Food was super delicious and the portions were large! Very reasonable prices that will surprise you. Owner was very friendly and the service was excellent. Clean and tidy surroundings. Would definitely recommend for anyone. It is so close to the Nallur kovil and Rio ice cream parlor. Parking is available. If you are looking for authentic Jaffna food,this is the ideal place.

I found this Authentic tiny Restaurant during my 3 night stay at Jaffna. I came with my USA clients for Nallur Temple Festival and Restaurant is very close to temple. "Shree" is the Cashier and he is doing Wonderful job. He Welcome Guests, Servicing them apart from his Job. He is Very Friendly multitasking person. You can ask recommendations about foods from Shree. I felt Love to their "Ghee Onion Masala". I had many meals during my 4 days stay such as Jaffna Authentic Red rice and curries, Pittu Biriyani, Vegi Biriyani and Ghee Roast / Paper Dosai. They have varieties of Jaffna sweets like Boonthi Laddu, Gee Mysoor Paku, Kesari and Munthiri Alva. " Munthiri Alva" is so taste and my favorite. I recommend you to visit Nallur Bhawan Vegitarian Restaurant if you and in Jaffna to taste Authentic Jaffna Foods.

Amazing place. Food is cheap. Staff are friendly. Lunch starts at 12pm but you can wait there if you're early. I had this amazing rice&curry for 150rupees! Place is clean. Eat with your hands - you can wash your hands with soap here. The staff aren't very good with English but they know enough that you can order. The best rice&curry I had here - better than Mangos.

Love this place. Delicious Jaffna authentic food with reasonable price. Had the best parotta here in Jaffna. Wish the place was more spacious and less crowded. Overall a very good place to taste authentic Jaffna food when you visit Jaffna 😋.

Brilliant place for vegetarian fare. Every time I dropped into Nallur kovil tried their food. Including rice and curry, parata thosai and kottu . Good service , fresh food , tasty. Location is clean with washrooms available

The worst experience I had in a vegetarian restaurant. The pictures shown on the website is fake😳. They literally served us cold food and the taste was worst seems like cooked 4 days before🤮🤢🤮. When we complained they gave excuses saying that their chefs went out after the kovil thiruvizha. I mean what's the point of opening a restaurant without chefs🤔?? Better give a good service or else shut down.

We had only one dinner at this place and we fell in love with it. Recommend for anyone who is looking for authentic Jaffna taste and pure vegetarian. Small place but very clean, and their service is great and very welcoming. When we went there. Restaurant was 90% full. We were served by Shree. He was the only one who was serving the whole restaurant and we must say he served everyone with passion. Despite he was exhausted due to a busy day he was always wearing a pleasent and lovely smile on his face for each and every guest. He was so polite and friendly. Keep up the good work shree your are a pillar that holds restaurant up. Overall food is tasty and clean. Place is small but good and clean .Excellent customer service.

Real Jaffna food for cheap price. This is very close to Nallur Kovil and Rio Ice Cream. You can have a ice cream after lunch or dinner. Small parking area is available.
