I have been employed with Dr. Siddiqui for nearly 3 years. Yes, I understand that my review may seem partial, but I'm always honest. I'm 40 years old now. My mother was an office manager for a physician since I was 6 months old. I started visiting nursing homes to visit with residents who lived in them. I volunteered at Baptist Memorial Hospital at age 14 and 15. The point of my story is that I have continued working in the health care system and I have never met or worked for another physician who cares more about his patients than Dr. Siddiqui. He's an amazing boss. He has so much compassion for humanity. Yes, the wait can be long when coming in for an office visit and I understand that it can be frustrating, but he will give every patient the same attention to you that he does with every other. The office does not advertise so we are largely known through "Word of Mouth". Dr. Siddiqui, in my opinion is 1 in a billion when it comes to who he is. He is my Dr. as well and I'm grateful to have the fortune to work for him and help him take care of his patients

Worse facility around! They fail to tell you about the billing issues and then you are left holding a bill for blood work for over $2400. They take no responsibility for educating the patient on the fact that most insurance companies will not consider the first visit a wellness visit. Which left me wondering, why did they take blood on the first visit when you clearly stated you needed a wellness visit and the two can’t be one in the same? If you contact the billing department you will find yourself speaking with a condescending man named Brett, who doesn’t feel he has any obligation except getting money for the clinics he represents. Please, unless you are loaded don’t use this clinic.

Have three hours to blow? This is the place to go! It's to bad I feel like the doctor cares but not everyone has 3 hours to go see a doctor during the week. Every single time I've gone minimum three hours.

They're just fine if you wanna sit in their waiting rom for three hours and get blown off on life or death matters..like the blood clot in my leg or the mass in my wife's lung....i am so done with these people..

Grace was so rude. She lied to the doctors, horrible staff professionalism. Really disappointed with my doctor of ten years knowing I was an abused woman at his hospital. Letting a man deny me of hospilation at Baptist...nlrock 72116. Dr Brad Jenkin's knew I was stalked by a man in triage. I had a couple of witness's. He is a very man for a man to let his staff continue to abuse women...I need my medicine. I'm considering legal action

Small office, well equipped with knowledgeable staff. I've never had to wait more than 15 minutes because I make appointments a month or so in advance and always have my paperwork in order. I've seen (3) different doctors over the last 6 years. All quality people that took time to answer my (prepared) questions and didn't waste my time with chit chat. If you want to walk in, with your ex-husbands expired insurance card for an appointment you 'set' the day before... Good luck.

I love the personalized care I get here. Dr.SQ makes you fell like a long time friend than a pt. There nursing staff in that office can not be beat. Everyone of them act as id they were were one of your best friend. I do have to agree the wait time is almost to the point of walking out (which I've done a time or two) I just feel save and well taken cared of.

Worse bedside manner I’ve ever witnessed. After waiting almost two hours to be seen (4th visit & 4th extremely long wait) the new doctor walked in and asked me what I wanted. That is no exaggeration. When I left the examining room I requested a release form to execute. I’m not sure who I will change to but I will never step foot in that office again. Read the reviews and make your own choice.

The new management/doctor is horrible. The new doctor never introduced hisself so I don’t know his name. Front Never answer the phone or respond to voicemail. Doctor want you in and out quick. I will be finding another doctor.
