    BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!! I called and placed an order today and a woman answered the phone and was quite rude to me and I had to repeat myself that I didn't want vegetables in my chicken lo-mein I guess she was in a horrible mood because she was rude and snappy. (F.y.i. if you are having a bad day *DONOT* be in customer service and take out your bad day on people who are simply trying to order food) I was afraid she would spit in my food she was so rude I forgot to ask for extra soy sauce so I placed another call. A nice gentleman answered the phone and he was very polite and with no problem I ordered the soy sauce. After being told by the rude woman our food would be here in 40 minutes we received our food in one hour and 10 minutes. The delivery driver that brought the food was very nice I then took our food inside. When I opened the bag........ (they put your food in a brown paper bag and put a plastic bag on the outside) there was soup covering our boxes of food and all four soups were smashed the soup must have been very hot which I am not complaining about however the soup lids had melted and busted all inside of the bag. So my brother placed a call to them asking them to replace our soup or our entire order due to the fact that soup was all over everything fair enough????(You would think this would be an easy fix for long time customers who have never complained right?) The first guy on the phone basically did not believe anything we said and said that he had to speak to the driver before he could approve it and didn't believe what we were saying and hung up on my brother. So.... a second call was made and my brother was very upset at this point because these people did not want to believe us by this time my brother was very angry and we all felt that they should have to replace all of our food a second man got on the phone he was very nice and asked us to send a picture and agreed to replace our soups. It should not have taken two phone calls the first phone call was 14 mins and 36 seconds and the second was 10 mins 47 seconds. I mean come on guys we have been ordering food from you forever almost one time a week. Finally long story short a very nice guy brought our soups he should be promoted to a manager because he has great customer service and was in shock to see that the soup had melted the lids he was very respectful and told us he apologized. I attached even a screen shot of our call logs for you to see how horrible all of this was all for lunch? I honestly feel that they owe us a lunch after all of that but all they offered after all of this was a discount on our next meal I hope it was worth losing a life long customer. To the rude woman and 1st guy on the phone get a grip I do not appreciate how you treated us.

    Somewhat above-average Chinese takeout and delivery joint. Parking is convenient. Regular lineup of cars in front of the store in the fire lane is a hazard and they should be ticketed, could be delivery drivers (?). Food is hot and very good. Staff generally polite.

    We ordered fried wingettes and shrimp fried rice. This is a carry out small eat-in type of place. The wingettes were really good. The fried rice was just ok. The fried rice needed egg, more onions, green onions, bean sprouts, garlic, more shrimp, minus the peas, and carrots. There are some tables inside if you want to eat in. The men's bathroom was ok and stocked. It needs to be updated.

    If you don’t want a bad take out experience I would just keep scrolling. I don’t normally write reviews but I had to after this experience. Worst experience I have ever had at a Chinese take out restaurant. We are a returning customer and the past two times we have called, the women who takes the orders has the biggest attitude and is very very rude most of the times we order. If they want to keep business around I would suggest hiring a new employee with a better attitude. I’m not even joking when I say “every time”. We had the wrong food sent out through delivery and wanted a redelivery of the food. In our order one item was wrong and both were cold. I asked for a redelivery of both items because when we order lunch we expect it to be hot and we don’t expect to have to heat up one item because we have to wait for the other item to arrive an hour later. It’s not like they were loosing a lot of money the order was 25$. We would have liked to eat the meal hot together as a family. She says “uhh well I don’t know if they are even going to do that!” She literally was appalled that I asked for them to fix their mistake. Then she says “well we need all the food back that was ordered if we send you out a new order”. I will never order again.

    There needs to be transparency in the total price of delivery. This is 3rd time that I have been charged more than my total upon confirmation. It’s unfortunate because the intended tip for the driver is reduced. As far as the food, its just average and their in person customer service is bad. Thanks.

    2nd visit to Sun Sun today. 1st visit was great: order taking, reception, food (lg hot and sour soup and veg fried rice), price. So went it for 2nd visit which not so great: order taking was rushed, I asked if they have Szechuan chicken and asked if it was spicy (which that’s what Szechuan is but new place so made sure), was told yes and so I ordered it and a sm hot and sour soup). Soup was good but chicken was sweet, I’ve never eaten Szechuan style sweet and like this. Disappointed.

    Food is absolutely delicious. Eggrolls are wrapped there you can tell they were not frozen. Fresh, food arrives fast, prices reasonable, and you get a healthy portion. Ordering online is easy. I like to have a good Chinese restaurant around and we have not since our go to closed. Will easily drive from town out to the airport to eat here.

    What the menu prices say and what they charge are NOT the same. What was supposed to be $24.00 for lunch, and that’s pricey, got Brandoned to $34.00 due to price change, was told the prices were increased but the menu on the website wasn’t changed. When asked about the difference was informed that “she” just works there, and isn’t up to her to do anything about it. So here’s what I am going to do. I am going to set up a protest and picket the front of the place, see what happens Picket on 4/26/2023

    I have ordered from SunSun for years. Lately it has not been good. The service is horrible, the food is not as good as it used to be and they seem to pick and choose what orders they receive online. I placed an order online received the email confirmation, called an hour later to see where my food was and they said we never received your order but if you want to place one now we can take it. So I ask how long it will take to be delivered.. over an hour…. And they were rude about it

    This place always hits the spot if im craving American Chinese food 94% of the time, food is on point. Sometimes, i don't get all the sauces after putting a big order or something isn't crispy enough, but over all, I've been ordering delivery for years

    $45 for some literal trash. Honey chicken is nothing but sweet and sour chicken with hardly any sauce on it chicken was over cooked, low main noodles the vegetables were still raw, egg rolls tasted bad. All went in the trash!!!

    I HAD TO CALL POISON CONTROL TO SEE WHY THIS FOOD MADE ME AND MY HUSBAND SICK, WE HAVE NO ALLERGIES AND FOUND OUT THAT THE COOK WAS USING THE WRONG SEASONINGS FROM A PERSONAL PREFERENCE HE WAS USING AGAINST THE OWNERS MENU. THIS PLACE USED TO BE GOOD BACK IN 2013 BUT IS NOW A ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN IN 2023 AND IN THE FUTURE. ROACHES WERE IN THE BATHROOM AND WHEN I TOLD THEM, THEY JUST SAID OK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED DO NOT EAT HERE.

    Places an online order at 3:50pm to pick up at 5:45. Paid 30 dollars. Get there and the act like they have no idea what I'm talking about. I showed them the screenshot of the order and payment and they still denied having my order and tried to charge me again. I wouldn't recommend this place especially if you try to order online. Now I'm out the money and the food and I have screenshots if anyone wants to see

    Ordered 2 separate orders of Mushu, came with no rice and soggy egg rolls. I paid $50 and all that is edible is the cram cheese rangoons.

    Don't bother ordering from them, you'll get half your order, sure, they say they'll send the rest out, but they won't. Third time being ripped off for over $20, terrible service. fun fact, their "quart" package, is only 26 ounces.

    Great location. My parents freaked out when they didn't see a few items I ordered in bag....tthey went back and got replacement meals..... turns out they did include all items the first time. I don't know if I put it on the oven and none saw it, or if they took it out the bag and missed it. Sorry guys. Very well made meal in april. 2023

    They should get 0 stars.. I ordered from them and they charged my card but never delivered my food... terrible business.. Absolutely would never recommend any to eat or order out from here because they will charge you BUTyou may not get your food...

    Be careful here, have been a customer for a long time and I don’t know if I’ll continue. They double charged me and then want to act like they don’t know what happened when they have all the proof from not only my end but also their own. The fact that their employees were rude when they were in the wrong is ridiculous. Called my bank to dispute their charge which also proves that I was double charged. Customer service is horrible. 👎🏽👎🏽

    Jon luka at the front desk always has the biggest smile and best customer service. The food is a 9/10 but Jon Lukas good attitude and customer service makes this place a 10.

    It is 11pm. The delivery I ordered at 9:25pm and was told it would be delivered in 45 minutes (or sooner since they close at 10) is still not here. Unable to reach anyone since the store is closed. No missed calls, nothing. Noone driving around lost in the neighborhood.

    First time there, order sweet and sour chicken combo. The chicken was under cooked and doughy not crispy. Fried rice and egg roll were cold and not fresh. It seems they may have been microwaved to heat and not actually cooked considering I waited no more than 10 minutes.

    I ordered a shrimp lo mein, It was burnt chunks of something in my dish. I called them to let them know what happened, they delivered me another one and it had a long piece of black hair in it.
