    My husband went here today and witnessed an employee being yelled at in front of everyone for being late. There was a water main break which caused traffic to be severely backed up. It took him 25 mins to get there when would normally take him 5. The manager was extremely rude to do this, especially in front of customers. My husband was extremely uncomfortable. The reason why I asked him to go physically is because every time I have ordered online they have disregarded my requests for heavy on the lettuce and veggies. The last time I ordered(last week) the bowl was probably half filled and there were four pieces(not an exaggeration I counted) of chicken in the entire bowl. I normally would not write a review over lettuce but I will not be returning to somewhere that treats their employees like garbage.. openly at that. I’ll make my own rice and chicken.

    Downgraded review based on my second experience - I guess the last shift folks are not so attentive as earlier shifts. Not coming in after 8pm again :-/ I don't often think of Chipotle to eat and I find the dining room a little spartan/industrial - but I have to admit the food is very very tasty. I opted for a rice bowl, brown rice and veggies to be a bit healthy, though the sour cream and chips probably canceled that out :-)

    Food was great. Portions were not disappointing and it’s great to eat fast food that’s pretty healthy! I got the chicken which is always good, and their asada(seasonal) was also great(a bit salty, but tasty). I miss the days when I could apply my own salsas but otherwise Chipotle is an amazing option. They warned me the hot salsa was hot, I did not head the warning, still delicious!🥵

    Store was empty and then got busy. Not enough eat put on bowl. Product was fresh. Rice was cooked a bit hard

    I typically order for pick up and my food is always ready so that I don't waste time on my lunch break. At this location you now have to give them your name and they will then give you your food.... seems like people were taking food orders that did not belong to them.

    Be careful when placing group orders and needing a refund for the order that was made. Placed a group order, order was almost $200. The restaurant didn't get the order but ibwas charged as I placed the order on their website. Today is Wednesday and I've not receive my refund or head from them. I've no choice but to file a fraudulent claim with credit card company.

    Foods fine, service is kind of ridiculous. Ordered through GrubHub due to an expiring credit. Got all the confirmations, got to the store and the lady at the register had no idea what I was talking about (Take out order, my name, GrubHub), didn't bother checking the bags, did nothing other than say "I can't help you." I contacted GrubHub who immediately tried to call them about four times, phone rang with no answer - to be fair, for one of the calls they had a couple customers but nothing for the rest. I again asked for some help, she denied it. I hit up some support chats and after twenty minutes decided I was done, went to grab a drink at the counter to leave and saw my bag sitting behind the counter with my name and a big GRUBHUB printed on it. Why I couldn't get 30 seconds of actual help on a twenty minute time span is beyond me. So normally I'd say it isn't their fault since a third party service was involved, but this was just completely ridiculous. I'm sure I sounded more irritated than I should have but this place is absurd at trying their best to do absolutely nothing.

    Brought my daughters here today. I wasn't aware that the food was so spicy. Bought three taco kids meals. No one even ate them! They also didn't come with lettuce or tomato or even cheese. Should've went to Taco Bell! Next Time! Manager was rude too. Felt so rushed trying to order.

    My husband and I love Chipotle. We are a little concerned about the sodium on the food and that is the only reason that we don't eat more often. If I could I would eat it every week, because the taste is amazing. Really recommend.

    I usually like this place. The two last orders (1 thru the app and today via Grubhub) have been a mess. Chicken is way too spicy, not enough rice… and the bowl is all messy) definitely disappointing to know a place serves great food and getting your food delivered and not enjoy it as much!

    Arrived around 10pm (They close at 11pm), and they didn't have several food items. They were already attacking chairs on tables. I think they aren't used to closing later now. The chips I received didn't have any lime or SALT.. nothing. The staff definitely already had a closing time mentality. Sadly, this is the better of 3 chipotles that I frequent here in JAX.

    Good food usually. Just have to ask for extra rice cause they take 1 serving spoonful & spread it around to try to look like more....it doesn't. Also need to make sure the lettuce is good & not turning. They should stick to the portion sizes on rice & meat they served when they 1st opened if they want to keep customers happy. For now they are still doing decent.

    The food is always terrific! The only complaint is if we order chicken and cheese tacos for our 7 year old, it would've been nice to get the chicken and cheese on the taco and not have to go back up and request the cheese just to have the guy behind the grill say we ordered wrong. Chicken and cheese tacos are pretty self explanatory I assumed.

    If I was doing the tik tok trend for ins and out of 2024 chipotle would be OUT. Every time I come in this location they are out of everything and the portion sizes suck. I don’t know why they stay open until 11 when they are out of everything by 9:30. With very little ingredients on the menu they should stay mostly stocked up. At least the employee at this location tells you what they are out of before they start making your order which is appreciated.

    I did an experiment since my online ordering has been such a nightmare The picture is the exact same order one online one inside The online order was half the bowl and didn’t have extra meat The order inside was made correctly I had stopped ordering online for a while cause it is always wrong Wanted to see if it had improved No it had not You can clearly see the size difference My question is Does chipotle tell the online food maker to screw the customers or do they just decide or do it on their own The food is always good and the people are always nice. It’s just the online person who sucks 😁

    I have never seen such pathetic effort put into something someone was expected to buy. I'm sorry but I tried very hard to be polite and appreciative, I felt like an inconvenience, we got one half size burrito and one that was literally just folded. I've never seen a chipotle employee leave himself so much room to work with and still soil it. Idk, I just think if I'm spending 30 bucks it'd be worth it. I just don't understand why nobody cares at all about what they do. The world is a sad place when even the burritos are bad. :(

    The crew working tonight we’re all great. I don’t usually leave reviews but he made sure to point out that we were “being taken care of by an exceptional team tonight” and he wasn’t lying. He was a tall younger kid with curly dark hair, it was in a pony. Awesome vibe from the entire staff though.

    My bowl was not filled, only about half actually had rice and meat. it was cold when i arrived and i was early. it’s ridiculous for the prices to keep rising and we are getting less product.

    Went to this location because the one closest to our house has horrible reviews. This one wasn’t any better. How does a burrito place run out of lettuce??? Poor management. My husband was giving me his order on the phone when one of the cooks in the back who I am assuming was the manager told the staff to skip me in the middle of my order. I apologized for the inconvenience of the phone and then as I was paying he told me that “people being on their cell phones doesn’t work well in our lines.” Thank you sir. I’m well aware. Poor hospitality. I’ll never go back because of the poor poor hospitality I was shown tonight. I’m a restaurant manager and would never make my guests feel as he did.

    I've tried and tried and TRIED over and over again to like this location but no matter what time of day you ordered from here it's ALWAYS cold and flavorless, chips are consistently stale and I always end up with big pieces of fat/grizzle in my steak. You either get way to much of one ingredient and not enough of the other. The staff is some what friendly but mostly care about just getting you through the line. 1 steak burrito bowl, chips and guac and a quesadilla for $50 online ordering only because of the quesadilla is HIGHWAY ROBBERY. Last night was my last attempt and never again!!

    Average nothing special. Salsa choices were too hot and spicy which over took the flavor of the food. Gave it two chances with an open mind and wanted to have a weekly go to place but food was not all that. Customer service was good not great, restaurant was clean, but just average, disappointing!

    The food has increased in price by just over 50% at this point, and yet portions are smaller than ever. It was dirty even though it was super slow, and most employees were standing in the kitchen talking while one poor kid was doing the whole make line AND being cashier. The cashier also after we were in the parking lot chased us down saying she forgot to charge us for our drink, which I get happens but like. You’re gonna chase me down to tell me you screwed up? No b. I’m keeping my 7$( yes 6.45$ for 2 small sodas) It was a really eye opening experience for what’s happening to fast food these days. Wont be going again. Used to be a very looked forward to weekly thing.

    The Mrs. loves Chipotle even though 20 minutes ago she told me her stomach hurt. Now she is snarfing down a fajita steak bowl! She did give me a bite and it was on par with all the other Chipotle items I've tried in the past. I don't know why but this lobby feels a bit smaller than normal but it was pretty clean so I'm not complaining.

    This was my first time visiting the San Jose location on a Friday night. From reading the reviews there seems to be a common theme of undercooked rice. I ordered a burrito bowl with brown rice and garlic steak. The rice was hard and ruined the bowl. The garlic steak was fatty and not chewable. I attempted to give this meal to someone else, and they couldn’t eat it either. I am asking for corporate to do better with the meat quality. This had nothing to do with the preparation of the meat. The taste was fine. I returned the next day with the burrito bowl and spoke to the management. I was pleased to report that the manager replaced my meal. Please don’t take criticism personally. The management was a bit defensive and condescending. When a customer makes a complaint, express empathy and build rapport. I appreciate the meal replacement, but I left feeling guilty for complaining. Never blame the customer. Just apologize and make improvements where necessary.

    I have been a fan for years even during their food poisoning stuff. Ordered a pickup and order was completely wrong. Talking to their AI Pepper is enough to make you want to communicate with your dog, who would understand you better. I have a soy allergy and no idea what meat was in this order. Called location no answer there and again it’s another AI situation that just spins you in circles. This AI is ruining our lives. Good riddance. I’m doing a credit card dispute next.

    I got to this chipotle at 9:30 with my friends after an amazing gym session ! We went inside to order only to find out that the food was be rationed like 1995 communist China. Wow, utter shock. We asked for bowls and when we were served we could see the bottom of the bowl with the amount of food they had put in. I went home and ate sleep for dinner. At least 4 other groups of people came here and left empty handed because the staff either forgot to make food, or didn’t want to entirely. The food was the worst quality we have had yet and we come here legitimately around 15 times a month. I overheard the workers talking about we sold 15 tubs of rice today. 😐 make more. The door says the close at 11:00 but there was nothing left at 9:30. Disheartening. Was expecting a great healthy meal from the chipotle we loved only to see it fall so far 😔. Praying that these issues get fixed.
