    I ordered 2 soft tacos and 2 hard tacos for $30 tonight Cinco the Mayo, I ordered beef, lettuce, tomato, Chipotle salsa and sour cream, and this is why I get. Oh with chips with no green salsa at all. Then I spend hours calling but of course nobody answer. I would never recommended this place to nobody, completing disappointed.

    Staff was very nice and place very clean. Chips were stall and burrito lacked flavor. Next will skip this place and keep heading towards Chipotle down the road!

    Best first impression ever! Friendly staff, clean restaurant, tasty food and good value. My taco salad was delicious and.the southwest vinaigrette was spectacular!!! I saw excellent hand/glove hygiene and as soon as a line formed the gal in the back came forward to help out. As soon as there weren't customers she went right to cleaning up vacated table. Thoroughly impressed with this cantina! You can tell by the rare five 🌟!!!

    Started off great but not any more. They serve OLD FOOD consistently!! The salsa is old taste like someone poured a bottle of sprite in it. Salsa should not have fizz in it. The salsa is bad!!! Beware day and two day old food. Nothing is fresh!! Barber Otis needs to fix it quickly!!

    The food is amazing.Ordered a burrito bowl .Tasted fresh.Going back tomorrow buying 3 at one time.Had the chicken with everything on it. A chipolte spicy sauce and mango salsa.One bite you will keep going back.Better than the other two chains mexican rest.

    We ordered delivery from this restaurant about a week ago through Door Dash and I have to say it was an excellent first impression. So I decided to place another order for delivery on Father's Day. The order was delivered on time, however when I started unpacking everything unfortunately 80% of my order was screwed up. Ingredients were mixed between three of the burrito bowls I ordered resulting in all three being made wrong. The extra cheese I paid for was missing, and there were a few issues with the nachos as well. I called in to complain, the store rep offered to remake my entire order but I would have to go pick it up - adding to my inconvenience! I was told it would take 30 minutes before they could get started on my order. Then after confirming I would drive there for pick up, the rep just hangs up on me! No apology -- nothing. So when I arrived to pick up my order, THE STORE WAS EMPTY. I was expecting to see at least one good reason as to why it would take 30 mins to start to remake my order, but I can only attest it wasn't because they were busy with customers. OK finally, all three burritos bowls were made correctly this time. I even had the extra cheese I ordered, but the nachos were not there. Apparently one employee sent them with another delivery order... wow! I waited for my nachos to be remade for the 3rd time. Overall, I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of customer service and for the inconvenience of having to pick up my order after paying for a delivery (plus TIP). If they had the decency to show a hint of kindness for their error, maybe it would have prompted a slightly better review, but it is what it is. Good customer service shouldn't be that difficult!! Training would be a good start.

    We went in person instead of ordering ahead because I’m a little picky with my burritos and I like to say a little bit of this... a lot of that.. Etc. they made my burrito perfectly and they were very nice employees. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because my husband got double meat on his, I did not, but I was also charged for double meat. But still, very very good burrito and we will be back!

    My Barberitos experience started when my boss told me about a nice lunch waiting for us in the break room refrigerator. I work the second shift at a local hospital power house. My partner and I really enjoyed the Chicken Burrito box lunches that were provided for us. I ate mine cold but the other guy heated his and had nothing but positive comments about his meal. Even cold, the huge burrito tasted great and fresh. The salsa was tasty and the chips fresh. The cookie was a nice finish. All in all, a very pleasant experience. My thanks to whoever provided them for us.

    Incredibly salty food. I've eaten here in the past and it was fine but it had been a long while. This time around it was if they knocked over a salt shaker into both the steak and chicken. There were four of us with a mix of chicken and steak items and they were all this way. I will say that the staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Walked in at 2:45 pm 07/19/21 Worker cared more about refilling bins. Not acknowledged or even a look in our direction - we stood - we waited - nothing so we left. This isn’t the first time this has happened, this was 2nd time in a row that this location has people working who don’t acknowledge, greet or make an effort to say anything when walking in or trying to order. Super disappointed in this location since other locations in other cities have great customer service.

    Had the most wonderful experience here! I had never heard of this place a few days ago, but was recently handed a free meal voucher at a work conference. I decided to check the restaurant out and am so happy I did! I was greeted by the manager and was warmly welcomed in. The food prices looked decent and quantity was extremely satisfying! I ordered the steak bowl and can honestly say it was better quality and taste than the southwest grilles I've been to, even the big ones: Chiptole & Moes. When I went to check out, the friendly cashier even included chips, queso, and a drink with my free meal voucher! I asked her if they opened recently and she told me no but that they were under new management. In my opinion, the manager is doing everything right! Definitely will be back with friends & will make this my new southwest restaurant of choice!
