Iāve
been
a
customer
for
six
months.
Until
yesterday.
I
paid
$100
per
month
with
the
exception
of
pausing
it
temporarily
while
I
was
in
Florida
last
summer.
Donāt
be
mislead-
when
you
pause,
youāre
still
charged
$8.99
per
month
via
EFT
which
is
required
to
have
a
membership.
The
$8.99
per
month
is
ācredited
to
your
account
for
when
you
returnā.
What
if
you
decide
not
to
go
back?
Youāre
money
is
gone!!!
They
arenāt
giving
it
back.
Early
last
week
prior
to
the
25th
which
is
the
cut
off
date
to
pause
(they
wonāt
draft
the
entire
$100
just
the
$8.99),
I
asked
the
ASM
if/how
I
could
recoup
the
days
lost
during
the
inclement
weather
when
they
were
closed,
because
I
had
paid
for
them.
She
told
me
she
would
give
me
a
$10
credit
(which
isnāt
much,
but
better
than
nothing).
I
told
her
I
needed
to
know
that
for
sure
because
that
was
going
to
be
the
determining
factor
as
to
whether
I
terminated
my
membership
or
not.
She
promised
she
would.
What
she
did
NOT
tell
me
was
the
credit
wouldnāt
be
applied
to
this
months
EFT.
I
was
reviewing
my
bank
transactions
yesterday
and
noticed
an
EFT
to
Palm
Beach
Tans
in
the
amount
of
$103.
I
immediately
called
and
spoke
to
Daily,
the
manager.
First,
I
wanted
to
know
when
it
went
to
$103,
as
I
was
never
told
of
an
increase
and
second,
why
was
my
$10
credit
not
applied.
She
immediately
said
the
$10
is
a
credit
to
use
in
store.
In
store
for
what????
Iāve
bought
lotion
one
time
and
I
never
use
it.
I
then
explained
to
her
that
that
should
have
been
explained
at
the
time
the
credit
was
given.
Then
she
had
the
audacity
to
say
well
you
shouldnāt
leave
your
credit
card
information...
I
stopped
her
immediately.
First
of
all
EFT
is
required
for
a
membership.
Secondly,
if
thereās
no
contract,
how
can
they
add
$3
to
the
amount
they
withdraw
from
your
bank
account
without
your
knowledge
and
approval?
They
canāt.
It
constitutes
fraud.
It
was
a
fraudulent
transaction,
a
theft,
because
I
did
not
authorize
it
or
sign
any
documentation
for
the
increase.
At
that
point
she
said,
āIām
going
to
refer
you
to
customer
care.
I
canāt
handle
this.
You
are
being
very
rudeā.
No,
what
she
couldnāt
handle
was
my
assertiveness
and
her
inability
to
justify
or
even
explain
why
they
had
stolen
from
my
account.
I
understand
$10
and
$3
is
not
a
lot
of
money.
However,
when
youāre
told
something
by
somebody
(in
this
case
the
ASM,
who
for
all
intents
and
purposes
is
fully
representing
that
company
at
the
time)
and
they
knew
this
was
a
determining
factor
for
whether
I
would
continue
or
terminate
my
membership
altogether,
itās
their
ethical
responsibility
to
tell
you
how
that
money
will
be
credited.
I
called
customer
care
and
left
a
message.
Iāve
yet
to
hear
from
them.
I
called
the
salon
back
and
asked
if
Daily
was
there.
She
was
until
she
found
out
it
was
me
and
then
suddenly
she
had
just
left.
I
left
a
message
that
if
my
bank
account
was
not
immediately
credited
the
$103,
I
will
call
my
bank
and
report
a
fraudulent
charge,
I
will
call
the
police
department
because
it
is
a
theft
and
I
will
call
the
Attorney
Generalās
Office
and
ask
for
an
investigation.
If
they
did
this
to
me,
how
many
others
have
they
stolen
from?
Itās
not
the
money,
itās
the
principal.
Their
ācreditsā
arenāt
really
credits
if
you
have
no
plans
of
buying
anything
from
them.
BEWARE!!!
Itās
a
nice,
clean
salon
with
nice
employees
but
they
stole
from
me
and
it
not
right.
Again
BEWARE.
Things
arenāt
always
as
they
appear-
remember
wolves
come
sometimes
disguised
as
sheep.
Check
your
bank
records.
You
might
be
surprised
what
you
find.
This
is
not
going
away.
