We
ordered
delivery
from
this
restaurant
about
a
week
ago
through
Door
Dash
and
I
have
to
say
it
was
an
excellent
first
impression.
So
I
decided
to
place
another
order
for
delivery
on
Father's
Day.
The
order
was
delivered
on
time,
however
when
I
started
unpacking
everything
unfortunately
80%
of
my
order
was
screwed
up.
Ingredients
were
mixed
between
three
of
the
burrito
bowls
I
ordered
resulting
in
all
three
being
made
wrong.
The
extra
cheese
I
paid
for
was
missing,
and
there
were
a
few
issues
with
the
nachos
as
well.
I
called
in
to
complain,
the
store
rep
offered
to
remake
my
entire
order
but
I
would
have
to
go
pick
it
up
-
adding
to
my
inconvenience!
I
was
told
it
would
take
30
minutes
before
they
could
get
started
on
my
order.
Then
after
confirming
I
would
drive
there
for
pick
up,
the
rep
just
hangs
up
on
me!
No
apology
--
nothing.
So
when
I
arrived
to
pick
up
my
order,
THE
STORE
WAS
EMPTY.
I
was
expecting
to
see
at
least
one
good
reason
as
to
why
it
would
take
30
mins
to
start
to
remake
my
order,
but
I
can
only
attest
it
wasn't
because
they
were
busy
with
customers.
OK
finally,
all
three
burritos
bowls
were
made
correctly
this
time.
I
even
had
the
extra
cheese
I
ordered,
but
the
nachos
were
not
there.
Apparently
one
employee
sent
them
with
another
delivery
order...
wow!
I
waited
for
my
nachos
to
be
remade
for
the
3rd
time.
Overall,
I
am
thoroughly
disappointed
with
the
lack
of
customer
service
and
for
the
inconvenience
of
having
to
pick
up
my
order
after
paying
for
a
delivery
(plus
TIP).
If
they
had
the
decency
to
show
a
hint
of
kindness
for
their
error,
maybe
it
would
have
prompted
a
slightly
better
review,
but
it
is
what
it
is.
Good
customer
service
shouldn't
be
that
difficult!!
Training
would
be
a
good
start.
