I’ve been coming here for years and never had an issue, until recently. Over the last 6 months each visit has gotten worse and worse. I haven’t gotten the correct order 6 of the last 7 times that I’ve ordered online. Tonight we ordered two milkshakes at 7:19PM and waited 30 minutes before we went up to ask about it. 10 minutes went by and we received them, and as the picture shows, they were only half full. I don’t know what has happened over the last few months, but quality of service and food have gone down.

Nice little stop for lunch. Located in a cute strip for shopping. Very Friendly staff! Fair prices. Clean. Asian salad was disappointing. Bland, little to no dressing, watered down. I wish it had those little Asian crunchies you get with duck sauce over the top ramen noodles, which were a horrible addition to the salad. The walnuts that were put in there were not very good either. The burger and onion rings were great!

The Loop is one of my favorite places for burgers and oreo shakes. They are among the best. The bacon cheddar burgers are awesome, I like that you can put the condiments in it as you like it, and they always cook the meat to the right temperature. Lots of people like the pizzas but I think you can find better and less expensive pizzas almost everywhere; the amount of the topping is too little and to be honest, not the best flavor. Customer service is the best, and I like how they give you the extra in the blender cup of the oreo shakes. I will go back to try more things

Food is almost gourmet but counter service keeps prices reasonable. House-made Bleu cheese chips are beyond ridiculous and the pizza options are incredible. My salmon sandwich was perfect also. Will be back many times.

It's order at the counter and take to your table or to go. The food was good the wife and I both had 🍕. I'm not sure why their POS system has the tip option since this is set up like a fast food restaurant.

The food is always great. The onion rings are the best around. The warm bleu cheese chips are the best, too. I had a missing item when my order came up and they fixed it immediately. Quick, great service and worth any wait. I got a mushroom and swiss chicken sandwich with some of the toppings removed (mushrooms were missing but they fixed it).

We were greeted by workers as soon as we walked in. You order your food at the counter and then sit. They had a wide variety of burgers, pizza, sandwiches and salads. The workers were all friendly and the food was good.

Walked in to try something new and so glad I did. The salad was huge and was only $9.99. Fresh ingredients and delicious dressing. I got the goat cheese salad and it was a huge portion and the candied walnuts were slightly dusted with garlic and just fabulous. Service was quick. Line moved nice and my salad was ready by the time I found my table. Will definitely return. Love it

Loyal out of town visitor! The staff is always friendly, warm, and accommodating! Very food allergy friendly! The food is fresh, quality, wonderfully portioned, and lots of variety to meet many cravings! Atmosphere is clean and modern. Highly recommend as a lovely hidden gem for healthy meal options!

Omg this was our second time going here and I must say that they do not disappoint. I forgot to take the pics at first but before it was all gone I got a few. I will be back

If you are gluten-sensitive the Pinsa pizza is AMAZING. A must-try before you die. Unfortunately, it’s not gluten-free (although there is a gluten-free crust option we haven’t tried), the Pinsa does have significantly reduced gluten. It’s fabulously light and fluffy. The sauce was tangy & the cheese fresh. Can’t recommend enough! We will be back for sure.

This is just lettuce and, croutons 😪. The employee who made this side salad should be fired; (Employee making inadequate food gave The Loop a bad reputation) . I am very disappointed.. They weren’t busy 10/21/23 (night shift)/ this was intentional, I will not be back & do not recommend.

Although you will pay some extra dollars here than at other burger places, it is worth it! These burgers are made with great quality ingredients, and you can taste it. My mushrooms, onions, and swiss cheese burger was done exactly right. I hit the spot, fresh steak fries, and a bowl of tomato bisque soup. Yummy! Excellent food, and the service was friendly and fast. Gets busy at noon during the week.

The Loop in San Marco has THE BEST portabella bacon pizza of any place I've ever eaten. Hands down. Everything from the toppings which were plentiful, to the crust which was baked just right. Tasty!

I've been a regular customer for years. I'm mostly impressed with the consistent quality of the food and now I consider The Loop a good value. I do believe they have the best juiciest burgers and the Asian Chicken wrap is my favorite- wonderful tasting dressing on it and I often have it without the chicken to have more greens. When I'm being self indulgent, I order a milkshake. They are absolutely delicious. Im happy to give a five star review.

What an amazing new place we found. We always go for a walk in the area and wanted to try this place. Once inside the color scheme and ambiance is so much fun. The staff was absolutely attentive and laughing and smiling it was great. There are two floors and we opted to go sit outside on the second level and it was breathtaking. I got the blueberry lemonade with vodka and it was so awesome. We got the crab hush puppies and the gator bites and they were fabulous and a lot of food. We will definitely be coming back and we will bring friends also. They do offer a military discount so that was a plus.

Great customer service! The Loop burger was good, homemade good! Onion rings were so very good, the seasoning was just right. I've only had onion rings this good at one other restaurant. The shakes were super good too! Everyone at my table enjoyed their good. Oh yeah, the cajun Salmon... GET IT!!■

Food was decent but just a soup and salad. However, biggest complaint was that it was dirty. Bathrooms need a deep clean, napkin holders wipe down, and general overall deep clean. Service good though and pretty.

We enjoyed our experience so much here that we came back a second time within a week. The food was well-prepared and the staff were friendly and accommodating. We will be back again soon.

If you haven't been to this place... go! Everything is great, it isn't bad w prices either. I mean, even the broccoli was fantastic. How many places can you say that about? It was clean, staff was friendly. The only difficult part was finding parking as it is in a very busy, small area with tons of shops and lots of people. The restaurant itself had a lot of people in their, yet didn't feel crowded. I highly recommend this place. Even the kids cheese pizza was made with fresh cheese. Something for everyone here.

Positive atmosphere and homey feeling with excellent food and great customer service! Everything was super fresh on the pizza and the tomato bisque was TO DIE FOR! Sooooo good. I’ve loved this place since I was about 8 years old and will continue to come back as long as it’s around.

As a native jacksonvilleian, this is a comfort food for me. One of the best burgers in town always reliable and although I don't need them anymore, I cannot resist the steak fries. They are my favorite.

Excellent service Anna was helpful, she offered to get refills for us. Food was delicious always great to eat at a locally owned restaurant with yummy 😋 😊 food and clean. The burgers cooked to order and off cause you just have to get a milk shake with that.
