The staff is always friendly, no matter how busy they get. I've seen them handle impatient and rude customers gracefully, without so much as a roll of the eyes. The drinks are always spectacular, the food was better than most Starbucks, but nothing special.

Excellent customer service, they always have a smile, very knowledgeable, share wonderful tasty recommendations based on your wants, quick, accurate, one of my favorite locations even tho there is no drive through🤗❤

Depends on the shift manager. But generally nice. The coffee is ok I guess. Not the best Starbucks I have been to. I usually go work there. One thing they do that I find off putting is that they turn the A/C cold when they want people out. They could just communicate that verbally.

Unfortunately this location is not getting the TLC it needs. They are so understaffed. It's pretty dirty and you will wait a good amount of time for drinks that are not maid well. You could tell by the stress on the two batista faces that they are very overwhelmed.

The partners here laughed at my nephew and I, they closed the doors to lock up before 7pm. They may think its cute but he is 12 and was genuinely excited. It was a homely girl with a pony tail mopping. 5/26/22 7pm.

I ordered 2 drinks, the young lady took my money, handed me my change and made the two drinks without washing or sanitizing her hands after touching the money!! I didn’t want to embarrass her to I just took the loss and threw the drinks away!! I called back & a young guy answered. He told me that the store manager would not be available to speak with me until after May 26th; however, he assured me that, “ the employees are not taught to wash their hands after dealing with money!” #not good

They always make the drinks just wright full of flavor my service is always awesome and they are so kind-hearted and the atmosphere is always wonderful and peaceful a place where you can sit and have a conversation and actually enjoy your coffee whether it's hot or cold 😉

The service was good, if a bit slow, due to the time I went. (lots of call ins ahead of me) The drink I ordered (shaken iced latte) was great! What I especially liked, however, is the fact this franchise offers up its old coffee grounds (free of charge!) for folks to incorporate them into their gardens! Nice move!

Good location baristas are nice. Coffee is good too, nice atmosphere.

This Starbucks is spacious, with many seats to study and work. There is no drive-thru, but they do mobile orders, and there is plenty of parking nearby.

Though they make good coffee, This location is not consistent with their hours. They close randomly and their morning hours are not consistent with what it says online. On 3 separate occasions I have sent a mobile order in, paid, and I show up to pick up my coffee and they aren’t even open. Not a very reliable Starbucks location….

This is probably my most favorite number #1 "Starbucks" in whole Little Rock area. If you are passing through and need coffee, please do stop at "THIS ONE". Always good coffee and good service. Enjoy spending time there reading and study. I was slightly disappointment that they cut hours short. I am sure for some good reasons. Oh well, If they open bit longer, I would have gone for 5 stars. Hope the hours will change in future. Excellent Starbucks to stop and chilling.

I had a medium hot coco and got some work done on my laptop. A good experience.

One of the harder Starbucks to get to, and no drive thru lane so doing the order ahead is right idea. Seemed understaffed for the morning, drinks were ordered thru the app and estimated time of completion was 5min before the two drinks were done. Staff was very polite and attentive during the pick up.

Compare Starbucks to any of the other three coffee shops in this area and Starbucks is my least favorite. Boring, same ole same ole. Don't support it usually. Picked up something for someone else.

I live very close so I frequent this location out of convenience, but every time I do, I always think how I could have driven to another location and recieved my order in the same amount of time. This location is very understaffed and always very busy. In return, customers wait very long for orders, including myself every time I've ordered from this location. The employees are always working soo hard, but are overwhelmed with orders and cannot get orders out on time. It breaks my heart to see them working soo hard and in turn, so visibly stressed. This is not a complaint, but a plea to the leadership of this store to try and get more help. This location is right in the middle of one of the busiest areas of little rock. Theres no reason that only 3 employees be making drinks, food and ringing up customers. They need way more help than that. The employees are all very friendly despite being so ridiculously busy, and I always appreciate their smiles through the craziness. I really hope this store can hire more employees soon to offset the pressure on the current employees.

They got orders out very quickly. I went in for the free cup that gets you discounts throughout the months of November and December. I love their green tea frappuccino, but I have ventured out to the hot menu and really enjoy the white chocolate mocha. I don't care for the pumpkin spice revolution, but they serve those flavors as well.

Today was not organized!!! Just for 1 grande pike and 1 grill cheese its taking 15 mins and no one in line. Never had this before. 😐 New crew NEEDS extra training.
