In the heart of Neptune Beach it is a great place to visit and walk around to take in the atmosphere. There are plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. This is a popular area and waiting for restaurant seating is very common. Local artists also sale goods not sure on days but great way to get local art and assist the local artists. The beach is one block away and nice to have this area to take a break from the sun.

We decided to eat a late lunch / early dinner at Poe's Tavern. It was very enjoyable with great company - an adorable adventurous squirrel kept us company on the outdoor patio.

Not well marked at all. Other cars parked in same area. $160.00 later I get my car back from A.S.A.P towing at the impound lot 5mi down the road. Your tenants just lost any business from me.

For the prices around, the shops could use a bit more attention. Otherwise a great walk with several shops to choose from

Locals - server Michael is a hoot and reason to go for any dish! And, Fish House is great, especially their grits!

Typical beach area. Parking can be a problem but we got there early for brunch & got lucky. Much walking, sidewalks & streets to cross in pedestrian and vehicle congestion. Don't think we will go back to the area.

It was good but they put salt and pepper on the fries. They were nice and got me fresh ones without.

La petit paris - always busy because there is nothing like it at the beach.

This is a nice place to stroll, have lunch or go to the beach, hotel accommodation close by.

Love the Le Petit Paris Cafe, Peterbrook and BB&T bank are located in this convenient AB location.. Would give more stars but parking is limited and frequently congested because more businesses than available parking spaces.

Great restaurants, but the parking is the worst. Spots are small, curbs are high, empty boutique shops reserve valuable spaces and large trucks make it difficult to get around.
