Very clean place, neat and amazing atmosphere with nice quiet Arabic music background. Food is tasty too however the chicken shawarma is not the best but other things are delicious such as the humus, chicken wrap, Kebbe, types of rice and the sides .. you also can find some Arabic products to buy ! Don’t buy the sweet Baklava if you know how the good baklava tastes! Humus was the best.

ordered takeout today , the owner was pleasant on the phone. However, when I arrived to pay for the order he charged me for a whole other meal. The pricing on Google said $12.99 for a platter but he corrected and said it is now $13.99. I said no problem and am excited to try the food. When I went to pay it came out to be $59 instead of $44 and he dismissed my concern. I initially thought it was because we ordered one that may have been more expensive since the pricing on Google was different. I went back in and he hurried me instead of taking the time to understand and told me that’s the correct pricing. I was extremely patient and kind to him as I saw it was very busy and told him I didn’t mean to hold up the line. I checked on my phone to look at the pricing and waited back in line to speak with him again and calculated to show him. He NEVER ONCE apologized for charging me extra and was trying to show me another customers bill even after speaking with him 3 different times. As a first time customer I was excited to try the food but will not be back for how I was treated. If you do pay them a visit make sure they don’t over charge you, always check your receipt!! The food was decent ordered the beef shawarma, half and half plate , and chicken platter, they weren’t any better than other Mediterranean places. Wish there was sauce that came with the chicken because it was really dry.

Fantastic place for middle eastern food! Good menu selection. Got the vegetarian appetizer and lamb gyro to go. The gyro lacked a bit of flavor. It was served hot and I still enjoyed it. The service was excellent! I'll be back to try something else on the menu next time.

Every dish uses fresh ingredients. The hummus is on point, extremely light and airy. Some of the best, simplest hummus I've had. Restaurant has been around over 10 years so they're obviously doing something right. They also have a limited selection of groceries to choose from which are also very reasonably priced. Over all great restaurant. Pics below are chicken wrap special with lentil salad and chickpea salad; and chicken kabob with tabbouleh and hummus.

Found this place by happenstance while driving for UberEats. As soon as I walked in, I knew I had to return. Went back last week, we had the sirloin tips for one entree and the Shawarma for the other. Sides included the tabbouleh, hummus, beans salad, and naan. To begin with, it took the appropriate amount of time for the food to arrive, as it was most certainly prepared to order. Then we move to the caliber of the food - most certainly the best beef (and this comes from a southern steal griller) we have ever had. The taste, texture, flavor, and seasonings were all worthy of a Michelin Star. I don't say that lightly. Lastly, the customer service was next level. The owner took the time to explain the flavors and tastes of each dish as we were deciding what to order. Following the delivery of the food to the table, he also came by several times to check on us and make sure we were happy with the food. Come prepared to spend between $15 - $20 per person, and well worth every red cent. Finally, you must try the baklava; a unique flavor and sweetness with a crunch of crushed almonds. Bottom line is this - a top tier restaurant with service with is commensurate with the food. A MUST experience! I with I could give more stars!

Freshly made Middle Eastern comfort eats! Loved the spinach pie, lamb gyro, chicken kabob sandwich and baklava! Very hospitable owners with a clean restaurant. Refrigerated and dry goods available for purchase. Try the bottled beverages!!!!

My wife and I are both Lebanese and we have sampled most Mediterranean spots here in Jacksonville. Nothing is even close to feeling like home like Noura. The owner Mr. Raymond is just your quintessential Lebanese restaurant owner with the expected legendary Lebanese hospitality. Not to mention that this is the ONLY place in Jacksonville where you can have 'Kibbeh Nayye' which the restaurant only offers on Thursday. The place also has an amazing space for gatherings and parties and we LOVE and cannot stress how much we do , the fact that it is a NON- smoking business, thus breaking the obscene stereotype that Middle Eastern places are somehow only Shisha places. Noura is a piece of home away from home.

I am a huge fan of the grape leaves so I asked my self why don’t try other kind of leaves. And here I am fell in love with this beautiful ground beef rolled cabbage platter. The first bite explodes with flavors in your mouth. Along with the stuffed squash lying down in a delicious sauce to die for. I am definetly going back, I need this at least once a week. Thank you Noura Cafe for this authentic and delicious recipes.

I ordered 4 different things. I tried their mango juice drink. The mango juice drink is really good and taste like fresh mango. I also ordered the chicken Gyro. The chicken Gyro is very delicious and the taste is perfect. In my opinion. I recommend trying the chicken Gyro. Very fresh! I also ordered the grilled chicken salad. I wish I would’ve got more dressing but this grilled chicken salad is good. I would order the grilled chicken salad again. The onions and tomatoes and lettuce was super fresh and the grilled chicken was seasoned really good. And the last thing I ordered was “Shish Taouk Platter” in the chicken version. I don’t eat red meat, so that’s why I ordered chicken. The chicken was seasoned very well but unfortunately, the yellow rice was fresh, but bland with no flavor. The vegetables were fresh, but bland with no flavor. So I would not order the Shish Taouk Platter again. Also, I got pita bread with my platter. I wish they would make the pita bread a little buttery, so it wouldn’t come off as dry, but the pita bread is still good. The pita bread is still enjoyable. All in all their chicken in general is seasoned very well, and this place will be my go to for a chicken Gyro and that delicious mango drink. I recommend trying this place rather you think it’s authentic or not. They serve good food. The only con I really have to say is they just need to work on seasoning, their rice and vegetables. But they still get a five star for me. Thank you!

This is a Lebanese style restaurant. The service is exceptional. The baked kibbeh, hummus, and kebob are all good choices.

Great little cafe! I met some friends for lunch before noon, and am glad we came early. There was a line, and all of the tables were occupied during the lunch rush. Orders are taken at the counter. Food and service were excellent! The steak and chicken kabobs, tabbouleh and hummus were delicious. They also sell fresh pita and other items in the store within the cafe. We'll definitely be back.

This place is a great little gem. The owner and staff are great and the food is excellent. The stuffed grape leaves and hummus are made fresh each morning. We try to stop by here when we are in the area. Along with their daily menu, they have several daily specials throughout the week. Today I tried the eggplant special. Excellent choice. We will return.
