Overall, it is a good place to play some arcade games and eat some nice food. I were pleasantly surprised that the food is actually pretty good. The ribs were tender and fall off the bone easily. It is seasoned well with Korean sauce. The gochunjang sauce is salty but well balanced with some sprinkled spring onions. The chicken wing coated with honey barbecue sauce is prepared with good effort. It does not taste like the fried wings tossed with any sauce right before serving. The wing is crispy, juicy and flavored well. Nothing special about the mac and cheese. Stay away from the big claw machine. It looked like the claw is being tampered with and will not grab any items. The star trek game is so addictive!

This was our 1st time at Dave & Buster's and upon arriving I became extremely nervous because there were little to no masks being worn by ANYONE. As a matter of fact, people looked at us as if WE were wrong for wearing masks! 😷 Yet, I digress. They had a good selection of games & my kids had a fun time. If you want to avoid a loooong wait, I would HIGHLY recommend making a reservation if you want or need a table to sit & eat. During our visit, most of the staff was acting ill tempered & attitudinal, but there were 2 employees that gave me some hope that they do have a few employees that value their customers. Those 2 were very nice & helpful. The food tasted good, but was very pricey!

This Jacksonville branch ambiance has a high ceiling and a huge monitor. They have beautiful square bar. Huge dinning area, but this branch only has arcades. The food is always fantastic. I especially like Korean Sticky Ribs and Nachos. ... The service was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed attending the birthday party.

Made a day trip visit to Dave & Buster's. Had an excellent time. Appears all patrons were enjoying themselves. Seems as though this facility has invested in some of the top tier games. Would like to have seen a few more games for Gen X, that I grew up on. Nice place to come get out of the heat to relax, eat, drink, fellowship and enjoy family. Will return...

We arrived around 1 p.m. and it was great timing. We were able to play all the games we wanted to without waiting. The music playing on the intercom was good. The location was clean, and the staff was friendly. We did not eat because we were having so much fun. We definitely will be visiting soon.

This is a smaller Dave & Busters than what We've been to before. They have lots of games but not as many where 4 or more people can play, as we were a party of 6. We did have fun. Our food was very good. However, our poor waitress was being bogged down by rules she could not control. When separating our ticket, she had to get a managers approval and for any changes in that had to get a managers approval. She was kind, but we could tell she was frustrated. It was one of our friends first time there and he loved it! He's a gamer, so it was his happy place. We loved having the experience with our family as we came into town to celebrate a birthday.

It's like a casino for kids! Lots of games, from new to old school, stand-up and sit-down. We played for 2+ hours and didn't play everything. We got food about halfway through. We sat down had our waitress come by a couple times then we ordered. Someone else brought our food. Then we didn't see any staff. But the food was great! They missed a fry and our water. We had to wait 20 minutes after finishing for our check. Maybe it was just our section or they were busy. But the restaurant experience was about 80 min, maybe more.

This was my first time at this location and my first time at Dave & Buster's in over 10 years. I have to say, I was impressed at the ease of use. Couple of the machines malfunctioned and I was wondering if we got charged anyway, other than that though everything was great and the food was awesome. Service was also excellent.

Waited over 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and get me a glass of water and they told me that somebody else would get me a drink and a menu which I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for. As you can see in the pictures it wasn't that busy at the bar, there's a lot of people walking around not doing much. Once the food came it was actually good except for the rubbery cauliflower. If this is the only option close to you then go, otherwise go somewhere with better service and better food.

Definitely a cool place to go too. Really busy on a Saturday night. Some of the games are somewhat expensive. The food was not great, but not bad. For a family of four, between the games and food it cost approximately $120. Overall, not a bad place, but if you can aviod Saturday nights.

The steak salad with blue cheese would be excellent if the steak were more tender. The Caribbean luxe Long Island tastes nothing like a Long Island, but it was delicious! I knew everything would take time, but with it still being short staffed it took 25 minutes just to get my bill and pay so that was disappointing.

We came here to eat and play - kinda bummed they don't have the eat & play deal anymore where you got some game plays for getting food. The food wasn't even that great. Prolly won't be back here again for eating... maybe for play though. We came during the week around lunch and it was pretty empty in there.. which is a bonus because not very many people getting in your way etc.

Arrived at 1pm on a holiday. After being seated, we waited 15 minutes and nobody served us. At one point, a waiter assisted tables next to us and saw us but did not ask if we wanted drinks. We left and and ate elsewhere. We promised my daughter we would play games so we did return and play but overall, the games were old and dated. Expensive for what the games were. If you plan to come, don't do it for the food and don't have high expectations.

The machines worked, the place was clean, not crowded, and lots of tickets won with jackpots. My wife and I even got jackpots at the same time! Better than other competitors in the area. Wednesday gaming is the way to go. Definitely coming more often.

My family and I have gone here off and on over the years since I was a baby. This location NEVER disappoints. I had a very SWEET/attentive server, i believe her name was Jacklyn. Last time my son and I went to play at Dave and Busters. Our server immediately sat my son and I at a large booth, because we had nowhere else to sit. I told her I wanted just a snack. Nothing crazy. But she still allowed just me and my child to take a large booth. Which I really appreciated. Not only was she kind, she was fast with her service. And she did little things like refilling drinks. That truly does make a difference. We talked about life and I was just happy to connect with a sweet soul. The management is also great at this location. They stopped and asked me how everything was after we ate our meal. My son LOVES going to D&B. We probably go more often than we should (lol) also realized that Wednesdays is 1/2 priced games. So that’s really cool!!! And all-in-all I feel the money spent is WELL spent when we go. Because we always have so much fun. (:

The food is in generous portions—even the salad entrees are huge. The quality is good, being definitely better than any fast food and very good for casual dining. In the restaurant area the screens playing sports are of exceptional quality. The gaming area is a blast! Happy prefer redemption games but they now have the option of buying virtual reality game time as well. If you do not like flashing lights, loud noises and crowded spaces then stick to the restaurant. If you’re a person who is germ conscious this may be troublesome. Just saying. Personally we are glad to just get out and have a great time avoiding the triple digit heat index! Lots of fun and prizes are reasonable in the redemption shop.

Came here for food and some games on a work trip. Large assortment on the menu and cheap beer during football games. The food was reasonably priced however lacked quality and some items were definitely better than others. Highly recommend the pretzel, burger and fish and chips. Would avoid the nachos and chicken sandwich. Others in our group were a big fan of the ribs. The games were enjoyable and overall the place wasn’t very busy which allowed lots of opportunity to play whatever you wanted. Service staff was great on all counts.

Had an issue with the cooked to order burger. The manager was awesome about the whole thing. Still enjoyed our evening. Just a suggestion, if you order a burger, just know they put it in the oven after it's cooked to temperature, to melt the cheese. You may want to order it differently than what you normally would. Our waitress, Kim, was very friendly and had a amazing personality!

Great service, fun and exciting atmosphere! However, the 5$ nachos were the best part about our dinner, and they were good. The bacon jam burger was over cooked and my salmon was dry. Other than that a good night. Next we will just order a few of the 5$ nacho and be good!

Very fun! I also had the food there and it was well made. I ordered a burger medium and it actually come out medium so that’s good. Fries are good and crispy. The fried fish wasn’t great at all, under seasoned. I also had the hot wings, they were pretty good and the skin had the right crisp to it. The hot flavor was a little bland but the dipping ranch balanced it. All the games I played worked except one of the basketball games, didn’t track score at all.

D&B is the perfect place for any age to have some fun, arcade-style! You can just play or eat and play. They have a full bar, and you can carry your drink throughout the play area. One consistent issue is games not working. Today, three games took our credits, and then they didn't work. As expensive as the credits are, this always bothers me.

Ok, So it's a Dave and Busters. It's great for wings, burgers etc. but it's not a 5 star resterant. I wish they had an area dedicated to more classic arcade games. Tempest, Missal Command, Robotron, Super Pac-Man etc. The new big screen loud games are a bit much. I don't want to sit on a fake motorcycle to play a game.

I was here in March and I tried the shipping dip and the chicken wings. I loved them both. My family was there and we played a few games. Back home in Virginia the only DDR machine we had was removed so it was really good to see and play on a DDR machine. The staff is nice and friendly as well as the atmosphere if fun and lively

Shrimp pizza! Prices everywhere have gone up, including here. But, we had a decent time for a meet up from work. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the Bavarian Pretzel. Absolutely ginormous. Disappointed in the ridiculously small cheese cup for something that size. Shrimp pizza was a coworkers order. He accepted it, but wasn't impressed.

I arranged a Retirement party and Everyone there was great. Theresa & Cheyenne were great Servers. More people came than I had anticipated. They quickly took care of my Guests. Captain Tiffany was very understanding and accommodated my Group. Thank you Again!! Johnson and Johnson

The staff at this location is hard working and cares about their restaurant and customers. The food was delicious. The bathroom is insanely far from the dining area and you have to walk through the way too loud game room. This is a young person’s place to go.

NIKKI AND JOSE ARE THE MOST AMAZING BARTENDERS! THEY ARE VERY PERSONABLE AND VERY ATTENTIVE. They are the reason I come every Wednesday and enjoy the game play and the happy hour! I honestly would not come if it were not for them 2. Come and visit them to get great service and some good laughs. They are my favorite 💓
