We ordered The Edge pizza, but most of the toppings were in the middle of the pizza. Had them remake it and it looked worse than the first one, hardly any sauce and not the extra cheese we paid for. Had them to just give us a refund. Unfortunately we wasted 45 minutes to an hour and still didn't get what we wanted. This store continues to go downhill. Maybe they should just close down because they obviously don't care about their customers.

Do not eat at this restaurant they leave the Alfredo sauce out over 4 hours just to prep pasta dish. No one barely uses gloves. Food sits out for hours before being put back in the refrigerator. The head Manager Clayton don’t think women are capable of doing the same things men can do. On Top of that I’m also black which I was the only black female on the morning shift. I had a employee tell me over and over how some who works there is basically Racist why this kept coming up in our conversation I have no idea. I call a guy that was over management he told me he was going to handle it. He way of handling it was transferring me. How does that stop the problem? Someone else is gonna go through the same thing. This location can not hold on to employees unless you are friends with the manager Clayton. If I could give this store an 0 rating, I would!!!! The lady driver thats on cruches is very rude and would not deliver to the correct apt building. Now let's get on the manager name Jayson!!!! When I call the store to make an complaint about the driver and asked for his name which didn't, he hung up in my face!!! I have spent over $40.00 on every order and they have been RUDE EVERYTIME!!!! PAPA JOHNS HAS MY BUSINESS FOR NOW ON!!! THIS STORE NEED AN WHOLE NEW CREW!!

I come here a lot, usually ordering at least one pizza a week here. Unfortunately, my last two pizzas were WAY too greasy, I figured the first one (stuffed crust pep pizza) being greasy was a fluke and bought another pizza (new york style pep pizza) a few days after, but the new york was worst, the pizza was wet with oil. I ended up throwing out half the pizza (only ate the first half because I bought the pizza to get me through a 12 hour shift and was the only food I had with me). Please fix this pizza hut, I love this location but cant keep buying overly greasy pizza 😭 (That bright yellow you see in the photo isnt the cheese, it's oil, pizza was soaked through with oil, if you pay attention closer to the crust, you'll see the color the pizza SHOULD be. If you look at the photo, you'll also see a puddle of oil oozing from the pizza.) Please let me know when ya'll fix whatever is causing the oilyness in the pizzas and I'll gladly change the review :)

This was THE absolute WORST Pizza Hut experience I've ever had. Arrived at my door literally in 30 mins from time I even placed the order which didn't make sense because it should've taken least 5-10 mins just to prepare what I ordered. Its was VERY apparent it was reheated vs being made fresh. Crust was chewy with old flavor. Toppings were few on a " meat lovers with 2 extras added" and the toppings themselves were NOT fresh, tasted old. I wouldve rather it taken the usual 45-50 mins for a fresh made pizza. TERRIBLE!!!

The store we ordered from refused to delivery to us even though we've ordered from them before not the first time either one year ago we had to argue with them about being in there delivery area!! The manager doesn't even know how to run a restaurant we spent about 50.00 plus every order so they lost a chunk of change love the barbeque pizza but no longer worth the hassle of arguing with idiots

I am visiting the area to attend a football game and we wanted a late dinner. Our pizza and wings were delivered timely, but without ranch, crush peppers, and parmesean cheese. I called back to talk to someone about it and I was told it's been this way for years; unfortunately I've only been here for 1 day and don't know what has been done for years in an area I don't live in. The ranch, peppers, and cheese was not offered to us to determine if we wanted to pay extra or not. The person I was on the phone with hung up and didn't answer the phone when I called back. Poor customer service!!

Be careful using there online app. If your hand hovers over options it will select things you're not aware of. Manager did not help correct the issue sufficiently. Common sense is no longer common.

Most Definitely one of the better pizzas I've had since living here in Duval fir 6yrs. Thank you Pizza Hut for making our pizza to perfection 🥰

Updating this review because I order a pizza yesterday and it had hair on, so I order food from another restaurant. And decided that now I have calmed down I can talk to the manger about what happened. But honestly I should have called yesterday and gave hell because the manager is like its nothing we can do about I still have the pizza in my fridge to show proof and he's like sorry can't help you. Drivers should wear mask, and not have smoke odor on them, they should also great the customer before asking are you giving me a tip. This was rudest, and unhealthy encounter I ever had from pizza hut.

The whole pizza barely has cheese and I asked for extra Italian sausage

I made an order online, two pizza, one with chicken and the other with extra pepperoni with a side of mozzarella and chicken wings. Well first, the delivered the pizza and forgot about the wings and mozzarella. I called them and told them. When I check the pizza, chicken was okay but pepperoni was supposed to have extra pepperoni on it but only had 2 pieces of pepperoni per sliced. I called one more time and told them about the pizza and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. I explained to them that I pay for it, if they can fix it or do something about the money I pay for it and they keep saying the can’t do nothing. I proceeded to ask for the manager, they told me he was busy and put me on hold. After a long wait they just hang up the phone. It’s really disappointed that besides everything was messed up, they charge me for stuff that wasn’t provided it and hang up on my face waiting for the manager (James). I couldn’t enjoy the food and spent unnecessary money for it.

I stopped going to pizza hut in the past because there was never enough cheese on the pizza and the toppings and sauce didn't taste right to me . So I decided to give it a try again and wow! What a difference in the taste and the way the pizza looked. It actually looked like the pizza on their commercials. Very satisfied with the changes they've made with the pizza and I'm a customer once again

A very clean and friendly place. They are helpful in any way they can. If I'm by myself I have to use a walker. The manager always gets the door for me. Once he even help me to my car. Not to mention the food is very good and hot when you get it 😋. Very satisfied customer

Ordered the dinner box. Definitely do not recommend. It barely had any cheese on the pizza. I literally had to come home and add cheese and cook it again. The pictures show the difference. Also had to add cinnamon on the cinnamon sticks. Complete waste of money smh

Pizza Hut usually screws up every time but this one on Atlantic was really good and the customer service was good compared to the location on Merrill rd (please do not go there) I got a large meat lovers pizza and mild buffalo wings. I asked them to fry them hard and it was done.

Every single time I order from this location, my order is always correct and ready when they say it will be. The staff is always very nice and professional and the store is always clean.

Excellent delivery driver- super friendly and you could tell he took pride in delivering the pizza, which was also excellent! One of the best pizzas I have ever had!! 5 stars for both!! The world needs more people like this delivery driver.

No Pepperoni!?!? Whoever makes the food should go back to learning basics..

We usually get pizza from thus location but decided to get the pastas instead. They were delicious and very satisfying. We will definitely get these again. Portions were great for the price.

The pizza is so honestly delectable, even the crust is good (even when re-heated in my personal opinion)

Ordered from this location tonight and I was highly disappointed in my pizza. I ordered a Supreme pizza and there was barely any vegetables on it. And also my boyfriend called and when they finally answered the phone he responded to them and the girl hung up on him. At that point I should have just said heck with it and went somewhere else, but I called back and made an order. But as I said I was highly disappointed.

I ordered a plain cheese pizza with extra marinara sauce and some fresh sliced or chopped whatever tomatoes what I got was a burnt cheese pizza with tomatoes on top yes but it wasn't the gooey cheesy pizza I wanted I don't want burnt cheese I don't want Brown cheese on top of my pizza and these people just can't seem to get it and it's not just Pizza Hut Domino's does it too.

First of all, I'd like to mention the one employee working front and back by her dang self! I was waiting on the lobby (along with 8 others) for 20 min to pickup an online, already paid for order. S several others were there to pickup also. There was only 1 lady working and while she was hustling, that only goes so far. A driver was helping her but rude as hell. Shame on the franchise I owner, making pizza hut lose alot of business and making them look awful. Everyone in the lobby was so frustrated bc most were just PICKING UP 😂

2 times in a row they messed up my order and refused to fix it.. Friday Dec 30th they sent a pan pizza backyard BBQ chicken pizza instead of thin crust. When confronted they actually said "sorry" and hung the phone up. Sunday Jan 1 they forgot marinara sauce and again said sorry a delivery driver won't bring that. When I asked about my pizza Friday they didn't care. This is ridiculous and the Franchise Operator must contact me to make this right. I left my number with your employee..

I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Pizza got here NO PEPPERONI. I called the store spoke with a nice guy he said they will remake it and deliver in 25 mins. I called back to see if I could add a garlic cup and I pay cash. The guy said we are not remaking your order unless you pay. Your pizza has pepperoni. I said sir no it doesn’t. He disputed me that it did. He proceeded to sit the phone down and not come back to the phone. I called back and they hung up on me. Called back and asked to speak to a manager Caleb/Clayton something like that hung up on me again. I called a few times and they would just sit the phone down. This was the worse I experience I have ever had with any establishment that I have purchased from. This is unacceptable and their employees need a training in customer service.! Below you will find a picture of the pizza that has the alleged pepperoni on. Needles to say I will be at the store in the morning speaking with the GM.
