Great clean restaurant with the BEST SERVICE I have ever had. The only reason this place gets a 4 star is because I had to wait 45 minutes for a table (we did have a large group) and there was a mishap with splitting up the check. The waiter was super apologetic about it and it is completely understandable. I have eaten at many of places in many of different cities and states and their service did not come close to yours. Thank you so much for a delicious meal and fantastic service.

Andrew was an amazing server! He was attentive, quick, and very fun to interact with. He even drew an awesome bonefish on the to-go container, labeled it with what my kid ate, and dated it!!! Seriously- the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

This was our first experience at Bonefish Grill. My husband, 3 children and myself were all pleasantly pleased with everything. The food was simple yet excellent. My daughter's mac and cheese was homemade. It was not boxed macaroni like some steakhouses serve. The service was perfect. He was attentive, but not annoying. He truly was the perfect waiter. We really did have an excellent experience. God blessed our trip because it was practically perfect!

The bang bang shrimp never disappoints. My friend ordered a rare steak and it was divine. I had the sashimi ahi tuna. Also excellent. Anna was a fantastic server. If you haven’t been to bonefish lately, you need to go.

Our server was excellent! We were seated right away! The crab fries appetizer was delicious! I am only giving two stars because the rest of our meal was extremely disappointing! My husband got chicken and shrimp that was all over cooked. I got the blackened tacos… which looked amazing but did not taste great and were room temperature. I also found a hair in my taco. My daughter got the kids fish and fries and none of us liked the fish…. I’m not sure how they ever get a kid to eat that. Just an overall disappointing experience. I wouldn’t go back if it only cost $25 and yet it was $75 (by the time we tipped) for food that I could make better at home. Totally disappointed. I expected so much better after reading all of the other reviews. I’m afraid we will be visiting a different local fish and seafood restaurant next time.

We went here for our anniversary, and it was perfect! We had the seasonal special Bang Bang Artichoke appetizer, which was really good. We both had the seasonal special spinach bacon blue swordfish. It was amazing! We got a bottle of Cooper & Thief red blend wine. We loved it so much, I'm going to look for it locally. We were too full for dessert, but the server brought us a slice of cheesecake to go for our anniversary. That's the second anniversary we've gone there. Highly recommended!! Update: I found that Sam's Club does carry that wine!

Staying in the hotel across the road we were in search of a light lunch and Google reviews were encouraging. A friendly welcome and we were seated. We chose the fries crab, and salad with salmon. Nicely presented, and tasted good too, accompanied with a draft beer it was a good lunch. From the menu, Bonefish Grill could be a good choice for dinner.

We love this place! Haven’t been here in a little while so it was nice to come back and see some familiar faces. The margaritas here are on point! All the food is very consistent and we love sitting in the bar area. The service is always awesome.

Eventing was very good. Food excellent, service wonderful, and the atmosphere was cozy. The only possible issue... The appetizer came out immediately after we ordered, the salad was brought out before we were had finished with our appetizer, and the meals came before the salad was finished. This could be good or bad depending on if you are in a hurry or looking for a relaxed meal.

Great service and amazing food! The only thing I would change is the lighting, it was just too dim and the speaker system was really bad (made the music sound awful).

A reasonably good meal with great service at the bar. The Halibut was a special and it was excellent. Very surprised to find out that we can no longer complete the meal with an espresso. This is a big let down in what aspires to be a proper restaurant, off to Starbucks to finish the meal and start digestion! Sadly it is the little things that let a place down.

Incredibly good food! Pricey, but for good reason, and you get everything you pay for. Stellar service, even on the weekend of Mother's Day with U of A graduation tossed in for good measure. They handled the hungry patrons wonderfully. If you like a good, stiff drink, get the Smoked Old Fashioned. It's an experience. Note: When they make a drink, they MAKE A DRINK! Nothing about this wonderful restaurant has disappointed us in all of the times we have been. Our special occasion go-to.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. Signature pasta was really bland I thought I was imagining it but I saw other reviews saying the same thing. The sauce was watery and just tasted spicy no flavor at all. Then my husband ordered the Rockefeller butterfish which tasted good but the portion was so small for how expensive it was. Not worth it. His side of fries was larger than his fish portion.

Always a good time here! I always get the signature pasta. So good! Definitely recommend this place for fine dining.

Super reasonable prices and high quality menu items. You can't go wrong here. Take advantage of their social hour, but make sure you have reservations. They get quite packed. We love Annette!

Genuinely one of my favorite places to eat. The food is great, but the servers and drinks are what really impress me here time after time. This weekend we had a waiter named Trace (I believe). Extremely friendly, informative and attentive. They had just run out of crayons for kids menus, so he and the manager found the kids at our table a bunch of highlighters to use, which I thought was cool. Before we finished dinner they had already replaced their crayons and offered them to us. Very impressive that they cared so much. Tropical heat drink is so good, and it's actually pretty dang spicy. Bang bang shrimp, always amazing. Ahi tuna sashimi was perfect too. Another textbook dinner at Bonefish!

The service was fabulous. We sat in the bar area. Chris was our waiter & our bartender! Perfection! 5 STARS for this young man. The smoked Old Fashioned cocktail was unbelievable!😋

Went here with my husband to celebrate my birthday. Food and drinks were delicious, service was fast and friendly without being overwhelming.

We went to Rogers on November 17, at around 5:30pm. This is the third time we we go to a Bonefish Grill in Arkansas, were servers are not aware of this or other promos. Food was great, salad & main dish, (we had Salmon & house salad) dessert was not good, we went for the 2 for $45 promo, one key lime cake was included to share, cake was way too sweet & common, like grocery store bought, not fit for this restaurant, cheesecake is a much better option, which we had many times before, and is delicious. The day we went it started to fill out quicky, our server took longer than usual time to take our order.

The food was great, especially the Bang Bang Shrimp!!! Our server Courtney was awesome!!

This place gets busy for a reason! Super tasty, elevated atmosphere. Definitely a good go to if you love seafood.

It is a very elegant restaurant. The staff were very courteous and attentive, bravo. The food presentation was very nice, outstanding even. It was a Sunday afternoon and the restaurant was not overly busy as I expected an after church crowd. We had a party of seven and was celebrating a birthday of my mother-in-law. They stored the cake for us in their refrigerator until we were ready to present it to her. Excellent customer service there. I gave them four stars simply because for the prices, which I did not consider excessive, however for their prices the food could be better. Everyone in our party enjoyed the meal and liked the food. There was simply no one that loved the food. I had a steak and shrimp and I completed my meal. Maybe this is just a specific issue with me personally and others may enjoy this food immensely. I however like I stated above liked the shrimp and the steak was okay but I've had better for sure. I like a little more seasoning on my steak I suppose and the shrimp was just not blowing my socks off. I really really enjoy shrimp and just slightly let down about the shrimp I had that day. I do recommend the restaurant and cannot adequately praise the staff with my words. I would and probably will eat here again but I'll probably try a different dish next time.
