We went for Christmas Eve for our family dinner. We were seated within our reservation time, our hostess was amazing, and the food was delicious! The spaghetti was kid approved! We got the family style dinner and got great portions. I didn't get a picture of everything but our table was FULL. The crabcakes and calamari to start off were perfect. Overall, a great experience.

Excellent experience. Wonderful food, great service. The bread alone is worth it! Pasta was cooked perfectly. Chicken Marsala tasted like French onion soup. The chicken piccata was perfect! Light breading, delicious lemon sauce. Lasagna was thick and full of flavor. Desserts were great. Everything was served hot. Salad was cold and fresh. We weren’t charged for the non alcoholic drinks at the bar, that was awesome. We will be back!

Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! This was our first time going. The food was so good. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is looking for great value. There were four of us there and no one left hunger.

The atmosphere is really nice as well as the staff. I enjoyed the food like the chicken parm and the spaghetti (had to add salt though). The salad was tasty but I did not enjoy the stuff mushrooms (cold and no flavor). I also really enjoyed the salmon and spinach really really good! We also got to try the cheesecake and the chocolate cake…in my opinion the cheesecake was the winner! Also try the strawberry lemonade….heaven sent!

Food was good only wish the pasta wasn't so dry, needed a bit more alfredo sauce. I also had some lobster shells I was picking out glad I caught it before crunching all the way down on it.

Visited here today, just now at 4:30pm. Empty tables everywhere. Hostess & manager standing beside her, as she tells us they are full with reservations for the entire rest of the day/night!!! Have NEVER been turned away. How could you know the reservations will even show up?! Clearly they aren't bc the place is half empty!!! Hosts said that they turn customers away at this location "all the time". Unbelievable. WON'T BE BACK. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Go to the Orlando (international drive) site, busy constantly, might have to wait an hour, but they won't turn you away!!!!

We love it here! We celebrate all of life’s winnings here, such great atmosphere, friendly staff and amazing food! Worth the visit every time! We continue to explore the menu and nothing disappoints!

Crowded, loud, but we come back for solid Italian. It's not the hike cooked authentic italian, but it does the job. Love the mushroom ravioli.

Maggiano's proves itself to be more than a one hit wonder. This is my second time visiting the Italian-champion-of-Jacksonville that is Maggiano's, and it did not disappoint. This time my wife and I chose to eat at the bar instead of the general seating area for a change of pace. We started the night off with a familiar appetizer that we'd gotten on our last trip to Maggiano's Italy, the cheese sticks. Quality control can be a challenge for some restaurants which can result in wildly different experiences even on the same dish from night to night, but we were delighted to find the known dish to be just as great as we remembered. Our main courses were a new choice for both of us. I went with the Taylor's Street Baked Ziti, and my wife went with the Gnocchi. I was extremely pleased with the baked ziti, it was flavorful, had just the right amount of meat in it, and the pasta was perfectly cooked. My wife's gnocchi was exactly what she'd been craving and really scratched the Italian itch she'd been trying to scratch. The dinner portions are quite large, so we both were only able to finish half of our meals. I'm happy to report though, that the baked ziti reheats very well and is just as tasty on day 2 as it was on day 1. We topped off our night with some chocolate cake, which we took to go as a dessert for later. The only negative thing I can say about Maggiano's is that the food tasted so good, my wife and I find it easy to overeat, but that's more of a personal problem than a Maggiano's problem, hehe. I can't wait to visit again and continue our exploration of the great Italian cuisine Maggiano's has to offer.

My husband and I went to Maggiano’s in February for an early Valentine’s Day dinner. Service was impeccable, food was amazing, and the atmosphere was charming. I highly recommend! I love that we were able to dress up for a date night and didn’t feel out of place like we have at a few other restaurants around the area. Highly recommend!

I normally don’t post pictures to write reviews but when you’re having a rough Monday and your dinner is… I ordered a fettuccine Alfredo pasta with a side salad. I would like to share how disgusting my salad was the lettuce was red and old, the tomatoes were watery and nasty, and the croutons were old you could smell it. I wasted my money tonight good thing I was able to add seasonings to my pasta and reheated it so it was somewhat eatable. Never ordering from here again.

Love this place! Went here for my birthday. We got right in and was sat in a nice romantic booth. The server we had was amazing and right on top of our drinks, refills, food, the pace it came out was perfect, and the food had amazing flavor! The salads we had were really great! I highly recommend their house salad. The chicken parmigiano is really tasty. My wife got the cheese ravioli and had the Alfredo sauce. Their Alfredo sauce is the best I've ever had! Their chocolate cake will blow your mind with the flavor. Everything is made homemade there at the restaurant everyday. Really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere and can't wait to come back!

We went to Maggiano's for a family birthday dinner and they did not disappoint. We had amazing service and the food was delicious! Most of our party ordered pasta dishes and they were all delicious. Salmon with Spinach hit the spot for me ! They have a family style dinner that would be great for large parties.

Delicious! The pasta and sauces were fresh. Everything really tastes like its from scratch! Our wait wasn't very long and everyone we encountered was very friendly.

Absolutely loved Maggiano's. The vibe is really elegant, classy, and homey somehow. Portions were excellent. I wasn't too excited about the bread, but everything else was absolutely delicious. Definitely will go again.

Took my wife here for a birthday lunch, and everything was just great. We went early and got prompt service. We ordered the fish with stewed tomatoes and spinich on a bed of pasta. I would definitely order it again.

Food was amazing!! I had the special, Salmon oscar. It was crazy good! My cocktail, Lorenzo's long island was strong. Customer service was phenomenal too! The birthday boy was pleased!😁🎂

This is by far my favorite Italian restaurant. The restaurant is a awesome experience with it's incredible exterior spaces and its upscale five star interior that delights the senses. Our waitress was Caylie and she gave us the utmost customer service experience. She enlightened me on a special that proved why this restaurant stands alone. A butternut squash ravioli with added sausage. First was the crabcake appetizer in a lobster reduction sauce that was the best ever. The ravioli was sensation to the pallette with it's delicate first bite followed by a filling that was sweet and beyond delicious. I ate it down to the plate. Go Caylie. I believe you represent the high quality and mission the restaurant adheres too. Not our first time here, it's a 5 star everytime we come. It just doesn't get better. There truly is no competition. My fiance was delighted with Caylie and her spaghetti with meat sauce. I tried it as she did mine. The food here is spot on and you don't want to miss out on this level of atmosphere, culinary prowess, and service.

Enjoyed a delicious meal last nite via Uber eats from Maggiano's. Too tired n lazy to go out...Blackened salmon with mashed potatoes. Double order for an additional $15. Both myself and my son loved our meal. Would have preferred more mashed but no complaints since food was fresh, hot and very tasty. I normally order their rigatoni D, but opted for seafood this time.

Such a good experience!! My boyfriend and I came here for our anniversary & our waitress we had was phenomenal. I completely forgot her name, but she was super adorable & had a lovely trainee with her. Food was spectacular, we did the Valentine’s Day deal they had, drinks were amazing, desert was just perfect. Really great atmosphere and it made that day perfect. Thank you!!

I wanted to go out for a birthday dinner so we decided to go here, being we never had a bad experience there before. We got mussels and they tasted like bad fish. I also got mushroom ravioli the darker one was the one I got first I took a bite of I couldn't even swallow it was so bad. The waitress got the chef and he asked to fix it. I just wanted to leave but he brought out the second one it was alright I ate it. The tiramisu had a very oily texture on top. I was just ready to go but we was there a total of two hours. The waitress was sweet but super slow and it wasn't busy, She did bring out some lemon cookies for my birthday they were good. I don't think it was worth $100 but you live and learn.

We had my Mother's 80th birthday party here. Approximately 60 people. The room was beautiful, spacious and private. The food was great, heavenly deserts. From beginning to end, the service was perfect!! Many thanks from my family, for making this important occasion, so special for our Mother and everyone in attendance.

The food was good, it’s what you’d expect. The service was ok, it took a while until we got a server, and she will come and we won’t see her for sometime. The place is a classic, comfort, some what nostalgic place.

We loved it so much we decided to return 6 days later. Update 8/19/2023 I still like Maggiano's. Scott was our server today. He was nice. I brought my daughter here to celebrate her 25th birthday. As long as she was happy, I'm happy (even though I wasn't impressed by my Chicken Alfredo meal) The temperature of my food was near cold but that could've been because the restaurant thermostat was set to Alaska 😏

Scott was our server, and although it was a busy night with students going to prom, he didn't miss a beat! Everything came out in a timely manner, drinks kept flowing with immediate refills, and he was pleasant the entire time. One of the managers, Ato, also stopped by to check on us frequently. He was very professional, maintaining a smile the entire time, helping out the servers clean tables, return menus, seating customers, and running food! He was very impressive from a leadership standpoint, leading by example as opposed to dictating. Very impressive staff, service, and atmosphere all around. It had been awhile since we dined here, but we'll definitely be back soon!

I like their customer service to begin with. We mistakenly booked our table several months from now. Apparently, there is a glitch between the screen after booking online and email confirmation. (ALWAYS CHECK THE EMAIL AS CONFIRMATION) Still, they accomodated us. We had the Easter Family lunch. It was overwhelming since it was only the two of us, and the courses were not spaced out. The second and third courses were served at the same time. The food was delicious. The rigatoni was my personal favorite. The Maggiano salad and deviled eggs were superb. The rest of the entrée were average. The tiramisu was delicious but not something you would crave for. The carrot cake was moist, but the carrots were shredded too thick and too chunky. Would have loved it more if they were fine. Overall, it was a good experience! Definitely a recommended place for special occasions.

Solid 3. Very typical chain Italian restaurant. A bit noisy, foods good. Nice size portions. Side of spaghetti wasn’t what I ordered. It was very tasty but a bit warmed over. These types of restaurants I always believe are more like production line putting out food. Again, solid good fill you up food. But, needs a bit more to get to the next level. And maybe they aren’t looking for that, nor are their customers. Lots of big parties celebrating birthdays or other big event. The waiter did a good job selling us up on the take home add ins for $6. It’s a good deal if you are looking for another meal the next day. Limited choices.

Everything there is EXCELLENT. My husband and I were there on the 5th for the first time and up to now will be our go to restaurant. Matt was our server, he did an excellent job. Food there is so delicious !!!! Today we ordered food from Maggiano's . We needed a second round ! Oh, btw, you will not regret to order dessert...like Ice cream with kind of apple pie (Apple crostata) or cheese cake (best cheese cake ever!!!)

This place never fails! The food is always delicious and the atmosphere is awesome. We come here on birthdays or when we just want some really good Italian food in big portions. Just always try to make a reservation because they are always packed.

My boyfriend and I went on 2/14/23 for our first Valentine’s Day dinner. Our server Anita was really sweet and super friendly and made us feel so welcomed and cared for as she helped us pick out food within my diet restrictions and allergies. Both of our meals and our drinks were absolutely delicious! Definitely an amazing experience and will come back again!

So this was my first time visiting Maggiano's in quite some time but it was just as good as I remembered. We got the Chicken Parmesan and Lasagna with Mozzarella Marinara as an appetizer. We will definitely be back, the food was delicious and the service is as excellent

Absolutely fantastic event venue. The staff was extremely accommodating, timely and courteous. The venue is an excellent presentation space with nice acoustics and an excellent projection screen. Can’t ask for more and my team will certainly be hosting more events here in the future.

Delicious food. Friendly staff and very nice atmosphere. It’s a bit pricey but worth the visit. Been there in graduation and they offered us some free sweet with candles which was very nice of them. We might give it another visit. Recommend this place.
