My experience as a guest at Lux Etoiles, very higly recommandable. The entire hotel is very clean and tidy at all times. The entire staff are very polite and helpful. The food is at very high standard and was prepared to cater for individual guest's tastes. This year was my third visit and compared to the first & second stays, it's keep on improving. Absolute disaster of a hotel, room was smelly and the toilet was filled with mosquitoes and cockroaches, we couldn’t even sleep properly. customer service is non existent here, would not recommend

Cheap and good condition swimming pool access for kids and adults. Need to enhance by having life saving jackets, swimming pool kits or some balls for kids.

Nothing special to describe, other than customer service staff willing to listen but could only do what they can.

Rooms smelly. Broken shower . Bathroom with cockroches. Promised to give the room one price and asked more after. Ac sound is like a bulldozer. Worst place.

Best place for swimming in Jaffna from my childhood, they maintain the pool clean and tidy, I would strongly recommend this place for a peaceful swimming around Jaffna town

Closed to nalloor kovil and closed to town. Room condition was good but bathroom need some more repairs to be done, Pool was well cleaned and nice Overall had good experience

Very poor facilities, no proper response from the staff concerned to the problems brought to their notice. Approach road to the hotel is very narrow one. Better not to choose to stay there. Food items also not upto the mark. Not having sufficient parking space.

Hotel staff are very friendly, however the property needs major cleaning. Room and bathroom was very dirty and old. I would not recommend anyone to stay here until some major improvement are done to try rooms.

Very economy type place to stay in jaffna. No attractive look from the outside at all. Rooms are OK. But there was a bad ardour in the room. But the plus point is the big clean swimming pool. It is well kept.

There is a wedding hall with fully air conditioned..Good place for party and group events along with buffet with reasonable price... there is a a swimming pool is available for internal and external customer's use. They offering swimming classes here for low rates..

Very clean.very helpful staff.very reasonable charges too.covid protocol were being followed .even the lobby was sanitized daily.clean pool also.recomended.
