am
writing
to
express
my
deep
disappointment
regarding
my
recent
three-night
stay
at
your
establishment.
I
must
admit
that
my
experience
was
far
from
satisfactory,
and
I
feel
compelled
to
bring
these
issues
to
your
attention
as
well
as
the
other
likely
customers.
Regrettably,
except
for
the
first
room,
the
other
two
were
marred
by
serious
issues
that
significantly
impacted
the
quality
of
my
stay.
The
main
issues
I
encountered
were:
Hygiene
and
Pest
Infestations:
In
the
second
and
third
rooms,
I
was
shocked
to
find
an
alarming
presence
of
mosquitoes
and
cockroaches
in
the
toilets.
This
was
not
only
unsettling
but
also
a
serious
concern
for
health
and
hygiene.
The
presence
of
pests
in
a
hotel
room
is
entirely
unacceptable
and
indicates
a
lack
of
proper
housekeeping
and
pest
control
measures.
Odor
Problems:
The
rooms
I
occupied
had
a
pervasive
and
unpleasant
odor
that
made
my
stay
uncomfortable.
The
smell
was
not
only
unpleasant
but
also
a
clear
indication
of
inadequate
cleanliness
and
maintenance.
Housekeeping
and
Attitude:
The
overall
housekeeping
standards
at
your
hotel
to
be
unsatisfactory.
The
attitude
of
the
staff,
particularly
when
I
reported
the
issues
I
encountered,
was
disappointing.
It
seemed
as
though
my
concerns
were
not
taken
seriously,
and
the
staff
was
not
proactive
in
addressing
them.
Given
the
nature
and
severity
of
these
issues,
my
stay
at
your
hotel
was
far
from
the
experience
I
had
expected.
As
a
paying
guest,
I
believe
I
had
the
right
to
a
clean,
pest-free,
and
comfortable
environment
during
my
stay.
I
strongly
urge
your
management
to
take
immediate
action
to
rectify
these
issues
and
improve
the
overall
quality
of
your
services.
I
hope
that
you
will
consider
implementing
the
necessary
measures
to
prevent
such
situations
from
occurring
in
the
future,
as
they
undoubtedly
tarnish
the
reputation
of
your
establishment.
In
light
of
my
experience,
I
would
not
recommend
anyone
to
book
with
your
hotel
until
these
concerns
are
adequately
addressed
and
resolved.
