I loved this store location, I remember I came one of my Friends in High School Manage to get a Job at Bojangles in Orange Park and then work at this Location!!! I used to come up in her store purchasing one of my favorite all time Mountain Dew Flavors!! Bojangles Exclusive Mountain Dew Southern Shock! 2020 - 2023. The first time they had it was in June i think 2020 and the Manager was really nice to me and said go try it out you will like it and i enjoyed it ever since! However i live in the Orange park side i would go to the Orange Park Location more often then this one. It really sucked that Bojangles discontinued the Soda Flavor, and then few months later we see them Shut down...

Easy access to Deerwood Condominiums; the common facilities and grounds association for Deerwood Condominiums. #NSFWomen #Auditory_Levels_Dangerous Food is high in fats but tasty. Bojangles is just outside Deerwood Condominiums’ community gate.

Disgusting. Went here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The dining room was empty of diners. Several employees were "hanging out" in the dining room. Maybe they were on break, I don't know for sure. What I do know is that EVERY table in the picture I attached was nasty. Food particles, grease stains... just nasty, ON EVERY TABLE!! Stay away unless you enjoy eating in filth

Worst breakfast experience ever! Went to the drive-through and ordered a sausage egg and chess biscuit combo. I check my bag before I pulled off and realized I was given a chicken biscuit. I told the cashier and she asked the line cook for the correct biscuit. She then gave me what she believed was my sandwhich and I drove off. I decided to check again in the parking lot and this time it was sausage and cheese... no egg. I walked up to the door and it was locked. I knocked because there was a customer inside and he signaled to employees and they kept shaking their head no. Now how is the lobby closed with a customer inside? I kept knocking, told the customer they messed up my order twice, he was kind enough to relay the message and they STILL refused to open the door. These people made me walk around to the drive through window!! Horrible. I asked what the store number was and no one seemed to know. I asked if they were corporate or franchise and was told franchise. Bo'Jangles do better please! We eat breakfast here about 3-4 times a week... or should I say we used to. We won't be returning.

Well I love Bojangles but most of the Orlando locations are gone so when I get up to Jax I always get a few breakfast biscuits to hold me over until next trip up. This location did not disappoint in the quality of their biscuits either. New location opening up by Seminole Town Center mall hopefully in Sept. I can’t wait cause I will def. Be there all the time.

Horrible customer service! It has been my Saturday tradition to visit this Bojangles restaurant for breakfast but this tradition will now cease as of today. There has been a recent change in management at this location and the staff is reflective of this manager of style. Today I witnessed a cashier verbally assault and taunt a senior citizen who was simply ordering a meal. The senior gentleman was wearing a mask and the cashier (who was older herself, she didn't have a name tag but I recall her having a black mole in the center of her forehead) became belligerent with him as he calmly tried to correct her after she erroneously typed in the wrong meal. There were two other witnesses in line besides myself that heard him correctly. She was just so consumed in her own self that she entered the wrong information and began to taunt him for wearing a mask. The manager who was standing nearby fulfilling orders heard her but did nothing to rectify the situation because she was so consumed in her own argument with the remainder of her staff concerning whether generation z or generation x was the best generation. This conversation was very disruptive to the other patrons dining in the restaurant. I personally counted seven staff members working back there yet the floors in the lobby was very sticky, there was hardly any chicken cooked and no sides out ready to be served. So it was no surprise that the bacon on my bacon egg and cheese biscuit would be undercooked and the tea tasted as if it was made 2 days ago. I'm sicken to how the quality both food and customer service at this restaurant has gone down immensely. I would much rather drive the extra 15 minutes to the Bojangles off of Beach Blvd then to dinner here again.

I’ve always wanted to try Bojangle’s but my wife never let me haha. It’s okay. Price is fair and food is just okay. Cajun chicken sandwich wasn’t spicy. Fries were pretty good though! I probably wouldn’t try it again. It’s a little bit heavy for me. Popeye’s is next!

We love Bojangles, so we passed by this location to get some food before hitting the road. We always get the Bo-Tato Rounds and to drink, the Legendary Iced Tea. We did however, order a couple of biscuits and asked for pimento cheese on both of them but they did not add it to either one. Would’ve been five starts if it wasn’t for that.

I have been here to the Deerwood location on Southside quite a few times since moving here from another state and the quality of the food has only been up to par twice. This is my last time since the last visit. I ordered a chicken biscuit through drive thru and when I got home, the potatoes were fresher than the chicken biscuit. The biscuit seemed old and the chicken was hard. Why even open if you are going to serve customers that type of food? I will never go back nor would I ever refer anyone. If it's not the horrible evening service, it's the stale food being served. Just close your doors for good if you dont want to serve your customers quality food!!!! I'm fed up!!!

The service was okay👍🏽However, the fried chicken could have been much better and fresher. Oddly enough, the chicken didn't seem to come right out of the fryer and it wasn't piping hot fresh, even though we had to wait 10 minutes for it 🤔.... and I observed fruit flies over by the drink machine 😳

Worst experience. Chicken was old. Far from fresh. Ask for gravy on the Cajun rice. Rice was too dry. Ask for season packet. Poured so much season it was too salty to eat and all over my biscuit.

I came very far from New York City I was starving and these people made me wait for more than 30 minutes in front of the store. I only ask for a simple chicken breast tenders. That’s it. I didn’t ask for something complex it was something simple

Top notch customer service! The most positive, respectful team of people I've witnessed. I was one in a sea of football fans stopping before a game and despite being busy and understaffed, they didn't let it dampen their spirits or kindness towards guests and one another.

This morning I walk in the dining area as usual, about 530-6 am . Always greeted w the ladies of the morning w great vibes and good conversation. As a fellow restaurant worker as a server it's nice to have that vibe n hospitality. This morning I met Chris, he lets me know the dining room is closed due to he's short staffed n truck day. I totally understand, but Chris didn't ask me to leave. Instead he asked me what I needed, and he totally looked out for me and his other co workers. We shared our restaurants stories n he said stay as long as u needed. As for me I usually be here early mornings cause they open 5am n with me on the bus line schedule it's a match. I never feel rushed when I'm there..this place is clean, friendly, fresh biscuits n coffee. And the morning crews are so great. Chris went above and beyond as with the morning crew that I dubb the chit chat ladies!!! Five stars all the way !!!

Excellent service! Super friendly! When we pulled through drive-thru, it looked like the cashier was by herself. Hopefully, she wasn't juggling it all by herself. She rocked it!! I wish I had gotten her name.

The food is always really good. The french fries are awesome and their chicken has a little bit of spice to it that makes it really delicious. I've come back to this location a handful of times. One time I waited about 20 minutes in the drive-thru because they were severely understaffed. Was talking to somebody else and they were waiting for biscuits and they were waiting for about 40 minutes. This was about 2 or 3 months ago. There's a large pothole in the driveway that's been there for a few months now. It keeps growing and growing. Most recently they put up some orange cones so people don't drive into it but before it was just a giant hole and a warning on the menu board. I keep coming back because the food is really good. There are some things that need to be worked on and I'm confident management will be able to get to it as soon as they can.

So I was looking forward to it and drove for a while to get there. I had only eaten their food because a friend bought me some. The tenders he brought to me were huge. The food was terrible! Questions about the menu are not welcomed. The girl at the widow and her coworker were sarcastic.... rude and treated me like I was not welcomed. I asked to speak to the manager the girl behind the girl in the driveway laughed. I yexpressed my concern to the manager. The manager seemed unconcerned saying g I will talk to them. When I began asking about a item on the menu. The girl A(brunette) butted in and blurted. I already told her about that. The manager said nothing. I said you know what... Nevermind have a great afternoon. Terribly disappointed with the service. I won't be going back.
