They did not stand by their lifetime warranty. They designed my wife's ring but when it broke said it was normal wear and tear. My feeling was that why would you design something that breaks from normal wear and tear. They said it happens with that kind of design. I couldn't help but laugh and say "why on earth would you offer that design then" Their response was a discounted repair on a platinum setting. I'm not totally discounting them because they do seem mostly knowledgeable (at least the jewlers) but I won't buy my wife's next piece of jewelry from here.

For my 10 yr wedding anniversary, my husband wanted to buy me another diamond. I wanted to keep my bridal set and spruce it up a bit. We went in with a vision and came home with a dream! Arlene walked us through every step, ensuring each detail was perfect. She went far beyond what I could have imagined in a design. I cried when I saw the finished product. It is extraordinary and a true one of a kind piece.

I reached out to Egon to have a piece of custom jewelry made from an old family heirloom, a ring and an old tie pin belonging to my grandfather. From the start, they were friendly, engaged, and asked me many questions to ensure it was made to my specifications, which put me at ease, since I was very nervous about parting with the heirloom and ensuring it came out how I envisioned it. The price they charged me was also very reasonable and affordable, which of course made me very happy. The finished product took a little over a week, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. They even buffed the scratches out, which I thought was very kind of them! The finished product looks better than the individual pieces ever did! All of the staff spoke to me kindly, asking if I was satisfied, which I absolutely was. This was my first experience with having custom jewelry made, and the staff made it an absolute delight. I heartily recommend them for all your custom jewelry needs!

Always such friendly and helpful staff. I needed my palladium band made smaller and they were able to do it over my lunch break and tightened and polished my other ring as well. I don't think they've looked so good since they were purchased 13 years ago!

I procrastinated for a christmas/anniversary gift this past holiday season. I needed a duplicate of her wedding ring to go on the other side of the engagement ring. I called the week before christmas and talked with them to make my request. I did not expect to get it in time, it was my own fault for procrastinating. I could tell they knew I wish I had called sooner for my order. Their communication was great and they called me the day before christmas and said it was ready! I made it over there to pick it up! I was the seemingly rock star husband, but Egon was the real hero, they made it happen. Best jeweler in town.

Tim was amazingly courteous and helpful as I shopped for a wedding band. Ordered in a mock up of the ring I was considering and it saved me from being disappointed. Found him to be patient, responsive, and trustworthy. Had to knock off a star because they seem 10-15% more expensive than similar jewelers in town and markedly more expensive if you're savvy enough to find a reputable online source.

Due to medical issues, I haven’t worn my wedding band and engagement in over a year. I knew that it was much harder to size a ring up than down, so that is why I hesitated to take them in to be fixed. Had an excellent experience with Tim, John, and Tammy. Looked all over the city to find a european cut diamond and John came through with a real winner. Tammy worked with the design I was trying to create (i.e. fit my lady's needs lol) and between her work and the final filigree/engraving, everything came out perfect. My fiance gets compliments all the time ("It looks like a princess ring!") and I could tell the staff was genuinely excited about putting together such a unique twist on a very traditional piece. Excellent communication and service, I have zero complains.
