The office was nice and all the people that worked there were very professional. I was informed about all the details of the procedures I asked about and the pricing for the procedures were discussed before done. The procedure was painless and quick.

I am always treated with the most friendly and sweetest people. The Dr. Is always very courteous and explain exactly what she is going to do, and what I can expect. The nurses are respectful, and polite. I actually enjoy going to their office. Can't say enough about them.

Always a good/bad experience. Good because they are very professional in the services they supply by Dr. Henson's office. They get you to a room quickly, they explain everything they are going to do that day to you beforehand and answer any questions you might have before any procedures. They always numb things up in least painful way and check before any removing of samples. They also make sure each time the follow up in set before leaving. The bad is that there isn't any way to test the samples without first cutting them off your body and sending them in to lab.

Monday 4/1/23 I showed up 1 hour early. They cleared the whole office except me, never called me. After 1 hour I eventually went and asked"did you forget me" then I waited another 15 minutes they called me back. I feel they didn't even listen to my problem, I don't have insurance but had my money to pay. They were not in good moods and didn't help me with any kindness, and didn't even call in my prescriptions. Im waiting on biopsies and now I feel like I'm not even going to get the answers I need. So very upset.

Dr. Henson has my complete trust and respect. Her office staff and crew are always professional, efficient and kind. I am always informed about any conditions found and what to expect in the treatment. Thank you Dr. Henson and staff for taking such amazing care of me and my family!

Very friendly place and my son's severe acne has improved so much! I wish I could've had the medication my son does when I was a teenager, his self esteem has improved so much!

I had no wait time on the doctor. We discussed the issue, and she took care of it quickly and efficiently. Everyone I encountered was very nice.

I wish that I could give zero stars. I will not be returning. Dr. Henson had such a poor attitude and rushes without a second thought. I went in today for my appointment to get my leg looked at and was rushed from the get go. I have had these sores on my leg for a while, about a month and a half, without getting better. Mind you, I have had plenty of dermatologists because this is not the first time that this has happened, and has happened to me a lot as a child as well. I get back to the exam room where I meet Dr. Henson for the first time and she is unbelievably rude. She took a couple looks at my leg and stated that the only reason that the sores haven't healed was because I didn't keep my fingers off of them and that I haven't been keeping them covered. This was false and if she would've allowed me to talk, she would've heard me say that I was not picking/scratching these sores and have been keeping them covered. I tried telling her that I always wear pants even in 100 degree weather to keep them covered and have had to wear socks on my hands to sleep to keep from scratching them as they itch pretty terribly. I work in the medical field, and am currently finishing up nursing school so I know my way around this sort of thing, and when I went into this, I was talked down to and treated as if I was a child. She made me feel horrible. Mind the fact that I paid $50 for a specialists co-pay for 5 minutes of what I WOULD NOT consider care. She did nothing for me, and pretty much scolded me for "scratching." Go see someone else.

Great customer service! She Looked into my issues and asked appropriate questions. Gave indebted reasoning for products and regiment recommendations, prescriptions, and prescription combinations….. Although it was understandably short and sweet , I didn’t feel like I was rushed through my appt or as if my needs weren’t met.. THANK YOU

This dermatologist experience was great. They were able to get me in quickly as a new patient and everyone was friendly once arriving. The only reason that I didn't provide them with 5 stars is because they never answer the phone. I've called for a few days and I just got tired of calling and drive to the office because they never picked up.

I would’ve given it 5 stars if whomever I talked to when I made my appointment would have been a bit nicer. I had a referral from my doctor for my yearly Medicare check up and she told me that Medicare no longer covers the screening appointment in kind of a grouchy manner. Then I kept prodding and was able to establish that I had been seen the year before by another doctor and that they had frozen a few pre- cancerous places, she let me make the appointment. She never asked if I had a supplemental plan. Her tone was very dismissive, and I almost cancelled the appointment thinking that it was going to be a bad experience. When I arrived at my appointment, the staff was very nice, very quick to see me, took some samples and I was on my way in a very short amount of time. I was very satisfied, and the staff was friendly and professional.

Caroline is an awesome PA:caught a spot that definitely needed to come off and did my follow-up procedure immediately. Her nurses are kind and skilled. Rebecca today took special care to make sure the area was deadened for procedure. Thanks for the great care, ladies, and for your kindness!!😊

This Clinic is about as well organized as any I have ever seen. From the time you walk in to the time your exit, the staff is extremely friendly and get you to the point of examination without any wasted time. The medical personnel are prompt, through, and helpful. After a number of trips to this facility, I can say it has always been the same great experience.

Another visit, and another amazing experience! I have been called back on time EVERY time since coming here, and rarely wait more than 3 minutes to be seen in the exam room. And I could not be more pleased with the staff here. SO polite, courteous, caring, and professional. I highly recommend these pros!

I’m posting this so that no one encounters the same issue. TL;DR: Verify your paperwork is correct even if you send it in digitally. Save yourself money and a headache. The staff was kind and the PA (no longer is employed here) who assisted me was excellent. My operation went well. 5 stars for that. On the day of the appointment, I noticed several errors on my intake that I would never make. For example, my name was misspelled with a “z” and my date of birth was wrong. I made the corrections on the form the same day and informed the PA. I didn’t think much of it afterwards until I received a large bill in the mail that my insurance rejected. I attempted to pay the bill, but I couldn’t even view the claim because of an invalid date of birth. This also was an issue with the pharmacy that I was to receive a prescription from. After a few calls, I was able to work everything out, but it would not have happened if it was correct at the source.

The staff is courteous. Dr Caroline Moreland is wonderful, very professional and knowledgeable. She takes time responding to questions.

From the moment I walked in, the place was warm and inviting. The staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. Unlike other doctor's offices that have you still sitting in the waiting room well past your appointment time, Carolina Moreland, PA, and her nurse were very punctual. I was checked in and in the back within minutes after arriving. She addressed all my concerns, made sure I understood everything, and had me on my way. Thank you all so much.

Dr. Lisa and her assistants was wonderful.. We laughed and talked the whole time my procedure was getting done. I was comfortable she made sure I completely understand the care of the wound before leaving, I would recommend anyone to go to them. I also had a visit with them yesterday where I seen Dr. Henson, she was very nice, explainable and helpful.

I have gone to the Dermatology Clinic of Northern Mississippi for a few years and the staff and the doctors are very efficient and friendly and will answer any concerns you may have. I had severe psoriasis since I was 10 years old and suffered nearly all my life with 75 percent of my body covered. The doctor suggested using a drug Tremfya and within a couple months I called the doctors office and thanking them and crying in gratitude because it had cleared my body of this disease and if it wasn't for their knowledge and help in getting this drug I would still be suffering. I've been cleared for a few years and my life has not been about worrying about my deformed skin. They have awesome doctors and nurses. They are prompt and will not have you waiting forever in the waiting room. I truly can't say enough good about this dermatologist office. Thank you ever so much. Very friendly staff. Really appreciated that they told me if everything was ok to call and if no further problems then the follow up could be canceled. Now a days seems like a lot of practices keep scheduling followups and sometimes they aren’t needed and can be costly to the patient to have to keep coming in. Enjoyed my visit and have been with this group for 20 years!! Very knowledgeable and feel they truly do care for their patients!! Highly recommend
