I come here WAY too late (30 mins before close) 2-3 times a week. It is the only place open when i get off work, workers are probably not thrilled i’m there so late but even the day before thanksgiving they greet with a smile & serve fresh food. Love this place, love the people who work there, i hope their employer is proud. No matter what the job is, do your best and it will take you a long way. Thanks for serving dinner for my family on the late nights i cant cook guys!

I had the crispy chicken sandwich which was way over cooked and very chewy. The fries were very good and I like the ketchup pumps, they are under pressure so you don’t have to pump. I don’t like having employees asking me multiple times if I need anything, and their trendy menu at the counter is kinda hard to order off of if your not a regular.

If you haven’t been to PDQ you are missing out! These workers are truly “people dedicated to quality!” Not only do they honor military every first Monday of the month for “Military Monday,” but the food is absolutely amazing!!! The sauces are so delicious and the variety is out of this world! The food is always fresh and the workers are always friendly! If you haven’t been, you are truly missing out! Also, military you must go enjoy your 50% off your order on “military Mondays!”

Chicken tenders were juicy and fresh. The tea was really good also.

Love the food and service! However, for the price you pay for the food...they give you TINY portions. Not worth 10 to 15 dollars when they give you 3 fries and kid sized chicken tenders.

Things to improve: Dirty restrooms, trash bins overflowing onto the floor Dining room dirty, visible crumbs and debris, dirty tables during Fri dinner rush Coke fountain dirty and covered in the day’s splatter Zero napkins available, staff handing out paper towels Condiments bar empty and covered in trash, everything empty The good news: The teenage staff were smart, serious, professional, and well trained and my food was delicious.

I hadn’t heard of PDQ until I moved to Jax recently. I’m not sure how I’ve missed out for so long. If you’ve never been, just imagine the freshest Chick-fil-a you’ve had, but this is twice as good. You’ve got to get the lemonade and try several different sauces.

PDQ is about the only fast food my wife and I will eat. She had some medical issues tested at the Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville and PDQ was the only place we recognized and the food and service was just as good there as in Fort Myers.

The service and atmosphere were good. It was a little loud in there but it was a busy lunch rush. The food was not the best as the chain name promotes quality. The breading was soggy and slipping of the sandwich and is probably why they have a community hand washing station. Just another mediocre chicken chain. Chicken was very tough.

I've eaten inside and gone through the drive through several times! The food is fresh and cooked to order both when you eat inside and go through the drive through! Amazing food and experience. I will be returning and you should too!

Food delivered soon after ordering. Salad was cold on a hot day. Plenty of salad dressing. Chicken nuggets were supposed to be spicy, but weren’t really.

I want to give 0 stars!! Stopped coming years ago even though you are less than 5 mins away from me. Your food is always inconsistent, especially in drive thru. Well today, years later ordered thru grubhub since you are so close to me and again reminded why I don’t get food from you! Gross soggy chicken with brown and wilted lettuce. Also was given 4 tenders in a 5 tender order!! Why do I bother?!

I love PDQ. Great fast food chicken place. Love the big portions of food they serve, worth the $$. PDQ is always friendly to me. They make good suggestions when undecided about what to order. Food tastes wonderful there. Keep it up PDQ!

I love this PDQ location! The atmosphere is amazing every time I walk through the doors and the guest service is spectacular. My order always comes out super quick and the quality of the chicken is on point every time. I would highly recommend PDQ to anybody! You can definitely tell it is run properly :)

Way better than Chick-fil-A. So much more clean and a better atmosphere. Food tastes extremely fresh and was not long of a wait. I could easily grab a table that was already clean and they brought my food to me quickly. Tastes great! Hairy was also was very friendly. Not always you get a good conversation while you wait for your food!

The spicy chicken sandwich is my goto order at this clean and friendly place. The staff is super friendly and they don't charge for extra sides of sauce - unlike other chicken places. The waffle fries are a favorite for the kids but my personal favorite is their thick chocolate handmade shake. Trying to find an excuse to go back today.

I still like PDQ but it’s need of a bit of a refresh. My family and I have been coming here since they opened a decade or so ago. The food is still good. But I’ve noticed recently that the restaurant isn’t as clean as it used to be, the items in the condiment area aren’t always stocked, one of the video menus wasn’t working and at some point they removed one of the drink machines. Overall it’s just not as good of an experience as it used to be.

Been to 3 different PDQ's. This is by far the best! Fresh, hot, plentiful food! The lady at the front counter was awesome! So friendly, professional, always working. Went out of her way to be helpful and friendly! Easy 5 stars!

I visit this location basically once a week and had good experiences, but on Friday, July 19th, I finally tried their Mac and cheese. It was vile. Over boiled noodles and disgusting orange sauce that tasted nothing like cheese. No breadcrumbs either. I vomited after arriving at home only 30 minutes after eating there. The staff was quite rude that night as well. I won’t be back for a long time.

Service wasn't that great (as in, servers were not very friendly or helpful). Many drinks were not available, the condiment bar was also a mess and not stocked. Maybe things were just off the night we went but not 100%. Our sandwiches were okay. I will say the fries were good! Overall, the visit was subpar.

Only had chicken strips but meal was pretty good. Has plenty of room to sit down or even outside.

Food is always fast, fresh, delicious on pont and customer service is absolutely phenomenal 10/10 would come again.

Food was good... location was clean. The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars was because the box of fries was half empty and a large drink was the size of the medium in many other locations. Not sure it they made a mistake or that is the way they serve their food. If you like chicken sandwiches, then at least stop and give it a try.

Cobb salad was the worst. It did not have all the toppings listed in the description, just lettuce, chicken, and old soggy cucumbers. I will never again eat from here.

It was recommended that I try PDQ but I wish it wasn't because the food was quite basic I've had better chicken tenders out of a gas station better than that and the mac & cheese was my worst experience ever

Mixed greens chicken salad… Where’s the mixed greens!!!!! Salad tasted old chicken tasted old!!! If I could give it a ZERO I would!!!!

The chicken is really the best! Service was outstanding. Tables were clean. Restrooms clean & stocked. My only issue is the parking lot access. Architects could have done better.

Came into eat tonight and the manager Harry was the most genuine fun person! He helped my family out to pick what we wanted to eat and even helped my ranch addiction :) EXCELLENT customer service 10/10 will be back to this location and hope that Harry is the manager on shift to give us new suggestions to try !

Way better than Chic-fil-a. Food is hot and fresh. Harry is amazing! Came back the next day and he remembered everything even what drink I wanted! Great service!

Pretty darn good place. It's a lot like chick fil a but without the long wait. I'm definitely going back.

I came to this PDQ on Monday around 7:30 pm. Was my first time here. I came thru the drive thru. And I was welcomed by such a friendly employee. She took her time and made sure my order was correct. I asked her a few questions on what her favorite side were and she told me about the zucchini fries. They were absolutely delicious. Fresh and quick. Thank you so much Ms. Sauce Boss. ( she didn’t have a name tag) I definitely will be returning !
