Felt like we were not suppose to be there. We went as a group of 7. Kept trying to talk to waiters and waited for more than 15 mins to get the menu so we can order. A new family walked in and sat next to our table, they received the menu instantly not us. I don’t want to use certain words and say it’s that. But that’s how we felt so we walked out of this restaurant after 15mins. I do not recommend going here. There are plenty of other places which has really nice staff.

I had the Chicken noddle and Beef noodle. Chicken one was better as the beef was quite fatty. Both dishes tasted good though. Service was fast, no waiting at all.

Waiter do not know english. The order was uncomplete, he bring us devilled prawns instead of paneer cheese and wanted us to pay for this, even thought we didn’t ate them. I asked him to make every meal not spicy. I got extra chilli on top of soup and the biryani was so spicy I couldn’t eat this. Hair in soup does not make situation better. Also, it was expensive

It is the BEST chinese restaurant in Jaffna.. I highly recommend this restaurant for foreigners and all.. Their dishes are top tasty but not fast food taste. For me The Prawns Rice is the best.. Good service..

29/06/2023- Lunch - Very bad service. Took about 5-10 minutes to find a place for us to sit (we had a group of 10) There was a table that suited for 10 people but that was given to a couple of people who arrived after us. We had to specifically ask one of the staff members to get that table. We then had to wait for another 15 minutes to get a menu. Had to ask more than 5 staff members and was given 1 (just 1) menu for 10 of us. We then waited another 5-10 minutes and asked about 5 staff members to take our order. After waisting more than 30 minutes of our time we left without having lunch. They were very racist as we could only speak Sinhaleese and English. They kept ignoring and walking pass us. Will not recommend this place to anyone as we are very disappointed with our experience at this place.

Stayed here during my vacation . Amazing food . They even had Jaffna style appam for breakfast Wich was new for me . Dinner is my favorite time to be here

Do yourself a favor and visit this lovely US restaurant in Jaffna. The service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience. The food is absolutely amazing and authentic Jaffna flavours – everything we tasted melted in our mouths. My absolute favourite is Seafood Nasi Goreng. The best meal we had in a while.Highly recommend!

I've read comments of others and m surprised. Perhaps the chef whad his day off. Tasteless food all round. Only the coca cola we had some taste to it. Ground floor entrance had the smell of a open drain and animal fat mixed together. No choice as all shops were closed. The smell is not new. Flavorless food is nothing new to this place. Visitors to Jaffna should avoid this place and hopefully find an autistic jaffna food restaurant.

The day was a busy day, they managed the service there. But the fact is some time took between serving 1st and second order that we waited for se time with drying plate ... Anyhow taste was awesome. Also it took some time to realise that the price is almost a little higher that that in restaurant downstairs and no data in the menu card about tax(we thought that it's inclusion is the reason for high price. Today I bought 10 barota and beef curry. Barota was awesome good taste. But beef was very horrible. Don't buy beef curry at this hotel. But you can buy beef noodels, beef kothu, beef Fried rice because they were using good beef pcs for these foods. Other food items are good. But better don't try curry items

Tasty foods but should update customer friendly service. Especially when customers ask to make some dishes as their wish hotel doesn't provide. Staffs simply said we couldn't make like this.

Food's taste, quality and quantity are fairly good

we ordered mixed fried rice, it comes after 20 minutes. 2 posans enough for 3 persons. Not spicy.. neat and clean..
