There
are
not
many
"healthy"
food
choices
in
St.
Augustine,
but
this
one
comes
close.
They
don't
say
organic
so
I
presume
the
ingredients
are
conventional.
All
Good
with
that,
because
the
veggies
are
fresh
and
tasty.
I
ate
here
twice,
which
means
I
liked
it,
and
I
wanted
to
like
it
even
more
.
.
.
But
the
salt!
The
first
time
I
didn't
realize
it,
but
a
couple
hours
later
I
was
super
thirsty.
I
wasn't
sure
if
it
was
the
tuna,
because
some
tunas
have
high
sodium,
or
the
nutritional
yeast
dressing
which
is
delicious!
But
the
second
time,
I
had
the
same
thing
and
realized
it
was
everything,
the
tuna,
the
nutritional
yeast
dressing,
and
the
chips.
Sodium
over
load.
The
clincher
was
that
we
ordered
the
guacamole
and
it
was
so
salty
we
couldn't
eat
it
after
the
initial
try.
When
I
told
the
cashier
she
said
nobody
had
mentioned
it
before,
but
that
she
would
tell
the
cook.
Although
she
saw
the
container
full
because
she
asked
if
I
wanted
a
cover
she
didn't
offer
a
refund,
and
I
didn't
want
to
get
into
it
over
a
few
dollars.
The
wrap
itself
was
Good!
The
only
thing
is
they
only
had
a
white
wrap.
No
whole
wheat,
spinach,
or
anything
else,
and
those
are
pretty
common.
They
have
a
fairly
decent
selection
of
"healthy"
drinks,
but
they
also
have
a
soda
fountain.
Not
sure
how
that
goes
with
a
"healthy"
concept,
but
it
made
me
wonder
whether
they
are
really
committed
to
healthy.
I
would
go
back
again,
but
I
would
watch
out
for
the
salt!
