Don’t wait any longer! Be kind to your mind and body. Head to Hand in Health Massage, you will be impressed! Thank you David for another great massage! I came in with sore hips, stiff neck, and shoulders. After my treatment, I felt so relaxed. You find the knots and smooth them out. I’m happy that I am a monthly massage member!

My partner gifted me a massage here by accident (I frequent another massage place downtown Syracuse) though I am very loyal to my place I will honestly say that I had an amazing massage here. I gave it 5 stars because the massage with Holly was beautiful. I did have two issues though one she didn’t ask if she could touch my face which really broke my relaxation because my skin is very sensitive and there were oils on her hands. 2nd the receptionist initially was not very friendly she was not there at the end of my visit. Last gripe is I had to stand in the hall until it was time for my appt I got there early because I wasn’t sure where it was even though I live downtown I still am not confident on street names etc so I always leave a bit early to any appointments. Other than that great experience I would go again if my regular place wasn’t available for some reason.

I had my first massage with Jason. He made me feel comfortable right from the start, asked detailed questions about any issues I had (some shoulder impingement and hip flexibility issues) and proceeded to give me a great orthopedic massage concentrating on those areas with plenty of communication with me about how I was doing throughout. Highly recommend Hand in Health and Jason!

I had Terence for a 120 min deep tissue massage and cupping. It was excellent ! I felt very comfortable during the massage. The space was clean and quite relaxing. Only downfall was, I was kinda confused how to get to the downtown location at first. I wish there was a sign outside of the building. But otherwise, an amazing experience and I will be coming back !

Always a calming place experience. Their therapists are amazing. Russel really helped with my shoulder and lower back tension today! I’ve also had other therapists before and have never been disappointed! Definitely recommend their monthly massage membership!

Recently saw Russell for a massage. As a mover, athlete, and dancer I appreciate someone that can really fine tune the places that are causing me some discomfort. I would use the words discerning, thorough, and precise in his approach to my massage. I could tell he knew his stuff and spent time on the areas that really needed some extra TLC. Great massage therapist!

An incredibly calm and peaceful space. And the massage from Yvette was best I ever had. Also, she used hot stones which was intensely soothing. So glad I am now a monthly subscriber. Great deal too.

My wife and I get monthly massages. Always have fantastic experiences. We have had numerous therapists and have enjoyed them all. Different therapists provide unique styles of massages. Sometimes we change therapists depending on what our bodies are requiring. From deep tissue, relaxing effleurage, to joint mobilization and stretching, to trigger point work…. there are therapists who specialize and it’s just a matter of requesting. Salons whether downtown or northern location are pristinely clean, relaxing ambiance and very fulfilling experience. Patrick was very thorough with large joint mobilization and stretching along with cranial energy channeling. Deana was fantastic at providing full body focus including hands/feet and stressful areas on the face. Every therapist mentions the business model of respect and empowerment. It Carrie’s over to every interaction. Most definitely a top notched business.

Today I had my very first massage ever and N’zinga was my masseuse. The massage felt so good, the atmosphere was very relaxing and N’zinga was very friendly and knowledgeable. I felt like a new person! Thank you N’zinga!!!

I have been going to Hand in Health massage therapy in downtown Syracuse for over a year now. I have worked with several different therapist and they each seem to have their own technique. After each session, I leave feeling much more limber and relaxed. All of the the therapist who have worked on me have listened very carefully to my concerns and have targeted problem areas so I leave feeling refreshed after each visit. I view having regular massages as part of my Self care. As I have rheumatoid arthritis and connective tissue disease, massage therapy helps me to function to the best of my ability. The office is always very clean and organized, the staff are friendly. I have recommended Hand in Health Massage therapy to family and friends for health reasons or to treat themselves.

Had a wonderful experience with my first massage at Hand in Health. Easy check in process and the space felt calming and safe. Russell is skilled at deep tissue/therapeutic massage and did excellent work on my upper back and neck with the right amount of pressure - looking forward to the next session! (the parking attendant was also very helpful and guided me to where to park and the process of getting to the third floor!)

Such a beautiful space to walk into! Very clean and love the fact they were open on Sundays! I had my massage with Pamela and it was amazing. Pressure was perfect and she hit all my problem areas. Definitely coming back again to see her!

My massage with Jason was probably the best I've ever had. I'd been suffering from neck and shoulder pain, and it's been almost totally gone ever since my massage! I really appreciated that he talked to me first, while I was clothed, and observed my standing posture. During the massage he only spoke when necessary, and then only to ask me questions about the pressure or to discuss massage and body work techniques. (No small talk--which I don't like during a massage.) He was so strong and energetic, and I'm sure he was combining techniques I don't know anything about but which really worked for me! After the massage he gave me some information about different kinds of body work. It was overall a wonderful experience.

I recently had my first massage with Pamela Walker and it was fabulous. I was looking for a deep tissue massage due to chronic tightness in my shoulders and I left feeling like a new person. Pamela listened to my concerns, provided helpful recommendations, and gave me one of the best massages I have ever experienced. I will be visiting her again.

Hollie was fantastic! I had pain running down my leg for that whole leading up to the appointment and I left with the pain resolved in my leg and the chronic pain I have in my neck due to two bulging discs. Definitely going back and already booked my next appointment. I really appreciate the option for a short 4month members as well to take advantage of a lower price without the long commitment. Most places you have to sign up for a year, so it's much more affordable to be able to take a break if needed after 4months. Thanks Hand in Health for keeping me moving!

I have always enjoyed my massages at Hand in Health. Last week I booked a last minute massage with Pamela. It was one of the BEST massages I have had. I do HIIT workouts 5 days a week and my body was unwell. Pamela was really attentive and focused and used the perfect amount of pressure. I felt brand new after.

Great location in the heart of the city, spacious office and cozy environment. Maureen is a gem! She is attentive and truly aims to tailor the massage to accommodate and provide for your specific needs!

Hand in Health is a fantastic place to get a high-quality, rejuvenating massage. The office is very calm and clean. The treatment rooms are tranquil and cozy. My massage therapist, Abigail, listened to my requests and provided me with an excellent massage. I'll be back monthly.

I wish I could give this place more stars! Kyle is the best therapist you could ask for! His skill for knowing what your body needs is unmatched. The building is easy to find and the lobby staff were very helpful. The inside of the office was warm and welcoming. The only difficulty I had was arriving the door to the office was locked, thankfully someone was leaving as I was going in. I didn't need to figure out how to get in the office, next time may prove interesting. This office offers a membership for monthly massage and that membership has even more perks than the discounted appointment. Could not be happier and with two locations it makes access to quality care exceptionally easy.
