Used to be a very popular place. But these days its being refurbished and not having the best atmosphere of a hotel. But located in the heart of the town is the biggest advantage for those who stay there to move around very easily

We stayed on the 29th 30th Sep 2023 booked six rooms check out 1st Oct 23 rvery bad experience from the beginning durty and previously used bed linen with patches we request them to change but never happen AC not up to standard No remote controllers Only two rooms with hot water Our family room wash room is so small feet 3.5 × 8 very difficult to move inside No mini bar, towel rack is not enough to 4 people so small, No TV, electric kettle with out teacups,tea bags or other essential one room fludded inches with waist water Towels not clean we newer used . Only pluspoint is Convenient place to accses town center Other than that No point to stay at GHANAMS HOTEL JAFFNA front office staff also not helpful we never ordered food they said 30th morning Buffet but never happen 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫✖️✖️✖️✖️

No tv no wifi AC not working properly an absolute junk the only positive thing is the hotel is situated in the main city area

Centrally located in the city of Jaffna. Rooms are bit smaller with average service & facilities. If you look for economical & convenient hotel this a good option but not for comfort & luxury. It offer family rooms for 5 people at cheap rates.

We had to wait 20 minutes for the first selection of foods , but we also had to wait for than half an hour for chips that were really salty. The place was pretty empty and was very poor on cleaning. The other foods were also very bad.

The group of people who work in the hotel, from the first to the last are wonderful, always attentive and willing to help, always with joy. It is the most valuable thing about this hotel. The location is unbeatable, in the heart of the city, close to everything you need and some of the most central tourist spots. The room was very good, clean, and has everything to be comfortable during your stay. To improve, the soundproofing, the Wi-Fi, which did not work, and the maintenance of the facilities. It has been a comfortable stay, I recommend staying at this hotel, you feel at home. And it's safe too.

staff is friendly. it very close to the city you have. everything you need. I want to stay here when I come next holiday a young, pretty, kind Tamil girl works at the reception also a man also they are friendly

I do hats off to the friendly hospitality they provided and pleasant communication. Especially, Mr. Gajarooban is an asset to the Hotel. Easy access to everywhere, hence it is located in the heart of the City. Very reasonable rates and I highly recommend the place.

Booked A/C family room, got a room with a broken A/C, rooms were not clean. Plug points were broken. Not able to charge! Poorly maintained... Horrible experience

Rooms are bit basic. Towels are not provided. No floor mat outside bathroom. Telephone is not working. Location wise it is next to all the places and walking distance that's the advantage on it. Very friendly staff. For budget stay I will recommend. Tea is provided in morning.

Spacious and good ambience. Came as part of a large tour group and we had leased up pretty much the complete hotel. Food was different from traditional south indian food and was acceptable quality. Bathroom did not have buckets, which are usually available in small hotels in South India. Rooms did not have blankets, but air conditioning worked quite well.

It's a budget option and staffs are attentive to your requirements. They may not respond immediately, but supportive and helpful as per your need. Rooms are neat and tidy. Single rooms may look small, but adequate for single travellers and for family Double rooms are adequate. Call the hotel guys directly and express your requirements for rooms and food. They can suggest you best available opyions as per your requirement.

Clean rooms and good food but needs maintenance. Bathroom is acceptable but we were greeted with cockroach when we initially entered the room. No towels provided. Good for budget or backpackers stay. Acceptable for the price we paid.
