlet mall. I appreciate that most stores offer a military discount. If I were to gripe about something, it would be the layout. To hit all the stores, we parked near one end. By the time we got to the other end, everybody was too tired to walk back to the car so I brought the car to them. Wow! What a walk!

I never seem to find any good deals in this outlet mall. It is kind of run down also. My wife loves the Merrell store and she finds deals every time we go.

  • 5/5 Terri J. 8 months ago on Google
Surprisingly so the outlet still have a number of great brands. Prices were great, lots of sales, a bit crowded than I expected possible due to back to school. However, if you are planning on eating there are not a of vendors put the couple the do have are pretty decent.

It's wonderful to have these outlets in St.Augustine. All the shops you would expect at a premium shopping center. The shopping center on the other side of the highways is rundown and I'm pretty sure they are going to knock the building down. I wish the outlets were larger. They have a lot of shops but it feels like there should be another side with even more shops. It isn't the Town Center but it is better than nothing. The prices at the stores are reasonable and it's a nice place to go to do some window shopping.

The place to find great deals from all the brand name outlet stores. Easy in/out from the north entrance (drive past the first one from the expressway) and restrooms are in a building before you enter the shopping center too.

  • 5/5 Grace H. 5 months ago on Google
You cannot go wrong with the outlets. It's packed every day for a reason because they have everything you need there and everything is so inexpensive. I love to go there. I've been going there for 30 years and I'll never leave

The outlet mall is not located on Outlet Mall Boulevard, as it was torn down and relocated on the opposite side of I-95. So if you check in to one of the hotels on Outlet Mall Boulevard, do not expect them all to be within walking distance, rather, it is a 2 mile drive. Obviously, I made that mistake myself. The outlet mall is typical of beside-the-highway outlet malls throughout Florida. The prices are slightly less, perhaps, than their retail counterparts. But not much less. The best sales I found were at Express, where everything in the store was $6.99 or less! I found a couple of nice denim skirts and shorts. No shirt in the entire store, or most of the entire mall for that matter, had any bottom to it… they were all crop tops. At my age, crop tops are definitely out of the question, so I was disappointed not to find a $6.99 or under top. Regardless, it was a fantastic sale! The food court has about three restaurants… I ate at the pizza place. It was OK. There was certainly plenty of parking. Though I can’t speak for what it will be like during the holiday season.

Somewhat disappointed that stores previously there were no longer at this location (kitchen supplies). Prices in other stores were not that great. Did find a pair of shoes in my size after 5 stores visited (size 12). Promotion advertised did nothing to make my visit beneficial to me.

Found many great shops and items to purchase. The store we really wanted to go to was in lock down due to a fire alarm sounding. They couldn't let anyone in and I appreciate their safety rules.

Great selection of stores, great deals and decent parking. The Food Court is lacking and their restrooms could use a deep cleaning. Stick with the shopping and you'll have an enjoyable day.

The outlet here has really lacked something It is not as exciting as it once was from long ago. It is good if you are going to shop for something particular or looking to do something alone, but the atmosphere seems to have changed. It is still worth a visit if you are in the area

No directions to the mall from 95. Store signage poor---hard to find stores from a car window. Difficult to find parking and rest rooms are far from most shops. Merchandise is not particularly inexpensive and definitely not the quality found in full-price stores. Will not be returning.
