Quaint coffee/tea shop shop with amazing food option. The food is prepared fresh so expect a little wait on your order. They have vegan, dairy free and gluten free options as well. I had the Boss breakfast sandwich and the potato cakes. The onion jam on the sandwich is soooo good. The service is friendly. I'll definitely return. Parking can be a pain, otherwise all is well.

Outstanding vegan options! The almond milk cappuccino was perfect with a nice foam--very impressive. I ordered the black bean flatbread and it was seasoned to perfection, crunchy with a delicious homemade cheese drizzled on top. It was satisfying. I paid around $15 for both which isn't the cheapest thing in the world, but not too bad considering how specialty the options are. I would take the trip to go again and try another vegan item. It's also a great spot to chill, bring kids and have them enjoy themselves at the kiddie table with a library and toys. Bring your computer to get work done, or sit outside and chat till you're ready for another round of caffeine.

I really wish I lived around this area for this place! One of the best coffee houses I have been in!!! Everything from the service, atmosphere, and coffee/food, AMAZING! I stopped in for a bagel & coffee, and honestly, didn't want to leave because I wanted to try more items :) I ordered a Sesame Bagel with Onion & Chive Cream Cheese and a 16 oz Flat White with Vanilla. The bagel needed to be made (no problem there) and took about 15 min. The bagel was perfect :) Coffee prices are comparable to a Starbucks, but this place is a MUST try. Bonus, they have a drive-thru! If I'm ever in the area again, I will be back!!!

If you're looking for some amazing tea, coffee, matcha, or fruit flavored drinks do yourself a favor and stop by! They also have a wonderful menu filled with so many various foods including mouthwatering, beautiful donuts, cakes/pies, and other sweets! 🧁 They have bagels, waffle boats and other breakfast items as well as lunch sandwiches 🥪 and a variety of pita bread with toppings. There's seriously something here for everyone. I've tried the waffle boat, sweet matcha, turkey taster, Oreo donut, and strawberry lemonade. Everything was so good. The turkey taster was really unique: it had slices of green apple 🍏 and jam with turkey-delicious! The sweet matcha 🍵 is definitely a favorite of mine, I prefer it cold. But everything I've tried so far has been really good. You can't go wrong. Absolutely one of my favorite places to stop by! Update: been back and got the bird, bacon and egg waffle float and triple chocolate donut and a sprinkled donut. All great!

When your in the Orange Park area and need a spot to pick up some great breakfast with healthy options, great vibe, amazing coffee this is your place. Serving sizes are good for the food. Staff is friendly and helpful. I’ll be back several times during my stay. They also have a several burger options for an afternoon bite.

What a great discovery. Open on a Monday. This place has such a great vibe and selection. Both indoor and outdoor seating available. The only downside might be limited marketing due to its popularity. Definitely worth checking out and getting something. We’re here for the Bagels

Staff: Very friendly Food: - Smoked salmon asiago bagel.... I really liked the amount of cream cheese and salmon. Some places overdo it but this was perfect. It also had a low price. - Cucumber salad: It was tomato, cucumber, feta, red onion and some AMAZING sauce on it that I couldn't identify. Maybe it was a mix of honey and balsamic? This salad was soooooo good!!! Atmosphere: I loved sitting on the patio in the cooler morning. It's fully shaded. Definitely adding this to my favorite places.

What else can I say about this place. Food is good point blank. I wish I had more chips but other than that the food is always good. I had the PB&J burger. It was cooked amazingly. My wife had the breakfast flatbread, it was good but probably needed some kind of sauce on the side. It was good just need something else with it

Coffee, hot breakfast, and the most delicious apple pie donut, I’m obsessed! The atmosphere feels laid back and cozy. I love the variety of seating.

Staff was doing there best but this place is very busy. This is my 3rd time coming in here. The other times were frustrating so after about a year I forgot how much of a hassle it is. So once again, people that ordered ahead, people waiting, people trying to order all scattered with no clear line or location to place an order. Staff were great but once again the customers are rude and inconsiderate and then go back to taking up large areas of table to be on their computers etc. Just wanted to get some breakfast and once again after waiting quite a while then finally getting a small sandwich for 7 bucks I am out and not returning. Complaint here is the other customers. Urban Bean put up a clear sign that says ORDER HERE and there will be no question who is in line to order. Please.

I love this place. They have great breakfast food including sandwiches and flatbreads. They also have a wonderful variety of teas, coffees, and lattes. My favorite tea is the London Fog and the Chai. The donuts are tasty!

Love the breakfast I always get, but.... an item was missing from my sandwich. I like to heat my sandwich up when I get home, and it is extra amazing. Unfortunately, this time, something was missing. I can not speak to a manager about such an item missing as the mailbox is full. I was getting breakfast every day from this spot. I may see you all in a year or two due to this mishap. Quality assurance is down. This should not have happened. I am disappointed as this was becoming my favorite spot.

We had brunch here. Really enjoyed every moment here. Coffee tastes good and bold. Sandwiches here are also really yummy. I had the ham and apple sandwich, my boyfriend had the pulled pork sandwich. The store has a large patio space for outdoor dining.

I just love this place and it’s staff!! They’re always so nice! Vanilla Latte is my drink of choice, and I have yet to taste something on the menu I didn’t like. The bagels are amazing, the waffle boats are delicious, both the blt and the chicken salad on a jumbo croissant will make you happy dance in your seat…and these are just a few of my most favorite, but I’m still eating my way through the menu ;)

Very cute coffee shop. I got the waffle boat with strawberries and cream and added banana. It was amazing!! I have a pretty small stomach, so if I was anyone else this wouldn’t be enough to fill you up.

Went for a simple bagel and coffee. Fresh toasted bagels. Variety of spreads. Robust, fresh brewed hot coffee. Cozy, relaxing atmosphere. Plenty of indoor or outdoor seating. Excellent service. Everyone friendly.

I left a review a while back that wasn’t 5 stars due to the chicken on the salad I ordered being bland. So today I ordered the Big BLT Club. It’s super flavorful and a hefty portion. The turkey and pesto aioli were super yummy! Definitely a two meal sandwich.

Although the breakfast sandwich was decent, the coffee was truly awful at this cool spot. We are devoted coffee drinkers who are constantly looking for new, charming places. This establishment has potential, but my vanilla iced latte tasted like it looked, dirt water and ice, so I assumed the barista was having a bad day. Maybe next time will have better success

It is very urban and industrial. The outside seating would have been nice had it been warmer. I saw dogs. The coffee was delicious. I enjoyed the Christmas decorations 🎄

The food here is always very good. The donuts are amazing (especially the pumpkin ones). One of my favorite things that I purchased the last time we went was the fruity pot. It has raw honey in it and fresh fruit. Very delicious. The service is always friendly as well.

Pumpkin latte was good…. Thats about it. The food portions were very small. I ordered the strawberries and cream waffle thinking I would be getting two normal size waffles and it was a single tiny rectangle. It was tasty but I left hungry. I also ordered the veggie omelette and again, small portion. Tasted more like bland scrambled eggs than an omelette. This place is more of a coffee shop with some food if youre starving but dont come here expecting a good breakfast joint. Good ambiance forsure. I would only come again for the coffee. I also ordered a smoothie that tasted like cherry cough syrup. The downtown sandwich however was delicious.
