A nice casual yet upscale mid-priced restaurant. Nice modern decor which is soothing to the eye. The waitresses are pleasant as well. I ordered the peanut Curry which was pretty amazing, and tried my Mandarin on the waitresses, who pronounced it as utterly awful.

Amazing little Thai place. We got the sampler which had 2 of multiple appetizers. Everything was done well though our favorites were the spring rolls and chicken on a stick. Ended up getting the drunken noodles (house style) and my wife got a soup with tofu. Overall it wasn't the best taste or portion for the price that we've ever had but everything was done well which at the restaurants where other things were great or portions better they compromised in some areas. Overall would highly recommend.

We had Massaman curry and Thai Basil. The taste and quantity was good. They also served rice with it. Would recommend giving it a try.

The food was great. But, the waiter needs to be trained. He didn’t give us sometimes to enjoy my food. Always asking when the guest was eating. Try to get back the menu and try to clean up the table. Asking for the check then he got it really quick. Feel like just come and eat as fast as possible. NOT HAPPEN AS THE FIRST TIME.

Very clean establishment.. Great customer service.. Food came quick.. My dish was ok... I think I should have gotten the curry but I had an Activity afterwards and didn't want to eat too heavy. Wife enjoyed her food... Cool place to check out.

Nice place to eat, small, cozy dining area is inviting. They had the ac a bit warm for the temperature outside and considering it's a Thai place and everyone will presumably be sweating from the food. The plates were nicley presented and garnished nicely. I got the Tom yum soup, which was good with lots of ingredients, but seemed like it could've used a bit more spice. The Thai egg rolls were fresh and flakey. The red curry was very good. Some of the best I've had. Delicious. The girl waiting on me was attentive, but seemed like she had the whole dining room and was very busy, but still did really well! Was a little pricey, but worth it

Five of us, and we left super happy, super full and with five left over boxes. Chicken Pad Thai, Thai Chili Tanarind Seafood, Amazing Curry, Pineapple Fried Rice, Shrimp Thai Basil Fried Rice. We live in GA, about 30 minute drive. First time coming here, and it was well worth the drive.

We usually order for pick up but decided to have a seat and it was amazing. The service is wonderful and friendly. The vibe was beautiful, we loved the music and the decor. The dishes were plated beautifully and the food was fresh. The Thai tea is delicious, and so is the peanut butter explosion. My go-to is red curry with tofu, level 4 on the heat and my husband gets the Thai fried rice. Absolutely recommend for a date night.

This place is so so good. The wait staff are sweet and the food is delicious and comforting. We got pad Thai, curry massaman, rodi canai, and mango sticky rice. It was all delicious. Don’t miss this little gem if you are in the area.

Very tasty food and large portions. I came for an early dinner with coworkers and ordered a Thai tea and the chicken udon noodles. Food came out pretty quickly and was hot and tasty. I’m not a spice lover but this dish wasn’t bad at all. It was actually very mild. The Thai tea was very creamy and just the right sweetness. My coworkers had the red and green curries. We all enjoyed our food.

Absolutely flawless. The service was exceptional- Selena, our server was amazing. She was attentive to us throughout our entire meal. The atmosphere was elegant yet non pretentious. Their menus are beautiful! This is the best green curry I’ve ever had: It was definitely made with love by a highly skilled chef. I will definitely be back.

UPDATE: I went to Green Papaya again and the food was excellent, per usual. Here are some pictures: We ordered the appetizer sampler (the peanut sauce was extremely good! Everything was so fresh and hot) For lunch, I ordered the Pad Seew w/ Chicken (excellent) and my partner ordered the Yellow Curry. The flavor of the curry was wonderful! I'm getting that next time! So, I've been wanting to go to Green Papaya for the longest, but never got around to it. I had the pleasure of trying them out today and it was absolutely wonderful! The decor and ambiance was so lovely! Beautiful music in the background, lovely furniture, and a very relaxed space. That was already a plus for me (the installation on the walls were beautiful as well). The food was excellent! I ordered the fresh spring rolls as an appetizer and they were a great portion. It was a good intro for the chicken pad thai, which came out piping hot and plated beautifully (both were plated very well). Next time I go, I'll be sure to take pictures. This was so worth the wait and I look forward to coming back soon! (Probably on my next pay day lol I enjoyed it that much)

Best thing I can say is that the food was fresh. I ordered take out and I must say the flavor was lacking! Very bland.. The yellow curry gravy wasn't thick enough, way too watery.. Not to mention the portion of my yellow curry, I mean you could fill up the cup with gravy at least?? Not impressed at all with this spot.

Excellent restaurant! I got off a flight into Jacksonville and was looking for a quick place to eat. For quick and great service, the food was amazing. I got the Amazing Curry with Tofu and was not disappointed. Only critique is that the spice levels are a little on the conservative side. Taste and flavor was great though!

We found this gem, luckily. The pad Thai was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent, although we arrived at 830 and they were closing at 9, they were extremely gracious and never made us feel like we were being hurried along or aggravating them. Very nice, cozy atmosphere. Would definitely recommend for date night or just for a delicious dinner. The food was delicious and presented beautifully. Definitely will be back.

If you're a Thai food enthusiast, this spot is a must-visit!

We had a great evening at Green Papaya. They were able to sit our large party relatively quickly and delivered deliciousness to everyone. Portion sizes were great and all menu items were elegantly prepared and very tasty. We will be returning.

Nice and comfortable place to eat, that is located in convenient place. Big portions of food and the price is just right.

First time here, had a take out order of Thai Basil chicken, with a spiciness of 2. Though I didn't dine in, the restaurant looked clean, quiet and spacious and the service was fast and polite. The dish was delicious and all the veggies and mushrooms were perfectly sauteed, the sauce was great and plenty spicy for me, and the meat was juicy. Everything was completely satisfactory and I would eat here again!

Pretty decent atmosphere. I ordered the drunken noodle with tofu to go. I was given a fair amount of food. The tofu was cut into small thin strips that were a little too hard when cooked. There were lots of noodles that usually get stuck together when ordering drunken noodle from any restaurant. It wasn’t my first time eating at green papaya… but it might be my last. They’re an Okay restaurant, but when you know better… you eat better

Seems like people really like green peppers in their curries. Went here looking at great reviews and I got treated with green pepper curry when I ordered panang curry. The amount of green peppers was just insane. The picture is after I threw away the other half. And this place is rated more than 4???

Great presentation, and the food was delicious. If you are craving Thai food come here. Will be back to try some other dishes.

In town for the Georgia vs Florida game and was so happy we chose this place after the game. Great food. Great service. 10/10.

This restaurant has been around since the River City Marketplace first opened - and for good reasons. Coming through the door the first thing that one notices is how clean it is. Everything is clean and neat. The smell is fantastic! Then, there is the food; absolute perfection! We had the lettuce wraps for an appetizer - the price was far less than what one would expect for the quality and quantity! Then, the main dishes - Basil fried with chicken and Pad Thai with shrimp. Perfectly spiced! The service is the icing on the cake. The staff is professional, clean, and clearly dedicated to making your dining experience five stars. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Green Papaya!

Super friendly and helpful staff. I had the green curry with scallops which had a bit of spice and was very tasty. My GF had the eggplant something or other and liked it. First time there and I honestly expected the place to have a better (fancier?) atmosphere. A little more spruced up if you will. It was very plain in there and lacking decor. Just a thought. Like I said, the food and service were great.

We had a great evening. Shared some appetizers and the. Ordered entrées. All were fantastic. Great flavors! My selection… Deep fried Red Snapper with Green Curry Sauce… Definitely a dish that could be shared. Delicious!

I stopped here after a trip to the zoo and wanted something flavorful and light. I search out Tai places and I am so glad this place popped up. I will be back to try more delicious things. I had the chicken satay and the Tom Kha - so good. I got there before the rush and I left when it started really hopping. I had very good and friendly service.

Green Papaya serves good Thai food. The spring rolls were super - one person in our party is allergic to shrimp so they made them with chicken with no issue. The seaweed salad was fair at best - wouldn’t recommend it. The Amazing Curry was very good as was the Thai Chili Cashew. Would definitely return.
