My daughter chose this place for our daddy daughter date. This was our first time here as well. It was a bright atmosphere with friendly service. The Szechwan chicken dumplings were absolutely fantastic! We also had the original bbq chicken pizza and loved it. I will say it was a little heavy on the cilantro but I know that really is a personal preference. All in all, we will definitely be back as there were multiple items on the we would love to try.

Today was the second time I had lunch at the CPK and luckily for me I was able to enjoy a wonderful lunch with my daughter and wife who echoed the same experience as me. Larry was our server today and we all had a lunch special. I wanted the spaghetti and Cesar Salad. Larry recommended the meat sauce to go with the spaghetti an excellent suggestion. Bridget had the BBQ pizza and Baja Salad and she said it was excellent. Brooke had the Turkey club along with the Baja Salad and loved it. Of course we tried the ButterCake and ice cream which overshadowed the Red Velvet by miles and miles. The ButterCake came out warm and was incredible. You must at least share one . A wonderful lunch experience.

The menu is very small. The choices of pizza is minimal at best. The sauce on the Alfredo was broken. It is way overpriced, which is sad because we used to love CPK.

This place has a great pizza called The Original BBQ chicken. We added Arugula and avocado and it turned out so great! Kids loved the butter pasta!

Steven was our server and excellent recommendations on the treats. We learned many things about the food and menu. We decided to go for the butter cake and it is a Must try! Great service and we will be back.

Absolutely delightful & delicious. … with no waiting … loved the spinach & artichoke dip as well as our Mexican street corn appetizer … the Spicy Milano thin crust pizza was fabulous and not too spicy. … thanks again for the great service and wonderful evening.

Their salads are equally as amazing and wanted to give a shout out about this!!!! For people on dietary restriction as myself having this wonderful option that was hands down one of the best salads I've had here in Jax, it's a real blessing!!!!! It was loaded!!!!! You can choose a half portion or a full. Whatever you choose is great food!!!!

The food is phenomenal I wasn’t expecting it only because I thought it was strictly pizza but this place is amazing and the service is phenomenal we had Nicole Saturday night she’s a very sweet young lady and I hope she never changes because being with rude customers can take a toll but she was so fantastic. We had a bad night and it definitely ended on a great note after dinner here so try it out it’s awesome here and affordable

Food was good. I’m petty, so I wish they removed the tails off the shrimp in a pasta dish. I wasn’t a fan of digging through my food to take the tails off the shrimp.

Server was Allison. We sat for close to 15 minutes without being greeted. She forgot our appetizer after which we didn’t want it anymore. She was on her phone a lot and seemed like she was struggling with just 3 tables as she literally kept passing us over and over and over again before realizing she never greeted us. The staff was very light but it was also very very slow. The pizzas took long and we asked for sauce for our pizza when it came out because we realized it didn’t come with sauce, and that took forever. Only one side was brought out for our 2 pizzas that we asked sauce for. Even tho we sat a long time without being greeted and our app was never ordered, a manager never came to the table either. The pizza tasted decent after putting a bit a sauce on it. But the experience was awful. The standard for service needs to be bigger

So, I was simply not impressed with the pizza, or the value. I ordered pizza for 9 employees as a Christmas treat. I work in a restaurant. I can, and will, make my own treats for my employees in the future. And, I ordered December 23rd. Why is it 01/10/24 before anyone reached out to me? I run a restaurant like I own it. Get rid of the amateurs!

Love the new buffalo salad they had. It's so dang good. Service was great and good delicious. But it's in the Town Center so it can be bit crowded at times.

Hunter and Kailee were awesome! I felt like I was sitting in the kitchen at home with them and the food was amazing. This is a definite must try for good service and food!

We did take out and the pizza was amazing. Hot and delicious. Door dash was fast and wonderful. Jim is a great manager and so happy he has moved to Jax. A real asset to this location!!

Nothing is going to blow you away. Good crust. Not much in the way of flavor or any OMG moments. Decent to fair. May have been a down day but came off as a dressed up Olive Garden food wise. Well, on second thought, the Artichoke egg rolls were surprisingly good.

The chicken picatta is so delicious! The sauce is really smooth and not too lemony. I have a egg allergy and our waitress checked with the kitchen to verify if I could have the pasta (which I could). Also found from our waitress that CPK also has an allergen guide on their website, so it made it so easy to order other items.

$19 for a 12" pepperoni pizza? I don't care how good it is it is not worth $19. I could have went to the grocery store and saved some money. Or one of the competitors and at least gotten a better value for my money.

My guests were not thrilled but I loved it and that's all that really matters! 🤪

Yesssss! This Sangria was to die for! Plus, there's a cute koi fish pond right next to the restaurant. Great spot for travelers who work remotely. ❤️

Food and drinks were ok. Service was a little slow but they had several large parties. Servers were nice.

This location is good because it is at the start of your shopping path into Town Center Jax, okay the food was 👍🏽, I had the works Pizza thin crust of course and wifey had the Italian chopped salad (she said it was great), I also had a Whiskey Sour 😋, all in all the food, atmosphere and service was outstanding

Flavor of the pizza was good. The crust was dry though. My fave pizza is definitely the Thai pizza and ask for extra peanut sauce on the side.

I was a little bit skeptical about them but they're pretty damn good. So good even my 20 month old daughter her entire pizza which a full baby is a happy baby so we were happy. Definitely will come back here!

Overall I've had a good experience every time we've dined here. The servers are nice, the food is good and comes out hot and fresh. If it's packed or they are short staffed the wait can be a little long but it's understandable. Parking at this Town Center location is not great if you actually need close parking for some reason, there are spots out front IF you can get one. Their pizza, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and pastas have all been good. I always get a take and bake it's a good deal for a next day lunch. I recommend if you want a variety even though it's a chain restaurant.

really disappointed honestly. Informed the waiter I had a gluten allergy and ordered the five cheese pizza with califlour crust and a ceaser salad with no croutons. I was brought a five cheese pizza with normal crust and a ceaser salad with croutons. Had to send the food back and then she came back with a burnt margarita pizza on califlour crust. Very disappointed, would not recommend.

Got my food in a timely manner but my waiter did not come back to check on me after it was delivered. I had to ask another waitress for a refill. Waited a while for my check. Then had to ask the other waitress for my check. Food was okay. Restaurant was clean. Prices are good. That is why it got three stars. But slowwwwwww service from Tyler….

I came in on Wednesday with some girlfriends. The restaurant was very busy and I could tell they were understaffed. Amanda was our server and she was the best! Our food came out about 20 minutes after ordering, but Amanda made sure our complicated order came out perfectly! Everything was absolutely delicious, and I will definitely be back!

Is located in very nice and safe place, is very easy to find and is decorated with little, but nice details. The service and the food was good, but not great! I love pasta and since it was the first time I visited this place, I chose to order my favorite food, but it was not a good choice. The pasta was very simple and in general it was not what the menu described in relation to what I received. something good to highlight was the cocktail I ordered and it was really very well prepared.

The pizza wasn't bad. I don't think the restaurant was equipped to handle the T-Mobile promotion. Had to get my own drink refills. The poor waitresses were doing the their best.
