    Took the family out for dinner on Tuesday. Less crowds. Great service! Enjoyed our meals. Lindsey was a great server. 👏 Overall Good Job👍

    A few weeks ago, I've visited the other one near Argyle. I had great customer service here at the location on Roosevelt (this past Sunday)as well. The food was delicious! Muy deliciouso! I will be back again. Trying to cut back eating out so that I can build my travel account. But, I'll return again for great service and amazing food. I still have left overs. So much food!!!

    Five Star experience at this Longhorn Restaurant. Everything worked out well and it was still fairly busy. Ali L is the definition at awesome and skilled. Food was clearly well prepared, utensils neatly organized the kitchen actually remembered a small request and this is just a really great place to be. I think this also should come back and be credited to Manager Brad Priest. 🥩

    I ordered a large Mac and Cheese to go. This is how much you get for $5.90. Not even enough for one person. When I asked why, was told they only give one size serving..."Sorry about that". Only four teaspoons of Mac and cheese. That's $1.47 a spoonful!! 😲 That's also my LAST visit to Longhorn's.

    We came and ordered about $80 worth of food, tipped in a togo order and the entire meal was awful. I didn’t want to have to make this review and tried to contact the support team who ensured me they would reach back out to me last tuesday and still have not. The steak was more fat than meat, the Spinach dip was less than halfway full and cold, chips for the spinach dip was cold and stale. All in all it was a horrible experience and the fact I didn’t even get the decency to have this issue rectified has shown how this company has gone down hill.

    Everything was awesome. There was a bit gor a wait because of the time a day. Sunday at 8pm. We had a party of 6 and out waitress wa great. All of the staff was very friendly and attentive.

    Always satisfied with the food quality and service at longhorn. I usually do the steak and shrimp and the Mrs. Usually does the salmon or ribs, always on point. Love the mashed potatoes!

    Great filet with 2 sides for just $26. Always great. Highly recommend the sautéed mushrooms, which is a standard side...beyond outstanding. Excellent 6 Oz "Flo Filet".

    One might find a sarcastic kitchen. One in my party asked for no salt on her steak (because of dietary sensitivity) and received a very heavily peppered steak instead. How's that for customer focus? Terrible service at times (disgruntled employees perhaps?). Not only this issue -- the venue smells like a mildewy gym bag filled with sweaty clothes.

    Wife and I stopped by for dinner, I was really hungry so I ordered my favorite... the Longhorn Porterhouse. Although it's expensive, I was hungry. To my surprise the size and thickness of my Porterhouse was very small compared to the other times at various other locations. I spoke with the manager I believe his name was Chad and he insisted that the size was appropriate. I'm posting a picture so that you can judge for yourselves. I love Longhorn so I will just visit other locations! 😊

    By far the BEST LongHorn we have been to. Service was great, drinks were perfect and the food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

    Reliable link in a chain restaurant. Service was superbly friendly! We had a few special requests, (moving tables, extra sauces, modifying drinks, etc) and they were happy to oblige. Food came out prompt with excellent timing between the bread, apps, salad, and main course. The Wild West Shrimp is my go-to appetizer. The little shrimps are crisp, and the mixed peppers give a little zest to the dish. My friend tells everyone its one of the best sirloins she’s ever had!! It was her first time branching out below well done, and I appreciate the cooks for nailing the temp timing. Salmon was delectable, and flaky. The salad ingredients were freshhhhhh. Margs were strong, and may I suggest to get the long pour if you’re gonna have more than one! It came out to about 3 margaritas per shaker. Great dining experience, and I will be back!

    This was a special lunch. We were celebrating my mom 75th birthday and laying her to rest. A steak dinner with all the fixins was her favorite meal. I had the 22oz bone-in with loaded potatoes, crispy brussel sprouts, and casaer salad. Husband had the 20oz, asparagus, loaded potatoes. I do apologize for not getting the servers name off check. She was very attentive, knowledgeable, and professional. We were in on 12/12 at about 130p.m. We had two cocktails, I had two Texas Tea and a large Blue Moon. LH never disappoints on taste and quality. Was disappointed that you stopped serving Prime Rib (had no horseradish) we would've liked for our steaks.

    Came here for lunch, had the burger and fries. Service was good, food was okay. I don't go out alot to chain restaurants, overall I was in and out and was happy with the burger.

    First, they told me that my order would be ready at the earliest by 8:15 pm I placed my order at 7:45 pm and then I ran home to do a couple things and received a text at 8:04 pm that the order was ready. Had I known that it would only have been less than 20 minutes, I would not have left. As a result, the food was cold. As I did not arrive until 8:20 p.m. to pick up the order. In addition, the same cars when I got there to do the order. We're parked in the to-go spots and there was no place to park in order to get inside to get my order or to have them bring it out to the car. The whole reason I ordered my steak medium instead of medium rare which is how I like it is because when I was there on November 20th and ordered the exact same steak I ordered it medium rare and had to send it back because it was wrong inside. You're renegade sirloin is a very thick cut and this steak that I got on this visit didn't even look like it had been cooked on the back side. It had merely been turned over and then taken off of the grill. As a result, the inside was completely raw. I even took pictures. I tried to call to speak to a manager and waited on hold for 10 minutes and decided to hang up. I actually took a screenshot of my phone to show how long I have been waiting on hold.

    I came here for the first time tonight, with a few friends. I ordered a medium rare steak with asparagus. It was absolutely fantastic. Perfect taste, cooking, butter, temp etc. The staff was all very nice and friendly, and it’s a nice place inside. I’ll definitely be back. Thank you!

    My wife and I are long time Longhorn customers and we were disappointed. Steaks were swimming in oil and not cooked a mid rare as requested. The service was the saving grace.

    Service has gone way down. My husband ordered steak, I ordered grilled chicken salad. When it finally arrived. I apologized for ordering the wrong dressing. She said, no problem and would bring me the other. Nobody ever came to our table once the food was dropped off. I sat and waited at least 45 minutes until my husband finally got our waitress' attention. My husband finished eating and went to the restroom. When he came back he finally got the attention of our waitress. When she finally came around, I again apologized for ordering the wrong dressing and she said, no problem. She went from our table and was chatting with the table next where she was putting another tables order in. We waited and waited. About another 15 minutes went by and when she came with the dressing I asked, may we please have the check and could you take the salad off. She offered to box it. I said, no it's long cold now (grilled chicken) and he is done eating. Manager comes over I explain it again. He asks, what can I do for you? We asked for check. No apology. We also gad terrible service at one in Tucson. At least the manager acknowledged she was watching our waitress and agreed. I'm so disappointed that this company isn't keeping up the quality they use to be known for. We used to eat there very often. Not anymore.

    We went online to join the wait list and I am so glad we did!! We arrived at 4:30 and the restaurant was already packed. We were seated within 5 minutes and Lindsey, our server, was very attentive, checked on us multiple times and was very pleasant. My Renegade sirloin was tender and tasty!! My husband's parmesean crusted chicken was cooked perfectly. Both of our baked potatoes were huge and super fluffy.

    I ordered curbside to go. My order was given to someone else, so I had to sit and wait for my order to be cooked again. I had Parmesan crust added to both steaks, topping was like liquid, not normal thick topping at all. Asked for extra condiments with both orders, since it had to be cooked again, no additional condiments given. Poor experience.

    One of the best LongHorn Steakhouses I’ve ever been to. Everything was cooked to perfection. Even tho the restaurant was busy with a wait, the food still came out in great time. Will definitely return to this restaurant personally and highly recommend you try it.

    the meal was great!!! server was good... this is the 3rd time that I've gone to this establishment and had a problem... i have a large family. we call ahead and ask to reserve a section on the back wall... we arrive and the staff had just seated 2 or 3 parties in the area we reserved and the rest of the restaurant was literally empty. i have a picture... and i called 2 times... and checked in online... and they still were not able to manage their seating. or they specifically knew we wanted this area... and purposely sat people in that area to seat us where i specifically told them i didn't want to sit.
