It’s all about the bread baby! Fried pickles were delicious as well. Blake was our server and one of the best servers I’ve had in years. Funny, kind and very attentive. I would go back just for him to be my waiter.

This is a good place to go for a quick meal. Friendly staff and fast service. On this trip my wife ordered the chicken critters salad and I ordered the chicken critters with fries and a sweet potato. Overall pretty good chicken tenders. I was a little disappointed with the steak fries, they tasted stale, but normally they are good so I was likely just given a bad batch, no big deal. My favorite part of the meal was the warm bread and Cinnamon butter :) Worth a try.

To say my experience at the Texas Roadhouse by the Town Center in Jacksonville, Florida was superb, doesn't do it enough justice! Justice! From the moment I walked in, until the moment I left ... every detail I look for in a restaurant was present in spades. The restaurant was immaculately clean, the restrooms were immaculately clean, silverware and plates cups all immaculately clean! The music was playing - not too loud - conversely not too quiet, It was crowded, but you didn't feel cramped or sardined in, there was a hustle about all the employees as they went about their jobs. However anytime you made eye contact with one of them, they would smile or nod to acknowledge that you have been seen and that you matter in this Texas Roadhouse! I walked in and was seated in a booth within 4 minutes, with a warm basket of rolls with two cinnamon butters! The roles topped with their cinnamon butter are the perfect way to begin dinner. The salad was crisp and delicious with lots of deep green! I ordered a loaded sweet potato and would it came. It was beautiful visually, but even more delicious than it looked! The marshmallows were cooked to perfection on the top so they weren't burned. Just a little hint of a burn on the view on the top and the rest as you bit into a bite. Just exploded a marshmallow flavor on top of a warm perfectly tenderly cooked sweet potato! However, none of this even touches the perfection of the blue rare 8 oz. Dallas filet! It is rare that a restaurant can actually cook a blue rare steak perfectly... Hats off to the grilled tea at Texas. Roadhouse by the Town Center because they aced the blue rare! If you go, I would ask for Arturo! He Is incredibly knowledgeable about everything that is on both the food and drink menu... which is a wonderful attribute! However, his charisma and ability to make you feel as if you really matter, coupled with his desire to make sure your meal is delicious and EXACTLY how you want creates a positive experience that makes you want to come back... He actually makes you want to make this a weekly destination... This IS his superpower! Best waiter I've had in years!

We came here on a Saturday evening and it was a bit busy. The wait was 45 minutes and afterwards we were seated quickly. The first things ordered were drinks and an appetizer. We got bread rolls and the blooming onion. I did not particularly like either, the onion was very oily and I don’t like the sweetness of their bread rolls. Then we ordered our meals, I had the barbecue chicken, and others got sirloin steaks with various sides. I really enjoyed the chicken and the sirloin was well cooked and flavorful. While eating our waitress checked in multiple times and was friendly. I would probably come back again and it was a good experience overall.

We always enjoy coming here. Food is always good and service is great. The dinner rolls are always delicious. Definitely recommend stopping by.

It's been a long time that we've been to one. Glad we went. Mrs loved the cinnamon butter. We had the shrimp appetizer and a bowl of chili. I had a thick NY Strip. She had some more shrimp. The corn was good and the steak was delicious. The Mrs enjoyed her shrimps. Service was great. Lots of communication and only had to wait for 10 minutes for our table.

This place was packed last night, yet they were still able to get to us in a timely manner. We were added to the wait list but decided to sit at the 2 available seats at the bar. I love how they write your name on the bar in front of where you are sitting. I feel it helps with the personalization of each guest. Drinks were good, the food was good and the bar tenders did a great job with their service of us. The manager brought our salads and talked to us to see if we were doing well. Will be going back.

For a chain restaurant, they actually do a really good job. Even if they mess up your meal, the cinnamon butter buns are well worth it. But food is always good, side salad are always fresh, service is great, and the kids enjoy the menu.

Presentation is everything. When a meal, that I pay for, is served to me like this. It tells me that not only is the kitchen improperly maintained, it also reduces the quality and value of the meal. This order of beef tips looks like chow hall slop. Servers were switched out with us, mid-meal. Who are we supposed to tip?? We must have been eating during a shift change. Not a very pleasant experience for me. The food tasted okay. Probably would have tasted better if more care was shown. The service was very bland as we waited long periods of time just to have drinks replenished. Probably won’t be returning as it costs too much money to be disappointed. Who wants to pay for disappointment???

Recently went back for a friends birthday dinner and had a blast. Great drinks and some of the best fillet in town! When ever I’m craving a steak it’s my go to choice. The blue drink was so good, I don’t remember the name but it’s on the cover of the drink menu. Just don’t get full off of the rolls! They are to die for. You won’t regret having your next family dinner at Texas Roadhouse.

Great place for a nice dinner in a friendly atmosphere! Very friendly and responsive employees make you feel welcomed and comfortable. The food was properly cooked and tasty. We ordered ribeye and sirloin steakes with shrimps and sides.

Was definitely the best Texas roadhouse we have ever been to had an amazing dinner with the family our food was top notch and the service was far beyond average everything was better than perfection great job by all of the crew to make it a very memorable and meaningful visit thank you all

I was very pleased with our waiter and though they were very busy with the rush hour dinner crowd the food and services was fast. Our guy was friendly and efficient. I added a couple photos of my favorite salad and drink. I enjoyed the atmosphere and several different occasions that other patrons were celebrating. 1 wedding anniversary of 26 years and several birthdays. Being able to join in and Clap and participate in the staff acknowledgement was fun and exciting. 1 of my favorite restaurants to go wherever I travel or if I'm at home. The best house salad. Definitely recommend!

Friendly staff, hot and tasty food. Autumn was an amazing waitress and answered all of the many questions and request we had. I would dine here again. They seater asked each customer about their previous experience which to me suggested a desire to maintain or repair restraint image. Great experience.

Our server today was AMAZING! It was some of the best service my wife and I have had in a long time. She was very tentative and our drinks were never empty. The food was great also along with the rest of the AMAZING staff in our section. Keep up the great work

My friends and I believe this place has the coldest beers in town. And we love to sit at the bar because all the bartenders are pretty cool, and the service is quick and efficient. And yes, we love, love the sweet rolls. Sometimes, all we do is drink beer and eat rolls. But when I've had a meal, it's always been good. Would highly recommend. Somewhat crazy busy around dinner time, so consider that when you go, but they do work through the line with efficiency.

It was our first time, and we had a very pleasant experience! The food was delicious, as well as very good service. Very cordial and inviting atmosphere, staff members are all very friendly and attentive, overall will come back!

This location of TR is excellent like all the rest. Our service and server were attentive and prompt. Normally I get steak but every once in a while I do the pork chops. They are great, juicy and flavorful. I also got chili instead of a salad and it was also very good. The steak we ordered was just right and our baked spuds were fluffy and the jackets not burned so they could be eaten. The yeast rolls were soft and fresh as usual. Overall this visit was superb all around.

Food is delicious. My experience of the service is not so well. I guess It really depends on who is your server. We got a Latino male server with the braids. Unfortunately we have no drink refills the entire time.

This was my first time here. I will be back! This place had amazing food, the atmosphere was so family friendly and inviting and the waitress was so kind.

My husbands chicken fried steak was burned and tough on one side. He didn’t send it back . We waited long enough for the food. Too long : He didn’t eat that part. He only ate a little. My side of vegetables were undercooked. You couldn’t even get a fork into the sliced carrots .

Our first time here. Such wonderful hospitality and atmosphere. Our meal was wonderful. We appreciated the manager stopping by to introduce herself. Heather our server was awesome! It was a fun place to have dinner. We will certainly be returning!

Always love this place. Good food, good prices and great service! Everything is usually really good - we tend to order their steaks and burgers a lot. But I also love their salads - nice and big and fresh. Atmosphere only got 4 stars as it can be too noisy at times. We usually dine in, but their take out service is exceptional.

I usually always get the ribeye, salad and loaded potato and I am always pleased! The staff is very friendly and the overall experience of Texas Roadhouse is warm and welcoming.

It was our first time to Texas Roadhouse and we will definitely be back! Our server was Brian and he was polite and knowledgeable. The bread is amazing and the cinnamon butter is a great pairing for it. I tried the key lime margarita and my partner got the legend patron margarita with a kicker. We enjoyed them both. We started out with the Cactus Blossom which was very good. It was crispy and the homemade sauces are delicious. I got the 14 ounce prime rib, medium rare which was more on the medium side to me(picture looks more red than it was) but it was still good. The loaded sweet potato was absolutely yummy like a dessert. I personally wasn't impressed with the mac n cheese so I'll try a different side next time. My partner got the full rack of ribs which were smoky and flavorful. He got the loaded mac n cheese and loaded fries which he enjoyed. The loaded mac seemed to give it more flavor.

Phenomenal service! The rolls we're amazing and so was the steak. Staff was great too. Will definitely recommend. Gets busy, strongly recommend calling ahead or getting on the wait list via the website.
