👍👍 Delicious food and fun atmosphere. Really lives up to it's name. I order the Jailhouse Roll with a side of Fried Rice and really enjoyed it. The Hall of Fame Brownie was also good. People often mention sushi, good, roll, great, fried, time, order, rice, ordered, spicy,

My husband and I are in town from Texas and found this place. Oh. My. God. You won’t be disappointed. Tuna Tataki is absolutely delicious. Spicy sashimi salad is ON POINT. We got the Reggae Roll and The Crowd Surfer Roll. Let me tell you… I’ve had sushi in NYC, San Francisco, Dallas.. and I’ve never had sushi this good. The prices are TOTALLY reasonable too. By far the best experience I’ve ever had at a sushi restaurant.

This place was so fun! The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was super neat and the food was delicious. We got the app sampler and could not get enough of those tasty little bites! My daughter got the kids teriyaki chicken and fried rice. We agreed that the rice was the best we had ever eaten!! For rolls, we landed on the The Sweet Home Alabama (since we are from Alabama 😍) and the Jailhouse. We all agreed that there is too much breading on the fried rolls. This is the reason I couldn’t go 5 star… it was sort of gummy and just overtook the roll. I wish we had tried a roll that wasn’t breaded and intend to come back and do that soon. Overall everything was delicious. The flavor combinations were so cool! Thanks for a great experience ❤️

My cousin and I wanted sushi so we decided to try this place with her children. I ordered the app sampler. It was very good and everyone enjoyed it. She ordered the salmon roll for her son that’s allergic to shellfish, the Thriller roll and 2 sides of fried rice. I ordered the VIP roll and a side of fried rice. We both agreed the VIP roll was the best, the fried rice was not that good and we didn’t like the fry batter on the rolls. We both love tempura but we don’t think it was enough or wasn’t fried well or something... it just wasn’t that good. Oh and there wasn’t enough crunchy flakes on top. Overall, it was ok but we had better.

This is the best sushi hands down since I move to little rock a year ago. I didnt have a bad roll. So good. My server was very nice and friendly too and the service was fast. Now while I am giving this review 5 stars I do want to warn you a little. The neighborhood where this place is looks nice eneugh but there's a lot of riff raff on the street and almost the moment we got out of the car we started to get accosted. My gut tells me this is one of those neighborhoods that gets more dangerous the closer it gets to sundown. But with all that being said if you go I don't think you will be dissatisfied. This was some damn good sushi

Sushi was good! Ordered classic salmon roll but was given the spicy version (still delicious). We came at a very busy time but noticed that even though they were understaffed, they checked behind each other in order to keep everyone taken well care of. That being said, when we ordered our hibachi dinners, we never received our salads. Our server, the bartender, took off the charge for us not getting them. The fried rice was a little soggy, but the veggies were crisp. Our drinks were well made and delicious. We were able to enjoy our meal and left full. If you’re looking for a downtown meal with a small group or as a couple, keep this one in mind.

I would like to start off by saying it’s unfortunate to have a horrible first experience at a restaurant. The picture I attached to this review is a roll I payed $20 for, very disappointed with the size and quality. This is only the beginning, I ordered about 7 items and my total was $155 for a to go order. Also very disappointed with the portions I received, instant regret once I saw the food at home. Two of my $20 meals were supposed to come with Miso Soup and we also never received them. Picking up my food, I arrived at the instructed time and it took an additional 30 minutes to actually receive my order. They weren’t even busy. I am not impressed whatsoever, let alone for $155. Save yourself the disappointment.

Love the vibe here. Living up to its name, this place plays rock music videos on multiple screens throughout the restaurant. You'll be watching the videos and daydreaming about how great the late 1900s music scene was. LOL Their menu is large with regular, fried, and baked sushi rolls, so something for everyone... raw or cooked. My mom and I loved everything we ordered, especially the tuna tartar. There's a bar, booths, seating for two, and two large tables for 5+ guests to sit together. I highly recommend trying this place out. Probably the best sushi spot in Little Rock. Favorites: Crowd Surfer Roll, Punk Rock Roll.

Wonderful initial visit, but the hostess ended up covering for our server and initiating sales more than he did. I don’t remember his name because it’s not worth remembering. Placed an order to go after we ate and never received it after waiting for 20 minutes. Come to find out he never even put it in. The managers (both front of house and back of house) managed to not assist their serving staff and decided to stare at us so we would leave and they could go on break. There were two 5-6 tops in there at the time and they were just watching those kids run around, while just pulling expo and pulling beer. No excuses. 2/5 max.

If you like sushi, this place has a large variety and it is really good. On the other hand, the hibachi is decent but not what I would order there again. The ginger salad was good and the hibachi vegetables were really good but the meat (I had chicken) was just ok. The rice was good....not great. Stick with the sushi here. You won't go wrong. Also, their pineapple daiquiri is not anything like you would expect. I would say more martini less daiquiri....( picture attached) don't get me wrong. It was good but not frozen at all. Happy eating!

I will not be returning to this location because the manager stated to my face that he purposefully ignored me after I walked in. I was there to pick up a to-go order, however, I was waiting for more than five minutes before I was greeted in any way. In that time ignored, I watched the manager look me dead in the eye across from the bar yet he said nothing; though he greeted every white customer that was in there. As black woman and frequent visitor at this location, I expected so much more from this manager and the staff (who also ignored me). However, they will not have to worry about it further. I will not be spending my hard earned dollars at the location ever again.

Had a wonderful time. Staff was friendly, helpful, and not at all tried to turn and burn tables. Atmosphere was great for being able to talk and enjoy people's company. I have ordered to go before but this was my first in house experience and def won't be my last. Thanks for helping with a great first date. 😊

Punk Rock Roll- both a spicy, and freshening take on a classic shrimp tempura roll. Shrimp tempura, cream cheese and spicy tuna, wrapped and topped with pan-seared tuna and strawberry-avoca- do-jalapeño-cucumber salad. Drizzled in spicy mayo and sweet-chili-ponzu dressing, and eel sauce.

I am new to sushi. My husband had me try it recently and I was instantly hooked. Rock n Roll sushi has great sushi, friendly staff, and a fun environment. There are kids options that do not have sushi. My daughter is not a fan of seafood at all, so this is a must when we go to any seafood or sushi restaurant.

This is the BEST sushi restaurant I've been to since I've moved to Arkansas 12 years ago! You will not regret stopping off to eat! Anna was awesome!

This place was fantastic! The food was incredible, the waitress was very sweet and patient when I couldn't make up my mind haha, and the aesthetic was on point. The wall art in the first photo is actually from the bathroom 😂 would recommend this place hands down!

My girlfriends and I wanted to try something new…this place did not disappoint! The server was attentive and food was great.I had the VIP roll and it was amazing!!! I took the jalapeño off the top as I’m not into the spice thing.

They went a little overboard on the rock and roll and didn't focus as much on the sushi. This place isn't bad, but almost all the options are spicy. Not very kid friendly since it is dark, kinda pricey, and most things are spicy. They are changing their signature drink up, so be sure to check if you are getting the old whiskey variation or the newer fruity one. The staff were attentive, but mostly about their new drink concoctions and recipes. If you like spicy mayo and such definitely check it out. If you prefer to taste the actual fish in the sushi move along.

Fun place for sushi with a lot of rock nostalgia and album covers for menus. The sushi is heavily garnished with lots of suces and crispy delights. Parking is easy and the staff is very professional.

I haven't had a bad experience here at all even after visiting both locations in Little Rock. The TVs were not working at the Main street location which was a let down and the music was not clear and sounded muffled in the front for it to be enjoyed. We still had a good time though and the food was excellent. The main street location is a little grittier, kinda place I would imagine seeing a metal band play whereas the Chenal location is more a bit modern, not near as dark and has that new vibe. It actually works for these guys to NOT have both places the same in an odd way. Either way the food is excellent and the service has been really good.
